P\u00ebrjetuan n\u00eb lekur\u00ebn e tyre jo vet\u00ebm gjendjen e keqe ekonomike por edhe tortur\u00ebn politike. Nj\u00eb n\u00ebne nuk i kishin pas\u00eb dalur djemt\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe secil\u00ebn dit\u00eb e kalonte duk\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cQitu kokrra thive&#8221;. K\u00ebshtu duket s\u00eb edhe qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs u qit\u00ebn \u201ckokrra thive&#8221; s\u00eb pak gj\u00eb realizuan ata p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt votuan.<\/p>\n<p>Viti i kaluar ishte nj\u00eb vit i mbushur m\u00eb plot\u00eb ngjarje aspak t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e kan besuar nj\u00eb zhvillim aq t\u00eb pa parashikuar t\u00eb rrjedhave politike t\u00eb cilat rezultuan me eskalim t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs institucionale. \u00c7do kriz\u00eb institucionale rezulton me kriza t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjthshme shoq\u00ebrore. Viti 2015 na kaloi si nj\u00eb \u00ebnderr e keqe, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb mbajm\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb mend. Pas secilit vit q\u00eb kalon njeriu d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb viti vijues t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb. T\u00eb jet\u00eb vit i cili ngjall\u00eb shpresat s\u00eb do ti realizohen d\u00ebshirat.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo tek ne nuk po ndodh\u00eb q\u00eb shum\u00eb vite. Secili vit q\u00eb po vjen po \u00ebsht\u00eb ma masllahat s\u00eb tjetri siq thot\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e popullit. Pushteti nuk i realizoj premtimet e dh\u00ebna, dhe aq me keq kur nuk ishim shum\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni s\u00eb \u00e7ka po na p\u00ebrgatitet. Sa e sa marrvesheje i patem m\u00eb Serbin\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje teknike e m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike, dhe krejt kjo kalonte pa nj\u00eb transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme para atyre q\u00eb ua kishin dh\u00ebn besimin. T\u00eb drejt\u00ebn m\u00eb th\u00ebn zgjedhjet sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsisht dukshen t\u00eb mira, por n\u00eb mbrendi kishin plot\u00eb t\u00eb meta. Keq \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popull kur n\u00eb \u00e7do fundvit e kaplon ndjenja e subjektiviteti s\u00eb vetvetiu b\u00ebh\u00ebt mir\u00eb, ose i hap vesh\u00ebt s\u00eb mos ndoshta pushtetar\u00ebt atyre u sjellin ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb vitin vijues.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb fontan\u00eb d\u00ebshirash. Kur ne b\u00ebhemi krejt t\u00eb varur prej strukturave politike, nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshon gjendja p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb, pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb vet pjes\u00eb aktive e jet\u00ebs politike. Secili q\u00eb mori pushetin pas luft\u00ebs u tregua m\u00eb egoist dhe lakmitar\u00eb se tjetri p\u00ebr pushtet dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime p\u00ebrsonale. Kjo klas\u00eb politike n\u00eb serviri \u00ebndrra t\u00eb mira e asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb num\u00ebrojm\u00eb p\u00ebr s\u00eb mbari nga numri 1 deri n\u00eb 10, po shkojm\u00eb duke num\u00ebruar nga numri 10 kah 1. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb keqija u ban\u00eb grumbull p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra, dhe krejt k\u00ebto dol\u00ebn n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe gjat\u00eb vitit 2015 t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb Mustafa-Thaqi.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht vendi u fut n\u00eb kriz\u00eb intsitucionale p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb muaj radhazi pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb koalicionit t\u00eb madh VLAN. Pas shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrj\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij koalicioni Mustafa me klanin e tij p\u00ebr interesa p\u00ebrsonale hyri n\u00eb gjirin e Tha\u00e7it, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb elektoratit rugovian. Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb fushat\u00ebs ai kishte premtuar dhe kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebklarata s\u00eb kurr\u00eb me Qeverin\u00eb e keqe t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it. Ngjarjet politike n\u00eb vazhdim treguan s\u00eb ky koalicion ishte nj\u00eb gabim trashanik. \u00c7ka nuk pam\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebgjuam gadi krejt vitin.<\/p>\n<p>Skenat e tilla n\u00eb Parlament dhe n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs nuk do ti d\u00ebshironte ti shikonte as nj\u00eb afrikan\u00eb, e l\u00ebre m\u00eb ne q\u00eb jemi n\u00eb zemer t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre skenar\u00ebve t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn fatk\u00ebq\u00ebsisht u b\u00eb edhe garnitura e lart\u00eb e LDK-s\u00eb. K\u00ebta pushtetar\u00eb gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn mund t\u00eb lavderohen s\u00eb kan b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr vendin, por fshati q\u00eb duket nuk don kallauz. Nuk po kalon koh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb dhe di\u00e7ka po servohet p\u00ebr opinion, p\u00ebr ti qit\u00eb hi syve s\u00ebrish. Po punohet m\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e mbrapsht \u201csa m\u00eb keqe situata politike aq me mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ne\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb k\u00ebtyre qeveritar\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebtyre deputet\u00ebve u ka dal\u00eb boja m\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka. Secil\u00ebn dit\u00eb kur i shohim n\u00eb ekranet tona televizive duken t\u00eb mjer\u00eb. Qeveri dhe Parlament m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb gjesh\u00eb. Na b\u00ebn qerpaz\u00ebn e Zotit para bot\u00ebs demokratike. Prandaj, \u00e7do mbetje m\u00eb e gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb pushtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdon edhe agonia jon\u00eb. Matematikat e filluara t\u00eb PDK dhe LDK p\u00ebr president t\u00eb ardhshem, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb tregues m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb lufta p\u00ebr pushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb ba e tmershme.
