T\u00eb nderuar gazetar\u00eb, para s\u00eb gjithash ju fal\u00ebnderoj p\u00ebr pranimin tuaj t\u00eb ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konferenc\u00eb shtypi. Ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb muaj q\u00eb flitet shum\u00eb \u2013 n\u00ebper gazeta, si edhe n\u00eb biseda t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebzve- p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb m\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb fryer shum\u00eb, duke krijuar nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar dhe t\u00eb panevojshme. I referohem \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb kish\u00ebs-xhami (k\u00ebshtu shprehen disa artikuj gazetash) te kalaja Rozafa n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye e ndjej veten t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb flas, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00ebsojm\u00eb disa gj\u00ebra n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb problem, meq\u00eb thashethemet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe kan\u00eb paraqitur mendime, koncepte dhe q\u00ebllime q\u00eb shpesh ishin t\u00eb gabuara dhe jo t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta. K\u00ebshtu erdhi koha p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur publikisht mendimet dhe q\u00ebndrimet e Arqipeshvis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr-Pult mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshiroj t\u2019ju them edhe juve at\u00eb q\u00eb ia thash\u00eb Myftis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, Z. H. B. Bajraktari, kur erdhi p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00eb takuar n\u00eb Arqipeshvi, m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Jam \u00e7uditur se si u ngrit ky problem dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha jehonat q\u00eb ka pasur edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mediave. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn edhe ne si Kish\u00eb katolike jemi p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, kund\u00ebr vullnetit ton\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk kemi ditur asgj\u00eb deri n\u00eb momentin kur kemi lexuar lajmet e para n\u00ebp\u00ebr gazeta. Un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni vet\u00ebm se Shteti ishte duke u angazhuar p\u00ebr ta restauruar kalan\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs, por nuk dija as se si, as se kur as se kush.<\/p>\n

Kisha katolike nuk ka k\u00ebrkuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00eb kisha e Sh\u00ebn Shtjefnit n\u00eb kala t\u2019i riktheht asaj si nj\u00eb kish\u00eb, e cila kishte p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb aktive p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime fetare t\u00eb rregullta. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se aty kremtohet Mesha \u00e7do vit (kur nuk bie shi), m\u00eb 26 dhjetor, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dita n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kisha katolike kujton dhe feston sh\u00ebn Shtjefnin, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr ne edhe pajtori i qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Kjo b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb q\u00eb i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe nuk fsheh asnj\u00eb q\u00ebllim tjet\u00ebr. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, askush nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ankuar kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr kremtimin e Mesh\u00ebs n\u00eb at\u00eb vend dit\u00ebn e sh\u00ebn Shtjefnit.<\/p>\n

E theksoj edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i shmangur thashethemet q\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb: kurr\u00eb nuk kemi k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtohet kisha n\u00eb kala as nuk kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb fonde p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, flas p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn kur un\u00eb jam arqipesh\u00ebv i Shkodr\u00ebs. Gjithashtu m\u00eb duket e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet mir\u00eb dallimi midis restaurimit dhe rind\u00ebrtimit. Me rind\u00ebrtim n\u00ebnkuptohet q\u00eb objekti i rind\u00ebrtuar t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb funksionin e tij. Nd\u00ebrsa restaurimi b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr ta ruajtur sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt n\u00eb gjendjen e tanishme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos prishet p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb historike.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb vjen shum\u00eb keq q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, e cila ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me nj\u00eb monument kulture q\u00eb n\u00eb shekujt e kaluar ka zhvilluar funksionin e kish\u00ebs, q\u00eb u sh\u00ebnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb xhami gjat\u00eb pushtimit otoman, dhe q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb keqkuptime (ashtu si\u00e7 ka ndodhur) askush prej Shtetit, prej Ministris\u00eb ose prej Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb monumenteve nuk na ka informuar paraprakisht dhe nuk na ka paraqitur asnj\u00eb projekt. K\u00ebshtu, disa tituj t\u00eb gazetave si \u201cluft\u00eb midis komuniteteve fetare\u201d, etj., jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pavend. Si mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb luft\u00eb midis dy pal\u00ebve kur nj\u00ebra prej tyre nuk di asgj\u00eb?\u2026 Ne nuk jemi aspak n\u00eb dijeni se \u00e7far\u00eb pun\u00ebsh restauruese mendohen t\u00eb b\u00ebhen, sepse nuk jemi p\u00ebrzier fare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Askush deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka ardhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar me ne p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, as n\u00eb fillim as pas lindjes s\u00eb problemeve. N\u00ebse Shteti vendos p\u00ebr restaurim, un\u00eb mendoj se objekti duhet t\u00eb mbetet si monument historik kulture, duke ruajtur struktur\u00ebn e tanishme, ku dallohen qart\u00eb qoft\u00eb mbresat-gjurm\u00ebt e kish\u00ebs qoft\u00eb mbresat-gjurm\u00ebt e xhamis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, mendoj se sot t\u00eb dy komunitetet duhet ta kemi p\u00ebr nder q\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u2019ia besojm\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht institucioneve t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi k\u00ebshtu pjes\u00eb konstruktive e t\u00eb mir\u00ebs si dhe e tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb bashkjetes\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Objekti \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Kujdesi dhe mbrojtja e tij u takon Institucioneve t\u00eb Shtetit Shqiptar<\/p>\n

Ashtu si\u00e7 i kam th\u00ebn\u00eb Myftiut t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, m\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cbuall nj\u00eb miz\u00eb\u201d, pa asnj\u00eb arsye. K\u00ebshtu nuk ka pse t\u00eb krijohen p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, q\u00eb nuk d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb as nuk pranojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku nuk duhet t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kam folur p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, duke qen\u00eb i bindur, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Jezusi n\u00eb Ungjillin e Gjonit, q\u00eb \u2018vet\u00ebm e v\u00ebrteta na b\u00ebn t\u00eb lir\u00eb\u2019 dhe jo kurr\u00eb thashethemet, keqkuptimet ose, edhe m\u00eb keq, instrumentalizimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve.<\/p>\n
