Ai me studimet dhe pjesmarrjen e tij i jepte seriozitet shkencor dhe komb\u00ebtar sesioneve tona shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Madje i ndjeri Willy s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb ndjerin\u00eb Mentor Quku, ishin dy ikona Shkodrane q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin Shkodren n\u00eb kuvendet e Shqip\u00ebris Etnike, ku ishin t\u00eb nderuar, dhe t\u00eb respektuar nga mbar\u00eb Intelektual\u00ebt nga t\u00eb gjitha Trojet Etnike Shqiptare dhe Diaspora e madhe Atdhetare. Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i k\u00ebsaj familje atdhetare Pal Engj\u00eblli ishte i pari q\u00eb e kishte shkruar Formul\u00ebn e Pag\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe babai i Willy Kamsit, Gjoni kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut\u00eb t\u00eb qmuar\u00eb atdhetar, dhe ishte krahu i djatht\u00eb i Luigj Gurakuqit. Gjon Kamsi ishte intelektuali i cili e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb publike shpallljen e Pavarsis s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb mediat italiane dhe bot\u00ebrore te asaj kohe. Edhepse i lindur n\u00eb M\u00ebrgim n\u00eb Bari t\u00eb Italis\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1926, e ku jetoj deri n\u00eb vitin 1943, ku u kthye n\u00eb Shqiperi s\u00eb bashku me babain Gjonin, Willy Kamsi dha nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb madh\u00eb Intelektual duke e vazhduar tradit\u00ebn e Engjellor\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj.
