Un\u00eb mendoj – t\u00eb mos keqkuptohem, kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb e imja – se dit\u00ebt e r\u00ebnda po vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr Presidentin Tha\u00e7i dhe p\u00ebr disa shok\u00eb t\u00eb tij. Ai nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte mir\u00eb q\u00eb ta ngat\u00ebrronte fatin e Kosov\u00ebs me fatin e tij
\nP\u00ebr Presidentin Tha\u00e7i, ish Kryeadministratori i Kosov\u00ebs, Bernard Koushner kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb politikan q\u00eb n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje e shkakton nj\u00eb problem, kurse vjen tek un\u00eb t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes me nj\u00eb propozim p\u00ebr ta zgjidhur at\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pas rreth 10 vitesh si politikan i moderuar, pasi e p\u00ebrmbylli nj\u00eb cik\u00ebl t\u00eb rrast politik, duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha format dhe trajtat, edhe si shef i mbitok\u00ebs edhe si shef i n\u00ebntok\u00ebs, Presidenti Tha\u00e7i i \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer taktikave t\u00eb tij t\u00eb vjetra: t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb probleme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat pastaj ai do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhje paq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Kaluan dy jav\u00eb prej koh\u00ebs kur n\u00eb kufirin verior t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u ndal nj\u00eb tren provokues q\u00eb po vinte nga Beogradi, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb edhe-m\u00eb-tutje-nuk-dihet-kujt.<\/p>\n

Institucionet tona, ndoshta pik\u00ebrisht Presidenti Tha\u00e7i, dhan\u00eb urdh\u00ebr q\u00eb treni t\u00eb ndalej. Pra, qoft\u00eb lufta, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjet nd\u00ebretnike, ose \u00e7far\u00ebdo beteje tjet\u00ebr, do t\u00eb zhvillohej n\u00eb mes forcave tona t\u00eb rendit dhe strukturave serbe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

Ata jan\u00eb pala e interesuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndezur edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb flak\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. E kam shkruar edhe para disa dit\u00ebve, Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e pritur me ankth administrat\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Trump.<\/p>\n

Ekziston droja q\u00eb Trump dhe Putin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb minimizuar konfliktet ruso – amerikane n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, do t\u00eb mund ta tregtojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe Krimen\u00eb. Secila do t’ia njoh\u00eb tjetr\u00ebs ambicien mbi zona t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb interesit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb serb\u00ebt do ta humbin p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb shpres\u00ebn te Rusia. Prandaj ata po p\u00ebrp\u00ebliten q\u00eb ta ndryshojn\u00eb gjendjen n\u00eb terren.<\/p>\n

Pra, nj\u00eb ankth i till\u00eb i Serbis\u00eb po v\u00ebrehet, \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo: \u00e7far\u00eb zori ka Presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb po paralajm\u00ebron dit\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn? Pse u kujtua vet\u00ebm tash ta thot\u00eb publikisht se Serbia paska nj\u00eb plan p\u00ebr aneksimin e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs?<\/p>\n

Serbia nuk ka plan p\u00ebr aneksimin e veriut t\u00eb vendit. Serbia ka plan shum\u00eb m\u00eb serioz se sa kaq: rikthimin e pushtetit n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00eb. Kosova, jo vet\u00ebm veriu, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo Presidenti Tha\u00e7i e di, q\u00eb n\u00ebse do t\u00eb thoshte q\u00eb Serbia po planifikon t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do t\u00eb talleshim me t\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ai ka vendosur q\u00eb ta riformuloj\u00eb trillimin, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm, duke e precizuar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb vendit. Sepse disa g\u00ebnjeshtra b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb besueshme sapo jepen ‘detaje’ m\u00eb specifike. Nuk do t\u00eb \u00e7uditesha n\u00ebse k\u00ebto dit\u00eb Presidenti t\u00eb shpaloste edhe ndonj\u00eb plan n\u00eb let\u00ebr p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyrat se si do t\u00eb fut\u00ebn n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb forcat speciale serbe, e q\u00eb ky pritet t’i ndaloj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dhe pjesa m\u00eb komike e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshira e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb na garantuar q\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb lejohet.<\/p>\n

Me lejoni nj\u00eb digresion t\u00eb leht\u00eb: sigurisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i admiruesh\u00ebm talenti politik i Tha\u00e7it. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb vigjilent se sa pjesa tjet\u00ebr e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve politik\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, pse Serbia nuk futet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me forca t\u00eb armatosura, kjo asnj\u00eb lidhje me Presidentin Tha\u00e7i nuk e ka. Serbia – k\u00ebt\u00eb e din\u00eb edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb djep – nuk futet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sepse k\u00ebtu jan\u00eb forcat e KFOR’it. Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje as q\u00eb ia vlen t\u00eb elaborohet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo le t\u00eb kthehem edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb pyetja themelore: Pse Tha\u00e7i po paralajm\u00ebron dit\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr vendin?<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb mendoj – t\u00eb mos keqkuptohem, kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb e imja – se dit\u00ebt e r\u00ebnda po vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr Presidentin Thaci dhe p\u00ebr disa shok\u00eb t\u00eb tij. Prandaj ai nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte mir\u00eb q\u00eb ta ngat\u00ebrronte fatin e Kosov\u00ebs, me fatin e tij.<\/p>\n

E kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr Tribunalin Special. Sipas meje, gjith\u00eb ky turbullim i Tha\u00e7it, gjith\u00eb ky alarm q\u00eb ai po e l\u00ebshon, \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me Trubunalin dhe aktakuzat e para q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pranvere. Tha\u00e7i \u00ebsht\u00eb i frik\u00ebsuar se edhe emri i tij gjendet n\u00eb listat e prokuror\u00ebve. Duke qen\u00eb q\u00eb shpresa vdes e fundit, Tha\u00e7i tash nuk po zgjedh mjete q\u00eb gjendjen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ta paraqes si pothuajse gjendje lufte, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb llogaris n\u00eb t\u00eb si faktor kryesor p\u00ebr ta kontrolluar kriz\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb pak fjal\u00eb: Serbia, sipas meje, nuk ka ndonj\u00eb plan p\u00ebr ta aneksuar pjes\u00ebn veriore. Jo pse ne do ta mbronim, por sepse ky do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb pushtim i NATO’s\u00eb. Tha\u00e7i nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb fuqie p\u00ebr ta ndaluar Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb futet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore, e as n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn qendrore. Sigurisht q\u00eb nuk e mohoj q\u00eb ai ka vullnet p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por nuk ka kushte.<\/p>\n
