K\u00ebt\u00eb duhet dh\u00ebn\u00eb politika shtetit; forcimin e sovranitet dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dialogu me Serbin padyshim se e shkallmon republik\u00ebn sovrane dhe komprometon pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, p\u00ebr faktin se i gjith\u00eb dialogu i deritanish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrimin t\u00eb pal\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn serbe, nj\u00eb dialog i till\u00eb patjet\u00ebr dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb konstatohet se duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpritet, sa s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb von\u00eb dhe sa nuk jan\u00eb shkaktuar demet e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb nuk riparohen m\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dialog me Serbin\u00eb ka dhe duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa konstatohet se ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet ay, por jo n\u00eb formatin e gjertanish\u00ebm, n\u00eb formate t\u00eb tjera, ay mund t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb interesa ekonomike, n\u00eb at\u00eb politike rreth integrimit n\u00eb BE, dhe p\u00ebrfundimisht n\u00eb njohje reciproke t\u00eb vendeve, pra vet\u00ebm ky format ka kuptim t\u00eb mbaj gjall\u00eb dialogun me Serbin.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dialog tjet\u00ebr i kontraktuar mes qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me serbet e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb primat i ri i negocioush\u00ebm, madje \u00e7oft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Bruksel, dhe ky dialog t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm mbi parimin e zhvillimit, pa krijuar sistem tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ndasis\u00eb etnike, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb tentohet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyset nj\u00eb sistem tjet\u00ebr multietnik. Dialogu me serbet e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb zhvillohet pa Serbin\u00eb, pa politik\u00ebn shovene t\u00eb saj, ky dialog mund t\u00eb zhvillohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb serbet e Kosov\u00ebs e ndjejn\u00eb kontributin.<\/p>\n

Dialogu me Serbin\u00eb, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim, nj\u00eb suspendim t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, i cili ka ndodhur me luft\u00ebn dhe d\u00ebbimin e forcave ushtarako-policore serbe nga Kosova, m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb morri fund okupimi mbi Kosov\u00ebn, ndaj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka edhe nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, e quajtur si \u201cmarr\u00ebveshja e Kumanov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00c7far\u00ebdo dialogu q\u00eb orvatet t\u00eb v\u00eb n\u00ebn hije k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje (marr\u00ebveshjen e Kumanov\u00ebs), q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrjashtuar apo e ka suspenduar shtetin serb mbi Kosov\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb orvatje tjet\u00ebr me p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb pad\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00ebshik\u00ebzimin e vendit, q\u00eb ndofta edhe ta rikthej\u00eb mos-p\u00ebrjashtimin dhe mos-suspendimin e Serbis\u00eb akoma mbi Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Ajo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet n\u00eb dialogun me serbet e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb qe t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb racionalitet sepse fundi ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb racionale \u00ebsht\u00eb efektive dhe anasjelltas. K\u00ebt\u00eb duhet dh\u00ebn\u00eb politika shtetit; forcimin e sovranitet dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Jo cenimin, si\u00e7 po promovohet aktualisht nga xhuxh\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nuk ka n\u00ebnshtrim t\u00eb llojit t\u00eb zvarranikut apo ku mos dija nxjerr kok\u00ebn e urithit mbi g\u00ebrmih\u00eb.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb gjithsej tek shoq\u00ebria shqiptare akoma nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjuar si duhet logjika \u00e7liruese, dhe mbrojtja e liris\u00eb, duket se v\u00ebshtir\u00eb arrijm\u00eb tek kuptimi politik q\u00eb identifikon, dallon akteret destabilizues t\u00eb republik\u00ebs. Republika duhet t\u00eb zgjohet ndryshe, jasht\u00eb logjik\u00ebs n\u00ebnshtruese dhe p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb agjendave t\u00eb huaja. Asosacioni i komunave Serbe ka vdekur, ay duhet t\u00eb sqarohet se ishte nj\u00eb gabim n\u00eb planin e Ahtisarit, ose te dyja bashk\u00eb nuk shkojn\u00eb, Multietniciteti i republik\u00ebs me serbet brenda dhe me asosacionin komunave serbe nuk shkon.<\/p>\n

Ndofta nj\u00eb asosacion i komunave veriore (ASV), mund t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb praktik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos d\u00ebmtuar multietnicitetin, nd\u00ebrsa ASV \u2013ja me shqiptaret brenda do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb kuptim me tendenca jo d\u00ebmtues dhe jo shkallmues p\u00ebr republik\u00ebn. ASV-ja mund t\u00eb krijohej, por m\u00eb par\u00eb vet\u00ebm pasi ata t\u00eb jen\u00eb kthyer t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptaret n\u00eb pronat e tyre dhe vet\u00ebm pasi veriu t\u00eb jet\u00eb paq\u00ebsuar nga infektimet luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
