Pse te mos ndiqni nje diete ushqimore te rregullt, qe ta parandaloje ate, gje qe eshte me e lehte?<\/p>\n<p>E pra, hudhra vepron me me efekt dhe siguri nese e merrni perdite, kur jeni normal, sesa kur kujtoheni me tension 18.<br \/>\nMjalti me kanelle ne mengjes si ushqim do te jete shume me mire, sesa nje luge kanelle kur jeni me hipertension<br \/>\n300-500 mg magnez \u00e7do dite punojne me mire ne parandalim sesa ne trajtim te hipertensionit<\/p>\n<p>100-200 mg Koenzime Q10 ka garanci me te madhe per te mos lejuar gjendjen hipertensive, ndersa nuk vepron gjithnje kur shifrat ne aparat jane shume te larta.<\/p>\n<p>Omega 3 dhe peshku, arrat, bajamet, spinaqi, brokoli, caji jeshil, vaji i ullirit, limoni, shafrani i Indise, uthulla e molles etj, mund te mos jene ne gjendje te permbysin nje situate hipertensive, por ato jane te fuqishme per te stabilizuar tensionin, duke bere shume pune te mira ne organizem dhe duke rregulluar mjaft funksione, qe \u00e7ojne automatikisht ne normalizimin e tensionit te gjakut nga vete trupi.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, pasi i lexuat keto, ju e dini se do te jete shume mire te ferkoni kycet me uthull molle apo te mbani hudher ose qepe brenda \u00e7orapeve, kur ndjeheni fare mire;<\/p>\n<p>Te pini uje me limon \u00e7do mengjes, edhe pse nuk ndjeni asnje luhatje tensioni;<br \/>\nTe pini rregullisht \u00e7aj\u00ebra anti-hipertensive <em>DHE TE MIRE PER ZEMREN DHE ENET E GJAKUT<\/em> si <em>manxura<\/em>, <em>murriz<\/em>, <em>borzilok<\/em>, <em>koper<\/em>, <em>spec i kuq djeges<\/em>, <em>boronica<\/em>, <em>majdanoz<\/em>, <em>trendeline <\/em>(fara fenugrek) etj.<\/p>\n<p>Apo lengje si leng jonxhe, leng papaje, leng qepe, leng spinaqi, karote e panxhari, leng selinoje efikase shpesh edhe ne shifra te larta hipertensioni.<\/p>\n<p>Te hani ushqime si \u00e7okollata e zeze, kivi, kumbullat dhe rrushi i thate, bananet, shalqiri, rrepat, avokadot, farat e lulediellit, hurmat e arabise etj. edhe atehere kur nuk keni asnje shqetesim nga tensioni.<br \/>\nParandalimi eshte gjithnje me i lehte dhe me i shpejte sesa trajtimi<\/p>\n<p>Ja nje liste cajrash, erezash dhe perimesh, qe ju ndihmon ne uljen e tensionit dhe akoma me shume ne parandalim:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00c7aj manxuraje (ndoshta me i miri)<br \/>\nHudher<br \/>\nBar pezmi<br \/>\nlimon<br \/>\nborzilok<br \/>\nleng selinoje<br \/>\nfinok<br \/>\nfara shalqiri dhe fara molle<br \/>\nvaj kokosi<br \/>\nbanane<br \/>\narre moskat<br \/>\ntrendafil i eger<br \/>\ncaj jeshil<br \/>\ncaj speci kuq djeges<br \/>\nshafrani i Indise<br \/>\nkanelle<br \/>\nleng panxhari<br \/>\ncaj murrizi<br \/>\ncaj leonuri i zemres<br \/>\nvaj peshku<br \/>\nboronica<br \/>\nfara kardamon<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mbani parasysh se \u00e7do organizem ka specifikat e veta dhe nje trajtim qe per dike punon, nuk punon per nje tjeter.
