A do t\u00eb kemi formacione t\u00eb reja politike n\u00eb pushtet? A do t\u00eb largohet m\u00eb vota t\u00eb lira PDK dhe LDK nga pushteti? Cila parti meriton ta marr\u00eb timonin e pushtetit ? Njeriu mundohet t\u00eb gjen formula t\u00eb ndryshme dhe solucione s\u00eb qka do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme nacionale dhe ato locale.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr zgjedhjet locale po dihet s\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahen k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, por ende nuk po dihet s\u00eb a do t\u00eb mbah\u00ebn edhe zgjedhjet e parregullta nacionale. Njeriu duke b\u00ebr\u00eb analiza t\u00eb tilla politike, duke shikuar rrethanat politike t\u00eb cilat i kemi, kriz\u00ebn p\u00ebrmanente ekonomike, dhe duke u bazuar n\u00eb faktin s\u00eb prap do t\u00eb kemi konfiguracion te njejt\u00eb politike b\u00ebh\u00ebt skeptik p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb popull q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen p\u00ebr figurat e njejta politike, t\u00eb cilat ia kan fal\u00eb dreqit n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt. Nese, neser dalim n\u00eb zgjedhje dhe i votojm\u00eb partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb cilat e kaleruan pushtetin p\u00ebr k\u00ebto 18 vite, e votojm\u00eb s\u00ebrish t\u00eb keq\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, e votojm\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysj\u00ebn Kosov\u00ebs. Nese i votojm\u00eb strukturat e njejta mashtruese karshi elektoratit t\u00eb vet, zgjedhjet do t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb pa efektshme. At\u00ebher\u00eb shtrohet pyetja logjike p\u00ebr k\u00ebnd t\u00eb votojm\u00eb? Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00eb sepse asnj\u00eb subjekt politik\u00eb nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb vet ta formon qeverin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson edhe shum\u00eb situat\u00ebn politike. Por, megjithate n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast duket s\u00eb votuesit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Levizj\u00ebn VV. Pse themi VV, sepse gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs k\u00ebrkesat e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik\u00eb u p\u00ebrputh\u00ebn m\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e popullit. Ishin t\u00eb sakt\u00eb m\u00eb duket mua n\u00eb p\u00ebrceptimet e deri tashme politike, treguan s\u00eb e kan guximin qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohen m\u00eb krimin e organizuar dhe korrupcionin, si dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha dukurit\u00eb tjera devijante n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Treguan zot\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre edhe p\u00ebr temat shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndijeshme politike, Demarkacionin dhe \u201cZajednic\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I kund\u00ebrshtuan ashp\u00ebr pa zgjedhur shum\u00eb metoda dhe forma n\u00eb kuvend dhe jasht\u00eb dyer\u00ebve te kuvendit, dhe b\u00ebn mir\u00eb s\u00eb qe t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto tema jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesit dominant nacional. Mvar\u00ebsisht prej situatave njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb her\u00eb i mir\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb pak i mir\u00eb. Akter\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm politik\u00eb e kan ndotur shum\u00eb sken\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike m\u00eb veprimet e pa p\u00ebrgjegjshme t\u00eb tyre. Partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb pushtet kan nxitur situata konfliktuoze m\u00eb Opozit\u00ebn m\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zgjatj\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit&#8230; I kan kthyer debatet politike n\u00eb progand\u00eb t\u00eb tipit gebelsian. Kan future shum\u00eb medie elektronike dhe t\u00eb shkruara n\u00ebn kontroll. Po ndikojn\u00eb q\u00eb proceset demokratike t\u00eb vendnum\u00ebrojn\u00eb. Po na kthejn\u00eb n\u00eb autoritatiz\u00ebm.Stopimin e kalvarit\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb e keqijave t\u00eb k\u00ebtij pushteti do t\u00eb duhej ta b\u00ebn populli&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Opozita n\u00eb zgjedhje do t\u00eb tenton t\u00eb kapializon nga gjendja shum\u00eb e dob\u00ebt sociale. T\u00eb shemb\u00ebt ky pushtet pik\u00ebrisht aty ku m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti i dh\u00ebmb \u2013 korrupcioni dhe krimi kan p\u00ebrfishir\u00eb qdo pore t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. T\u00eb b\u00ebhet fushat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitohet nga z\u00ebri s\u00eb ky pushtet ka shkelur qdo norm\u00eb demokratike. Opozita ka qka t\u00eb kapitalizon n\u00eb fushat\u00eb paraelektorale, sepse ky pushtet i PDK dhe LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb mbushur haram deri n\u00eb fyt. Dhe, m\u00eb k\u00ebto struktura n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy subjekteve politike nuk i nevoiten Kosov\u00ebs dhe qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj. K\u00ebto dy parti dyshohet m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb s\u00eb kan n\u00eb mesin e tyre kriminel\u00eb politike dhe kriminel\u00eb ekonomik dhe plot\u00eb mashtrues dhe matrapaz\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb duke e rr\u00ebnuar t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Mjaft\u00eb m\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt rrenat i kan gelltitur si t\u00eb v\u00ebrtata. Kjo kast\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet ka krijuar nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapj\u00ebs s\u00eb dezinformatave, e q\u00eb zgjedhjet nacionale dhe zgjedhjet locale jan\u00eb rasti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb i qmontimit t\u00eb tyre.
