P\u00ebrve\u00e7 rrudhjes n\u00eb num\u00ebr shihet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsim i ndjesh\u00ebm i vitalitetit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Piramida e tregon se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit rreth 546 mij\u00eb persona jan\u00eb mbi 60 vje\u00e7, teksa shihet s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngushtuar duksh\u00ebm baza e piramid\u00ebs \u00e7ka reflekton nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb lindjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr shkaqet e p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimit shihet emigracioni, ku sipas t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit burim q\u00eb nga viti 1990 ka emigruar 20 p\u00ebr qind e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit, shumica n\u00eb Greqi dhe Itali.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sipas shifrave t\u00eb b\u00ebra publike edhe nga INSTAT, pjesa e popullsis\u00eb 65 vje\u00e7 e lart \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur nga 5 n\u00eb 11% nd\u00ebrmjet viteve 1989 dhe 2011, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb 13% n\u00eb 2016-n dhe 29% deri n\u00eb 2060-n. E krahasuar me shtetet e tjera n\u00eb bot\u00eb, vendi yn\u00eb nuk ndodhet ende n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e \u201crrezikut t\u00eb lart\u00eb\u201d nga plakja e popullsis\u00eb, por po shkon me shpejt\u00ebsi drejt saj. Sipas shifrave t\u00eb INSTAT p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb rezulton se dinamikat e jet\u00ebs kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb lindshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga indeksi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, n\u00eb nivelin aktual me 1.7 f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebr grua \u2013 n\u00ebn nivelin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Si pasoj\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka ndryshuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore midis periudhave t\u00eb censuseve t\u00eb vitit 1979 dhe 2011, duke ulur numrin e t\u00eb rinjve dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 15 vje\u00e7 nga 37% n\u00eb vet\u00ebm 21% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Kjo r\u00ebnie do t\u00eb jet\u00eb forca par\u00ebsore e moshimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb ka filluar t\u00eb ndihet n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb efektit t\u00eb kombinuar t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb rritje, uljes s\u00eb lindshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe emigrimit n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, p\u00ebrqindja e t\u00eb moshuarve n\u00eb popullsi \u2013 65 vje\u00e7 e lart \u2013 n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1989 deri n\u00eb 2011, \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur nga 5 n\u00eb 11%.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2016 INSTAT konfirmoi se lindjet kishin p\u00ebsuar r\u00ebnien m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe vjetore. Kjo ishte r\u00ebnia m\u00eb e madhe e lindshm\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn q\u00eb nga viti 1990. Fenomeni i ka trembur demograf\u00ebt dhe sociolog\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pohojn\u00eb se, ky reagim i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i qart\u00eb i pesimizmit q\u00eb po kalon ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Demograf\u00ebt dhe psikolog\u00ebt konfirmojn\u00eb se r\u00ebnia e lindjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb ndikuar nga niveli i lart\u00eb i emigracionit dhe situata e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ekonomike q\u00eb po kalojn\u00eb \u00e7iftet e reja. Mosangazhimi n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs i t\u00eb rinjve \u00ebsht\u00eb pengesa kryesore p\u00ebr fekondimin. Papun\u00ebsia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri aktualisht luhatet n\u00eb nivelin 16%, por nd\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, deri n\u00eb 30 vje\u00e7, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30%.
