Ai thot\u00eb se Partia Demokratike, pavar\u00ebsisht ofertave t\u00eb shumta q\u00eb i jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, nuk pranon t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ai shkruan se zgjedhjet edhe pa PD-n\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb mbahen.<\/p>\n

Ai nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb d\u00ebnon thirrjet p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb dhe thot\u00eb se shtyrja e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb pal\u00eb.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb dashur qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, miq t\u00eb dashur,<\/p>\n

Po ju drejtohem sot me nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb jav\u00ebt e shkuara jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb disa p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar dialogun mes partive politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga ana e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb BE, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe mua dhe nga partner\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kemi d\u00ebgjuar me kujdes shqet\u00ebsimet dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve, duke u munduar t\u00eb leht\u00ebsojm\u00eb gjetjen e nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn n\u00eb vazhdim.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ofruar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr opsionesh me shpres\u00ebn se partit\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tyre do t\u00eb tregonin p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri n\u00eb gjetjen e nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Fatkeq\u00ebsisht kjo nuk ndodhi. Sot gjendemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb ku procesi zgjedhor \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar zgjedhjet n\u00eb 18 Qershor. Ky process do t\u00eb zhvillohet pa pjes\u00ebmarrjen e partive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha opozitare. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjedhje e q\u00ebllimshme e partive opozitare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb duhet ta respektoj por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb ta shoh me keqardhje nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb nga pik\u00ebpamja demokratike. Shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb dhe meritojn\u00eb zgjedhje q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb elektorale dhe sigurojn\u00eb standarde zgjedhore. Gjithsesi procesi demokratik duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe pse disa zgjedhin t\u00eb mbeten pas.<\/p>\n

Demokracia dhe standardet demokratike, nuk do t\u00eb ndalohen nga bojkotimi i institucioneve dhe zgjedhjeve demokratike. Zgjedhjet do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb meritave t\u00eb tyre, sipas standardeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Institucioni evropian m\u00eb kompetent, ODIHR<\/strong>, ka l\u00ebshuar s\u00eb fundmi v\u00ebzhgimet e veta p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb zgjedhore n\u00eb Shqipqri.<\/p>\n

Ne jo vet\u00ebm e mb\u00ebshtesim ODIHR, presim gjithashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u2019i ofrojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin dhe transparenc\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb plot\u00eb gjat\u00eb misionit, si gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs ashtu dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb interesin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb saj, q\u00eb OSBE-ODIHR dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb v\u00ebzhguesit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb rolin e tyre ky\u00e7, p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n

Prandaj m\u00eb lejoni t\u00eb jem i qart\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr: D\u00ebnoj fuqish\u00ebm \u00e7do lajm\u00ebrim apo thirrje p\u00ebr \u2018veprim\u2019, q\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnonte t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar dhe lirit\u00eb e tyre themelore. K\u00ebto \u2018veprime\u2019 nuk mund t\u00eb justifikohen dhe nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e standardeve t\u00eb BE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb themeltare evropiane, q\u00eb idet\u00eb dhe propozimet politike \u2013 pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse u p\u00eblqejn\u00eb apo jo \u2013 t\u00eb diskutohen brenda institucioneve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht Parlamentin Shqiptar<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb theksuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha takimet me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit politik\u00eb t\u00eb vendit tuaj, t\u00eb \u00e7do pale qofshin!<\/p>\n

Sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebsaj, m\u00eb lejoni t\u2019ju them dhe nj\u00eb gj\u00eb. Anulimi i zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd! \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb dashur qytetar\u00eb,<\/p>\n

Kam besim t\u00eb plot\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tyre t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtjen dhe pjekurin\u00eb demokratike, q\u00eb pritet nga nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb aspiron t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e BE.<\/p>\n

Le t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb qart\u00eb: udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00ebse mundohen t\u00eb nxjerrin nga shinat aspiratat legjitime t\u00eb popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BE do t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb dhe monitoroj\u00eb nga af\u00ebr procesin zgjedhor. Dhe \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u2019ju mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb n\u00eb shtegun drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE.<\/em><\/p>\n
