Bashkatdhetari veteran Rexhep Halimi, q\u00eb punonte e jetonte n\u00eb Cyrih t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs, kishte nj\u00eb dhunti racionale p\u00ebr t’i identifikuar edhe bashk\u00ebveprimtar\u00ebt. Duke jetuar i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Cyrih, me pag\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb SBB (trenat e Zvicr\u00ebs), ai n\u00eb banes\u00eb i kishte shpesh parazit\u00ebt Xhavit Haliti, Hashim Thaqi dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po ia trajtonin banes\u00ebn si \u00e7ajtore. N\u00eb at\u00eb banes\u00eb e kishte pas mysafir edhe francezin Arnaud Danjean, t\u00eb cilin Hashimi ia kishte prezantuar si shok kursi t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs gjermane. Por Rexha, n\u00eb dukje naiv, fillon t\u00eb dyshon n\u00eb at\u00eb shoq\u00ebrim, meq\u00eb Arnaud po e merrte n\u00eb pyetje si hetues, dhe jo thjesht si shok i Hashimit. Dhe prandaj e dyshonte si agjente t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi sekret francez. Qysh at\u00ebher\u00eb ai ma pat dhuruar vizitkart\u00ebn e Arnaudit. Meq\u00eb nuk e quajta me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, nuk e ruajta.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs n\u00eb Rambuje nga nj\u00eb diplomat operativ pyet\u00ebm n\u00ebse e njihja \u201cshokun\u201d e Hashimit me em\u00ebr Arnaud Danjean, i cili gjithandej po e shoq\u00ebronte Hashimin n\u00eb K\u00ebshtjell\u00eb. Un\u00eb iu p\u00ebrgjigja se \u00ebsht\u00eb shok i Z. Tha\u00e7i. Ai shprehu habin\u00eb: \u201csi qenka e mundur me qen\u00eb shok Z. Tha\u00e7i me nj\u00eb oficer t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi inteligjent francez…!?” (perifrazimet e lira<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dit\u00eb, dy-tre dit\u00eb para p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs n\u00eb Rambuje, m\u00eb takojn\u00eb dy diplomat\u00eb operativ\u00eb, q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb Wolfgang Petritsch (Petri\u00e7). Ata paksa me tone k\u00ebrc\u00ebnues me fol\u00ebn: \u201cZ. Hashim Tha\u00e7i nuk po guxon me firmos marr\u00ebveshjen nga frika hakmarr\u00ebse e komandant\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po i influenconi Ju dhe Z. Dit\u00ebn e parafundit t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs pata rast ta p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes Z. Joschka Fischer, Ministrin e jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, gjat\u00eb daljes nga konferenca e shtypit. I fola, duke iu prezantuar me em\u00ebr dhe mbiem\u00ebr, an\u00ebtar i partis\u00eb se tij dhe shqiptar nga Kosova. M\u00eb qortoi r\u00ebnd\u00eb pse nuk po e n\u00ebnshkruanim marr\u00ebveshjen, duke m’u g\u00ebrmuar: \u201cMos po mendoni se ne nuk kemi bes\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm Ju? Pse nuk po n\u00ebnshkruani?\u201d<\/p>\n

I tregova se Hashimin nuk po e lejonte sh\u00ebrbimi sekret ushtarak francez, i cili ia ka vu mbi kok\u00eb t\u00eb tij nj\u00eb epror. Shprehi habi, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb:
\n\u201cU dashka t\u00eb merremi vesh me francez\u00ebt!?\u201d I thash se vet\u00ebm ai sh\u00ebrbim po e komandon Hashimin p\u00ebr refuzim, p\u00ebrndryshe gjith\u00eb Delegacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrim.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Samitin fam\u00ebkeq bot\u00ebror, q\u00eb u mbajt n\u00eb qershor 1999 n\u00eb K\u00ebln t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, n\u00ebn patronatin e qeveris\u00eb gjermane, me ra ta takoj Z. Arnaud Danjean. N\u00eb at\u00eb samit fatkeq\u00ebsisht gjerman\u00ebt rikthyen rus\u00ebt n\u00eb vendimmarrje p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.
\nMe telefonuan q\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj hotel p\u00ebr Hashimin, i cili po vinte n\u00eb at\u00eb samit. Mu tek ti telefonoj Hotel \u201cMaritim\u201d. U thash\u00eb se m\u00eb duhet suit\u00eb p\u00ebr kryeministrin nga Kosova. Pa hezitim me treguan numrin e dhom\u00ebs dhe me than\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj t\u00eb kryej formalitetet.<\/p>\n

Doli se at\u00eb hotel e kishte marr\u00eb me qira qeveria gjermane p\u00ebr kryeministra t\u00eb shteteve. Po aty ishte vendosur edhe Kancelari Schr\u00f6der. Personeli i hotelit besoj se v\u00ebrtet Kosova kishte kryeminist\u00ebr, prandaj aq leht\u00eb me caktuan numrin e dhomave.<\/p>\n

Kur erdh\u00ebn Hashimi, m\u00eb duket me Bilall Sherifin, pat\u00ebm pak problem n\u00eb aeroport t\u00eb K\u00eblnit\/Bonit. E ndaluan Hashimin. Telefonova n\u00eb Ministri t\u00eb jashtme. Intervenuan. E lejuan t\u00eb hynte.<\/p>\n

Kur Hashimi me Bilallin u ngjit\u00ebn n\u00eb dhom\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb valixhet, un\u00eb u ndala t’i pres n\u00eb holl. Kur papritmas mu paraqit Z. Arnavud Danjean. Mu drejtua: \u201cZ. Kelmendi, erdhi Hashimi?\u201d Un\u00eb nuk e njihja. E pyeta kush ishte. Mu prezantua se \u00ebsht\u00eb shoku i Hashimit…<\/p>\n

U ul\u00ebm. I shpjegova se e njihja si em\u00ebr dhe si oficer francez… Qeshi. M\u00eb tha se Hashimi i kishte rr\u00ebfyer shum\u00eb p\u00ebr mua dhe se me respektonte shum\u00eb, e truke t\u00eb ngjashme t\u00eb agjentit.<\/p>\n

E pyeta ku e ka takuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Hashimin. Mu p\u00ebrgjigj, n\u00eb kurs t\u00eb gjermanishtes n\u00eb Cyrih. Ia ktheva, t\u00eb mos me tallej, meq\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kurs nj\u00eb ushtarak francez nuk shkon nga Parisi n\u00eb Cyrih…<\/p>\n

Biseda jon\u00eb eskaloi n\u00eb grindje. N\u00eb ato momente zbriti Hashimi. Na gjeti duke u grindur. Mu drejtua: \u201cShef, nuk ke nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohet, e kam vet\u00ebm shok t\u00eb mir\u00eb…\u201d Ia ktheva: \u201cU sqaruam, Hashim Tha\u00e7i i Brojes shok me ushtarak i sh\u00ebrbimit sekret ushtarak francez. K\u00ebsaj pune i ka dal tymi moti!\u201d Ia tregova edhe kart\u00ebvizit\u00ebn, q\u00eb sapo ma kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb Arnaud. Nuk i erdh mir\u00eb. Ma k\u00ebrkoi ta shihte. Nuk ia dhash\u00eb, sepse dija se nuk do t\u00eb ma kthente.<\/p>\n

Ndoshta n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1999, ose n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2000, t\u00eb banaku i Hotel Grandit Z. Bardhyl Mahmuti po fjaloseshin me Z. Arnaud Danjean. U afrova p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhy. Bardhyli po eksplodonte dhe prandaj po e shante. At\u00eb sherrnaj\u00eb e keqkuptova si angazhim shantazhues t\u00eb Arnaudit, p\u00ebr ta tjet\u00ebrsuar partin\u00eb q\u00eb po udh\u00ebhiqt\u00eb Bardhyli, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia dor\u00ebzuar Hashimit…<\/p>\n

Dhe ndodhi ai komplot, duke e zhb\u00eb PPDK dhe duke formuar PDK-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe kryetari dhe kryeministri i shtetit, kur firmosin kontrata, nuk zhb\u00ebhen edhe n\u00ebse hallakatet gjith\u00eb popullata…
