N\u00eb paraqitjen kronologjike t\u00eb em\u00ebrtimeve arb\u00ebresh dhe shqiptar, e sidomos t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Arbnis\u00eb n\u00eb per\u00ebndim t\u00eb rrethit t\u00eb Kruj\u00ebs, sipas nj\u00eb kronologjie historiko-gjuh\u00ebsore krahasimtare, ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktim m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb edhe n\u00eb etimoligji, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb konstatohet p\u00ebrfillja dhe vazhdim\u00ebsia prej koh\u00ebs, kur n\u00eb shekullin II, gjeografi grek, K. Ptolomeu, sh\u00ebnon n\u00eb hart\u00ebn e tij emrin e fisit ilir Albanoi dhe kryeqytetin e alban\u00ebve, Albanopolin, kurse lidhjet n\u00eb mes alban\u00ebve dhe parthin\u00ebve, me motivacion se emri i tyre do t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjuar asiciacione t\u00eb kuptimit (lat.) albus dhe se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrkthim nga fjala (me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin kuptim), parthinus, sikur q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se pirustus ishte p\u00ebrkthim nga dardanus, ka mbetur vet\u00ebm hipotez\u00eb interesante.<\/p>\n<p>Autori ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpjegime t\u00eb mjaftueshme historike-gjeogeafike q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb mbisundimin e em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb (fisit) t\u00eb alban\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb Albanopolit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb krahasim me em\u00ebrtimet e fiseve t\u00eb tjera ilire. Nj\u00eb kaptin\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb autori ia ka kushtuar ubikacionit t\u00eb Arbanonit, t\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb lokalitetin arkeologjik t\u00eb Zg\u00ebrdheshit, af\u00ebr Kruj\u00ebs. N\u00eb qytetin Arbanon ka ekzistuar edhe Ipeshkvia e quajtur diocesis Arbanensis, duke ndikuar, bashk\u00eb me Principat\u00ebn e Arb\u00ebrit, edhe n\u00eb shtrirjen e Arbanon-it n\u00eb mesjet\u00ebn e von\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe objekt i k\u00ebtij em\u00ebrtimi dhe n\u00eb aspektin dialektor t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs (shqipe) arb\u00ebrishte.<\/p>\n<p>Em\u00ebrtimi arb\u00ebr paraqitet i stabilizuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt romane n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn Albani, Albanenses(Arbaneses), (Albania), n\u00eb greqishte, sllavishte dhe turqishte, duke konstatuar se as nga faktori i br\u00ebndsh\u00ebm ky em\u00ebrtim kurr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kontestuar, por p\u00ebrkundrazi edhe sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur n\u00eb forma t\u00eb shumta e sidomos n\u00eb shprehjet karizmatike si\u00e7 jan\u00eb :besa arb\u00ebrore, toka arb\u00ebrore, sikur q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb dendur edhe n\u00eb antroponimin\u00eb shqiptare (Arben, Arb\u00ebr, Arb\u00ebresh, Alban, Albana, Albania), me nund\u00ebsi riprodhuese edhe n\u00eb toponimin\u00eb aktuale(fq.11-12).<\/p>\n<p>Nga pasqyra e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj monografie studimore kuptohet jo vet\u00ebm historiku i shkurt\u00ebr i k\u00ebtyre rrjedhave dhe zhvillimi leksikografik i etnonimis\u00eb shqiptar por edhe vijim\u00ebsia gjuh\u00ebsore dhe historike iliro-shqiptare e etnonimit arb\u00ebresh dhe konsolidimi i nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb nacionale q\u00eb vepronte gjat\u00eb shekujve, pak a shum\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha strukturat e popullit, n\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrcakrimin etnik t\u00eb tij (fq. 219).<\/p>\n<p>Autori n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, Prof. Dr. Engj\u00ebll Sedaj, duke qen\u00eb mjaft konsekuent n\u00eb iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb punimi me diapazon t\u00eb gjer\u00eb problematik dhe me shtrirje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kohore, vetvetiu na paraqet nj\u00eb studim-sintez\u00eb.
