Dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me ndihm\u00ebn e Zotit, k\u00ebt\u00eb fillim prilli, po na krijohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb jemi midis shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb nderuar me banim n\u00eb Suedi, e cila na jep k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Jemi njohur pak edhe me veprimtarin\u00eb e Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d, si dhe aktivitetet e Qendr\u00ebs Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cMigjeni\u201d, n\u00eb Suedi, aktivitete t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb mbushin me shpres\u00eb dhe g\u00ebzim, pasi tregojn\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo q\u00eb jan\u00eb, po b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka mundin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur gjuh\u00ebn amtare, kultur\u00ebn dhe traditat e kombit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ky takim \u00ebsht\u00eb rast i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer mendime, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb di\u00e7ka nga p\u00ebrvoja e njeri-tjetrit. Natyrisht m\u00eb tep\u00ebr do t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb ne q\u00eb vijm\u00eb aty nga Shqip\u00ebria, pasi banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij vendi i kan\u00eb patur syt\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb nga Europa. Madje intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb shquar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb SHBA, si Faik Konica, Fan S. Noli, Kristo Dako, Kosta \u00c7ekrezi e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me Federat\u00ebn \u201cVatra\u201d, si dhe shoqatat e patriot\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Bukuresht, Sofje, Egjypt e gjetk\u00eb, kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7muar p\u00ebr Shpalljen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ruajtjen e kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Pra i kan\u00eb k\u00ebnduar dhe kan\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe para dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur. Ishte ndikimi i iluminist\u00ebve europian\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 19-t\u00eb q\u00eb zgjoi nd\u00ebrgjegjen komb\u00ebtare te rilind\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb dhe i nxiti p\u00ebr t\u00eb rendur drejt Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. I till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb themeluesi i filozofis\u00eb natyrore moderne Isac Newton, mjeshtri i filozofis\u00eb politike John Locke, figura t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb iluminizmit si Leibniz, Kant, Voltaire, Didero, Toland, Clark, Collins etj. Ky iluminiz\u00ebm ndikoi fuqish\u00ebm te brezi i rilind\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb, midis t\u00eb cil\u00ebve v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit \u201cFrash\u00ebri\u201d luajt\u00ebn rol me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb fuqizimin e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb metod\u00eb dhe mendim qen\u00eb romantik. Ata p\u00ebrqafuan romantizmin perspektiv t\u00eb ushqyer me utopi, nj\u00eb romatiz\u00ebm q\u00eb shihte nga e ardhmja, pa l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb homazhet p\u00ebr mitin e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Pik\u00ebrisht besimi i tyre te idet\u00eb iluministe i b\u00ebnte t\u00eb besonin te forca e mendimit. Me lag\u00ebpam\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb veprat e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, si \u201cT\u00eb mjer\u00ebt\u201d e Hygoit, \u201cVerterin\u201d e G\u00ebtes, apo \u201cShah Name-n\u00eb\u201d perse, t\u2019i b\u00ebnin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Rumelis\u00eb, pasi si\u00e7 ka shkruar studiuesi Shaban Sinani, resortet e qytet\u00ebrimeve i shihnin si resorte dialogu n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit, resorte t\u00eb konvergjenc\u00ebs, t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nderim p\u00ebr shoqatat shqiptare n\u00eb Suedi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I p\u00ebrmenda k\u00ebto radh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb japin kontributin e tyre p\u00ebr vendin am\u00eb, kudo q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhen. Problemet q\u00eb shtrohen sot para intelektual\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb po aq t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sa edhe dje. Gati 150 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe alfabetit t\u00eb saj, shihej si m\u00eb kryesori, ndaj p\u00ebrpjekjet e patriot\u00ebve \u00e7uan n\u00eb themelimin e Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtypshkrimit Shqip n\u00eb Stamboll, m\u00eb 13 tetor t\u00eb vitit 1879, kryetar i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u caktua Sami Frash\u00ebri. M\u00eb 20 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1881, ai i shkruante Jeronim De Rad\u00ebs se k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, mesa duket, \u201ce kuptuan fort mir\u00eb q\u00eb mbret\u00ebria nuk\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnj\u00eb gj\u00eb kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ballina e Thesarit 7\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2017\/ballina_e_thesarit7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" \/> Rol t\u00eb madh n\u00eb botimin e gazetave dhe librave, jasht\u00eb dhe brenda vendit, kan\u00eb luajtur edhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e Bukureshtit, Egjyptit, Sofjes etj. Themi q\u00eb gjuha ka patur dhe vazhdon t\u00eb ket\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt, jo vet\u00ebm pse kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 5 shtete, por edhe ngaq\u00eb emigrimi i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebto 27 vite ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarja e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e madhe. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, ndihmesa e patriot\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb emigracion p\u00ebr ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, \u00ebsht\u00eb e jasht\u00ebzakonshme. K\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr po e b\u00ebn\u00eb mir\u00eb edhe Shoqata e Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d n\u00eb Suedi. Veprimtarit\u00eb e saj, botimet e shumta, aktivitetet e shpeshta letrare e kulturore, i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb ruajtjes dhe pasurimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb larg\u00ebt, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Suedia, n\u00eb raport me vendlindjen e t\u00eb par\u00ebve, me trojet e banuara nga shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb shekuj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr Sami Frash\u00ebrin, m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs amtare, p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte ngut\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifituar koh\u00ebn e humbur. Shkrimi i saj, krahas t\u00eb folur\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, shihej si domosdoshm\u00ebri, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt kombi mund t\u00eb shuhej. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb ai e k\u00ebrkonte jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb q\u00eb jetonte n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, por edhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb banonin n\u00eb shtete ku shumic\u00ebn e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin komb\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera. N\u00eb vepr\u00ebn programore, \u201cShqip\u00ebria \u00e7\u2019ka qen\u00eb, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet\u201d, Sami Frash\u00ebri b\u00ebri radiografin\u00eb e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, si dhe t\u00eb lindjes e zhvillimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore. Ai e vler\u00ebsonte gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, si nj\u00eb nga gjuh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, q\u00eb kishte ardhur deri n\u00eb ato dit\u00eb \u201ce paprishur dhe e pandryshuar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ndodhte sepse t\u00eb ardhmen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ky filozof i shquar shqiptar, e shihte n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb Republike Demokratike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn organet e pushtetit t\u00eb zgjidheshin nga populli. Ai besonte se shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb bashkoheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shtetin e tyre, pasi \u201cne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi v\u00ebllez\u00ebr, nj\u00eb trup, nj\u00eb mendje, nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim, nj\u00eb fe\u201d. P\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi besimi. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb besonin te Shqip\u00ebria dhe t\u00eb derdhnin gjith\u00eb dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ndaj rilind\u00ebsit nuk e kursyen pasurin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu vepruan edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Amerik\u00ebs, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha financiare me an\u00eb t\u00eb Federat\u00ebs \u201cVatra\u201d, si\u00e7 japin sot shqiptar\u00ebt me banim n\u00eb Suedi, por edhe gjetk\u00eb, p\u00ebr botimin e librave dhe gazetave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, apo p\u00ebr aktivitetet kulturore q\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb. Nuk do t\u00eb mungojn\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebt as p\u00ebr emigrant\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm n\u00eb Suedi dhe gjetk\u00eb, q\u00eb heqin nga djersa e tyre p\u00ebrdit\u00eb nga 5 dollar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Do t\u00eb k\u00ebndohet edhe p\u00ebr ta, si\u00e7 k\u00ebndohej at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr Abdyl Frash\u00ebrin: \u00c7\u2019u p\u00ebrpoq i var\u00ebfri, \/ Dhjet her\u00eb n\u00eb Fr\u00ebngji, \/ Prishi nj\u00eb torb\u00eb flori \/ \u00c7\u2019u p\u00ebrpoq p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri, \/ U p\u00ebrpoqe Bej p\u00ebr ne, \/ Me mend dhe me hazine\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb pak te Shoqata e Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d, me kryetar zotin Hysen Ibrahimi. Mbajtja e k\u00ebtij emri prej saj \u00ebsht\u00eb nderim jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pap\u00ebn e shquar me origjin\u00eb nga La\u00e7i i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb lidhjen e shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe artist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Suedi. Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur q\u00eb familja Albani \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, kur dy p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb saj u d\u00ebrguan me detyr\u00eb diplomatike te Duka i Urbinos. Dihet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht q\u00eb Papa Klementi XI ka luajtur rol me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebjet\u00ebs\u00ebn e besimeve t\u00eb krishtera n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit e 17 dhe fillimin e shekullit 18, ka ndikuar pozitivisht p\u00ebr njohjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb besimit n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, mb\u00ebshteti mbajtjen e Kuvendit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit m\u00eb 14 janar 1703, n\u00eb M\u00ebr\u00e7i t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, botoi Aktet e tij n\u00eb shqip e latinisht, i dha fund Jansenizmit me an\u00eb t\u00eb demit t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm Unigenitus, pa len\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb ndihmes\u00ebn e vet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e gjuh\u00ebs e t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb trojet shqiptare. Papa Klementi XI, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e mohoi p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast qenien e tij shqiptar, por b\u00ebri p\u00ebrpjekje edhe p\u00ebr bashkimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto rreshta i shkruajta, jo thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb Papa Klementit XI, por n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve shqiptar n\u00eb Suedi, e cila krahas veprave t\u00eb publikuara zhvillon nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb aktivitetesh, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat marrin pjes\u00eb krijues nga Suedia dhe vende t\u00eb tjera. N\u00eb k\u00ebto takime ata shk\u00ebmbejn\u00eb mendime midis tyre, gjallojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, u japin jet\u00eb traditave dhe zakoneve tona t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera, njihen me p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e njeri-tjetrit, hartojn\u00eb programe p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00ebsermen, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, pasurojn\u00eb tematik\u00ebn n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krijimtaris\u00eb, mbajn\u00eb lart flamurin shqiptar dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb Suedi e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duke paraqitur para suedez\u00ebve an\u00ebt m\u00eb pozitive t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Botimi me vler\u00eb i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d Suedi, (SHSHASHS), titulluar \u201cThesar Komb\u00ebtar i M\u00ebrgat\u00ebs Shqiptare n\u00eb Suedi\u201d, ku jan\u00eb publikuar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh me dokumente, artikuj e intervista, flet qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ndjenj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ka vet\u00eb kryesia e shoqat\u00ebs, por dhe gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia e saj. Botimi n\u00eb faqet e k\u00ebtij libri, t\u00eb krijimeve q\u00eb lidhen me jet\u00ebn n\u00eb komunitetin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Suedi, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, si dhe shkrime e krijime p\u00ebr atdheun am\u00eb, perspektiv\u00ebn e kombit shqiptar, pasurimin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, jan\u00eb hapa t\u00eb guximsh\u00ebm dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha me interes t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare dhe edukimin e brezit t\u00eb ri. Ajo q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq m\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si punohet prej shoqat\u00ebs dhe drejtuesve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegjialiteti n\u00eb marrjen e vendimeve, p\u00ebrgatitja e shkrimeve me grupe pune, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndikon n\u00eb rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb botimit, forcohet ndjenja e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb edhe uniteti n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e SHSHASHS. Jan\u00eb mbi 30 grupe pune, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt punojn\u00eb dhe veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kolektive, shembull ky q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i njohur edhe p\u00ebr grupime t\u00eb tjera shoqatash, apo komunitete emigrant\u00ebsh q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtete t\u00eb ndryshme, pjes\u00eb e Komunitetit Europian e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Puna n\u00eb grup shmang egoizmin, intrigat, m\u00ebrit\u00eb, forcon nd\u00ebrgjegjen, rrit besimin te shoku dhe garanton jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e shoqat\u00ebs. \u201cThesari Komb\u00ebtar\u201d, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb th\u00ebsar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, plote xhevahire, q\u00eb do ta pasurojn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb arkiv\u00ebn e kujtes\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunimi i shoqat\u00ebs me median e shkruar dhe at\u00eb elektronike, gazeta ditore, stacione t\u00eb radios dhe televizionit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebri, b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb SHSHASHS t\u00eb njihet jo vet\u00ebm prej shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Suedis\u00eb, por nga gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo q\u00eb punojn\u00eb e jetojn\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Suedi, librat jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e fondit n\u00eb 287 biblioteka. Ky process ka siguri t\u00eb vazhdoj e zgjerohet m\u00eb tej, pasi n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen shoqata synon ta shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb librin edhe n\u00eb kryeqendra t\u00eb tjera europiane. Kjo pun\u00eb kolosale mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm nga institucione serioze dhe drejtues t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm e pun\u00ebtor, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u rreh fort zemra p\u00ebr atdheun, q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr fatet e tij, por q\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb dashuri t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do shqiptar n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, kudo q\u00eb punon e jeton.<\/p>\n<p>Puna 6 vje\u00e7are e shoqat\u00ebs, p\u00ebrpjekjet e saj p\u00ebr t\u2019i bashkuar gjith\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebt, artist\u00ebt dhe krijuesit q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Suedi, p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e od\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare, me siguri q\u00eb do ta leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e m\u00ebtejshme dhe do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme e m\u00eb institucionale. Aty p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsohet historia dhe trash\u00ebgimia e pasur e vlerave tuaja t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsueshme atdhetare. P\u00ebrpjekjet e shoqat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur lart vlerat e indetitetit komb\u00ebtar kan\u00eb len\u00eb e vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb len\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme, pasi veprimtarit\u00eb e organizuara me karakter letrar e kulturor, her\u00eb pas here kan\u00eb patur karakter komb\u00ebtar, historik dhe shkencor. Nj\u00eb fakt i till\u00eb tregon nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht dhe performanc\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs, n\u00eb organizim dhe drejtim.<\/p>\n<p>Veprimtarit\u00eb e SHSHASHS kryehen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare. Nuk duhet harruar se, t\u00eb shkruash dhe t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn rreth arritjeve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb vendit t\u00ebnd n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e letrave, at\u00eb historike, kulturore a folklorike, k\u00ebrkohet koh\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb dispozicion dhe forc\u00eb mendore, fizike, krijuese dhe financiare. Promovimi i vlerave njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb zakoneve dhe traditave shqiptare, i trim\u00ebris\u00eb, besnik\u00ebris\u00eb, bujaris\u00eb dhe mikpritjes, tregon p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb traditave dhe vlerave historike e kulturore t\u00eb kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Krahas pun\u00ebs q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Suedi, kemi edhe shembuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb pozitiv nga shqiptar\u00ebt me banim n\u00eb Greqi, ku presioni nga shteti Helen, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar zhvillimin e veprimtarive atdhetare q\u00eb ata organizojn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i madh. Edhe n\u00eb Itali shqiptar\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb artistike dhe kulturore, por e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, SHBA, Kanada e deri n\u00eb Australi.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj t\u00eb them edhe p\u00ebr Qendr\u00ebn Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cMigjeni\u201d, e cila mban emrin e poetit t\u00eb shquar shqiptar t\u00eb viteve \u201930 t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, Millosh Gjergj Nikolla, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb cop\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie edhe n\u00eb Suedi. Migjeni ishte njeri i ditur dhe luftoi me gjith\u00eb forc\u00ebn e vet\u00eb p\u00ebr paqen sociale, pasi nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohej me hendekun e madh q\u00eb ishte krijuar midis t\u00eb pasurve dhe t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve. Ai e pranonte diferencimin klasor, por nuk pranonte indiferenc\u00ebn e t\u00eb ngopurve ndaj t\u00eb uriturve, pasi e donte Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe luftonte q\u00eb banor\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb jetonin si n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb mos vuanin urije. Por edhe babai i tij, Gjergji, shquhej p\u00ebr ndjenj\u00ebn atdhetare, pasi ishte p\u00ebr sovranitetin e vendit, pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e besimit fetar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e tregoi me vepra duke qen\u00eb delegat n\u00eb Kongresin e Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse, zhvilluar n\u00eb Berat n\u00eb vitin 1922, kuvend i cili k\u00ebrkonte mos var\u00ebsin\u00eb e kish\u00ebs shqiptare nga Patrikana e Stambollit.<\/p>\n<p>Qendra Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cMigjeni\u201d, n\u00eb k\u00ebto 10 vite, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme sepse ka zhvilluar aktivitete t\u00eb shumta e t\u00eb larmishme, duke e mbajtur t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb n\u00eb Suedi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jeta e shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb banojn\u00eb aty, b\u00ebhet m\u00eb aktive dhe m\u00eb e g\u00ebzuar. Nuk ka dyshim q\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb e kryera nga kjo qend\u00ebr, e cila drejtohet nga njeriu i mir\u00eb, shqiptari me zem\u00ebr dhe pun\u00ebtori i palodhur Sokol Demaku, jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe kontributi q\u00eb japin an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet me fjal\u00eb. Por sikur edhe vet\u00ebm emri i Migjenit, q\u00eb bulon n\u00eb sallat, zyrat dhe rrug\u00ebt e qytetit t\u00eb nderuar Bor\u00e5s, ku ju punoni e jetoni, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pak. Qendra Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cMigjeni\u201d promovon kultur\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare shqiptare n\u00eb Suedi, e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb at\u00eb te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb indentiteti komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb vij\u00eb duke u forcuar dhe ta b\u00ebj\u00eb krenar brezin e ri p\u00ebr qenien shqiptar. Ajo mban t\u00eb gjall\u00eb emrin e poetit ton\u00eb t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX, vepra e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavdekshme. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, shqiptar\u00ebt e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar pran\u00eb saj, meritojn\u00eb shum\u00eb fal\u00ebnderime, pasi jan\u00eb burim frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne. Veprimtarit\u00eb e organizuara prej tyre jan\u00eb apel p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt kudo q\u00eb punojn\u00eb e jetojn\u00eb, pasi e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas mund\u00ebsive, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn apo historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00ebvuajtur, por krenare, t\u00eb raskapitur n\u00eb shekuj, por shpres\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn dhe kultur\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, e cila p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq njihet pak, madje n\u00eb disa raste \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Busulla jon\u00eb, idet\u00eb e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb mjaft mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs fakti q\u00eb Shoqata e Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d n\u00eb Suedi, e ka thelluar m\u00eb tej veprimtarin\u00eb e saj, duke u ngritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb stad m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, pasi po merret edhe me studime shkencore. Organizimi i 4 sesioneve shkencore brenda 5 viteve, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb gjigante dhe dobiprur\u00ebse. Trajtimi i temave me pesh\u00eb komb\u00ebtare si: \u201cRoli i m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare shqiptare\u201d, apo \u201cRoli i m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebs dhe tradit\u00ebs shqiptare\u201d, k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb sudiuesit e SHSHASHS t\u00eb punojn\u00eb me muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb, t\u00eb g\u00ebrmojn\u00eb n\u00eb arkiva dhe t\u00eb shfletojn\u00eb mij\u00ebra faqe nga botime t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs historike.<\/p>\n<p>Njohja e t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs historike t\u00eb kombit shqiptar, analiza shkencore e ngjarjeve nga akademik\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, do t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbente p\u00ebr t\u2019u orinetuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare por dhe n\u00eb hartimin e politikave t\u00eb nevojshme n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit ekonomik e social t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare. Dhe kjo nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pa patur \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb mendje programin e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, e cila lidhet ngusht\u00ebsisht me Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ardhmen. T\u00eb heq\u00ebsh dor\u00eb nga vler\u00ebsimi i rilind\u00ebsve do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb shuash kujtes\u00ebn historike, t\u00eb shkul\u00ebsh rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs por edhe t\u00eb vet\u00eb kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Sami Frash\u00ebri e shtjelloi gj\u00ebr\u00ebsisht rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb duhej ndjekur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e popullit t\u00eb vet, ku n\u00ebnvizonte se shqiptar\u00ebt dallonin nga turqit, pasi kishin indetitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb formuar n\u00eb mij\u00ebravje\u00e7ar, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha, sepse ishin nj\u00eb popull europian. Dhe si\u00e7 shkruante ai, ne shqiptar\u00ebt \u201cjemi m\u2019i vjetri komb i Europ\u00ebs; kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb dhet\u2019 t\u2019Europ\u00ebs m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se \u00e7do komb\u201d. Pra ai b\u00ebri gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb bindur bashk\u00ebkombasit se e vetmja rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur rrezikun e cop\u00ebtimit t\u00eb kombit ishte shk\u00ebputja nga Perandoria Osmane dhe krijimi i shtetit t\u00eb pavarur. Samiu e dinte q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballeshin me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, pasi te shqiptar\u00ebt ende nuk qe krijuar bindja mbi domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e shk\u00ebputjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga Perandoria.<\/p>\n<p>Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare qe nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje patriotike dhe idealiste q\u00eb ndri\u00e7oi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb autentike faktet historike t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 19-t\u00eb. Naim Frash\u00ebri tregoi se krahas nj\u00eb poeti t\u00eb madh me vlera komb\u00ebtare, ishte nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht politikan largpam\u00ebs, tek k\u00ebshillonte q\u00eb me fqinj\u00ebt duhej t\u00eb kishim p\u00ebrher\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira, duke respektuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e secilit. Vjershat e tij soll\u00ebn n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb shqipe nj\u00eb past\u00ebrti gjuhe dhe frym\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje. Ato u b\u00ebn\u00eb frym\u00ebzim i madh patriotik p\u00ebr mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e quajt\u00ebn Naimin \u201cbilbili i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d apo \u201cpoet komb\u00ebtar\u201d. Naimi ruajti gjuh\u00ebn shqipe jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, por p\u00ebr krejt bot\u00ebn, si gjuh\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera. Naimi u b\u00eb poeti i k\u00ebrkesave komb\u00ebtare shqiptare, por si pasoj\u00eb e shtypjes turke dhe p\u00ebrndjekjes nga ana e Patrikan\u00ebs greke, u pengua lul\u00ebzimi saj. E njejta gj\u00eb duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr Gjergj Fisht\u00ebn dhe dhjetra shkrimtar\u00eb e poet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Por sulltan Abdyl Hamiti i ndaloi gjith\u00eb botimet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe mbylli shkollat, t\u00eb cilat mund\u00ebn t\u00eb hapeshin vet\u00ebm pas kryengritjeve shqiptare t\u00eb viteve 1911-1912.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj themi q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare e dit\u00ebve tona duhet t\u2019i hedhi syt\u00eb nga vepra q\u00eb na kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb rilind\u00ebsit e fundit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 19 dhe fillim shekullit t\u00eb 20-t\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar t\u00eb ardhmen e kombit shqiptar, ende \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb kemi si udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese filozofin\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb prej tyre, pasi idet\u00eb dhe programi q\u00eb ata shpalos\u00ebn, nuk ishin t\u00eb vlefshme vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit dhe p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah vendeve t\u00eb zhvilluara europiane.<\/p>\n<p>Kuptohet leht\u00ebsisht q\u00eb ne shqiptar\u00ebve nga mungon shpesh her\u00eb orientimi, strategjia dhe taktikat e nevojshme p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e q\u00ebllimit, ndaj k\u00ebtij brezi i takon t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndryshimin. N\u00ebse sistemi i diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb proletariatit i censuroi hartuesit e programit t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr b\u00ebrjen e kombit, nuk e njohu dhe nuk e vler\u00ebsoi si duhet Rilindjen Komb\u00ebtare, sepse deformoi historin\u00eb p\u00ebr shkaqe ideologjike, ne duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. At\u00ebher\u00eb u godit ajka e p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr faktin se ishte p\u00ebr bashkimin komb\u00ebtar, sepse zhvillimin dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e shihte me v\u00ebshtrim nga per\u00ebndimi. Madje edhe Naim Frash\u00ebri, n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, u \u201cpersekutua\u201d n\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ides\u00eb, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, Shqip\u00ebria duhej t\u2019i mbante syt\u00eb nga Per\u00ebndimi. Poeti yn\u00eb i shquar u lind n\u00eb Frash\u00ebr, u shkollua n\u00eb Janin\u00eb, u mbrujt me kultur\u00eb greke e osmane, por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk i nj\u00ebh\u00ebsoi idet\u00eb e veta me mend\u00ebsit\u00eb perandorake, pasi kur shkruante, krahas apelit q\u00eb u b\u00ebnte shqiptar\u00ebve, shtronte dhe rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr nga duhet t\u00eb ecnim. Ai i drejtohej drit\u00ebs s\u00eb bekuar \u201cq\u00eb lind nga per\u00ebndon\u201d, e cila kishte hedhur drit\u00ebn e saj an\u00eb e mban\u00eb bot\u00ebs, ndaj shqiptari i madh i lutej atij ndri\u00e7imi qiellor, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e harronte vendin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ky mendim filozofik i Naimit, me v\u00ebshtrim nga per\u00ebndimi, nuk lindi n\u00eb vitet q\u00eb ai jetoi, p\u00ebrkundrazi ka qen\u00eb filozofi i gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb shquar. Sk\u00ebnderbeu punoi p\u00ebr ta mbajtur vendin t\u00eb bashkuar politikisht, por luftoi edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur nd\u00ebrgjegjen e eurokrisht\u00ebrimit modern, pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit t\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, porofesori i krisht\u00ebrimit antik n\u00eb universitetin e Barit, Giorgio Otranto, shkruante se luft\u00ebtari dhe politikani i madh shqiptar i shekullit t\u00eb XV, ka patur ide e projekt t\u00eb ndritur modern, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u201cEuropa \u00ebsht\u00eb ende debitore ndaj Sk\u00ebnderbeut dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e viteve 1990, gjeje plot\u00eb shtetas t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi q\u00eb vazhdonin t\u00eb mbronin me fanatiz\u00ebm marksiz\u00ebm-leninizmin e groposur nga vet\u00eb koha. Veprimet e tyre t\u00eb kujtonin vargjet e Naim Frash\u00ebrit \u201cManushaqe bukuroshe, pse s\u2019ngre kryet p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb, \/ Po rri e mpit\u00eb dhe e qet\u00eb\u2026 Pa shiko lulet\u2019 e tjera, \/ Q\u2019u \u00e7el\u2019 e u lul\u00ebzuan\u2026.\u201d, vargje t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb aktuale edhe sot. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 166 vjetor t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb poetit komb\u00ebtar, e vlen t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb ka shoq\u00ebria civile p\u00ebr idet\u00eb e Rlinidjes Komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb t\u2019i kemi busull orientuese, n\u00ebse d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. K\u00ebto ide, jo vet\u00ebm t\u2019i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojm\u00eb vet\u00eb, por t\u2019ua imponojm\u00eb edhe atyre shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhojn\u00eb pun\u00ebt e shtetit. N\u00ebse menaxhimi nuk i sh\u00ebrben popullit dhe brezave, ata nuk duhen lejuar t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jo p\u00ebrulje ndaj t\u00eb huaj\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Historin\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e ditur, por edhe t\u00eb pasurit. T\u00eb par\u00ebt me an\u00eb t\u00eb mendjes dhe t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt me mb\u00ebshtetje financiare. Kur p\u00ebrputhen t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto an\u00eb t\u00eb medaljes, \u00ebsht\u00eb mrekulli. Burra t\u00eb till\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar kombin n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me qarqe dhe politika dashakaqe p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, kan\u00eb nxitur dhe frym\u00ebzuar atdhedashurin\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb punuar p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e njer\u00ebzve nga prangat e var\u00ebsis\u00eb. T\u00eb till\u00eb ka patur n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do vend, por shtetet e vogla ndjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb p\u00ebrulje ndaj t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj\u00ebve. M\u00eb duket se n\u00eb Suedi ndodh ndryshe. Intelektual\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe ata mund t\u00eb shpalosin vlerat e tyre m\u00eb me leht\u00ebsi. Ndjenja e t\u00eb qenit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, reciprociteti me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, e b\u00ebn\u00eb njeriun m\u00eb krenar, pasi ndihet i lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shfaq pa droje at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mendon.<br \/>\nVite m\u00eb par\u00eb bisedoja me nj\u00eb gazetar t\u00eb njohur grek. E quanin Jorgos Krifos. Ishte mjaft komunikues, me kultur\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe ndjente nj\u00eb far\u00eb keqardhjeje, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe dhimbje, kur shihte q\u00eb intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb b\u00ebnin pun\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebndomta, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb energjit\u00eb e tyre mendore e fizike mund t\u2019i shpenzonin p\u00ebr vendin e tyre. Mund t\u00eb ishte me origjin\u00eb arvanitase, por nuk e pohoi nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Flisnim p\u00ebr historin\u00eb, p\u00ebr luft\u00ebrat, p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb. Her\u00eb komunikonim me nj\u00eb greqishte t\u00eb \u00e7al\u00eb timen dhe her\u00eb fr\u00ebngjisht, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kuptonim nga pak t\u00eb dy.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb moment i thash\u00eb se populli grek ka nxjerr\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj qysh n\u00eb lasht\u00ebsi dhe fillova t\u2019i recitoj disa vargje nga Homeri. Po i flisja p\u00ebr tragjedit\u00eb greke, p\u00ebr Eskilin, Odisen\u00eb, p\u00ebr per\u00ebndit\u00eb e Olimpit&#8230; Jorgua m\u00eb nd\u00ebrpreu, duke m\u00eb pyetur: Mendon se populli shqiptar nuk ka nxjerr\u00eb burra t\u00eb ditur? Duke mos m\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjem, shtoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb: T\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt kan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e tyre t\u00eb ditur, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb zot\u00eb. Edhe n\u00ebse nj\u00eb komb shk\u00eblqen nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, tjetri shndrin m\u00eb von\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria ka \u201cprodhuar\u201d shum\u00eb burra t\u00eb men\u00e7ur e trima. Dhe m\u00eb renditi disa emra q\u00eb nga koha e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, trima q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb epok\u00eb n\u00eb perandorin\u00eb osmane dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb sot njihen si heronj\u00eb komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb. Dhe m\u00eb tej hodhi dyshimin p\u00ebr komb\u00ebsin\u00eb e Homerit. \u201cAskush nuk e di se \u00e7far\u00eb ka qen\u00eb Homeri, grek, shqiptar, apo n\u00eb gjenez\u00ebn e at\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb dy popujve\u201d, &#8211; tha ai. Zem\u00ebrimi do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb Fishta t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthente me nj\u00eb frym\u00ebzim brilant ndaj asaj konference, duke mos kursyer fyerjet e merituara. Te vjersha \u201c\u00c7ohi, t\u00eb dekun\u201d, ai shprehet:<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00eb, a ndjet? Kjo deklarat\u00eb e kreut t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londr\u00ebs tregon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, se vet\u00eb konstruktor\u00ebt e dikursh\u00ebm europian\u00eb t\u00eb kasaphan\u00ebs e b\u00ebnin gjumin t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrmasat e t\u00eb cilit nuk kishin nj\u00ebsi mat\u00ebse. Por tani q\u00eb u rr\u00ebzua padrejt\u00ebsia, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u2019i japin p\u00ebrmasa reale \u00ebndrr\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<br \/>\nDhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb or\u00eb mbar\u00ebsie p\u00ebr kombin ton\u00eb, nj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje e p\u00ebrjetshme u takon kolos\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb politik\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore, gjat\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar dhe fillimit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb ri. I pari \u00ebsht\u00eb Presidenti i SHBA-ve, Willson, vepra e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb ngulitur n\u00eb mendjen e \u00e7do shqiptari.<\/p>\n<p>Pas tij mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim Presidentin Bill Klinton, emrin e t\u00eb cilit e mban sot nj\u00ebri prej shesheve kryesore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa i treti \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeministri anglez, Toni Bler, i cili gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, vizitoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb nga af\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebt e viktimizuar e t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar nga makineria genocidale serbe. M\u00eb 4 maj 1999 ai u shpreh: \u201cKosova nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb konflikt t\u00eb dit\u00ebve moderne, por nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb hidhura t\u00eb shekullit XX\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa ministri i Jasht\u00ebm i kabinetit t\u00eb tij, pohoi se ishte njohur me dokumentacionin e Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Ambasador\u00ebve t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs 1912-1913, me vendimet e saj, dhe arrinte n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin q\u00eb ai vendim ishte produkt i rrethanave historike. Parlamenti anglez i k\u00ebsaj kohe duhej t\u2019u jepte fund padrejt\u00ebsive historike q\u00eb u kryen n\u00eb fillimin e shekullit 20-t\u00eb. Dhe s\u00eb fundi, \u00ebsht\u00eb Xhorxh W. Nd\u00ebrsa Toni Bler theksoi se \u201cShqip\u00ebria ka po aq vend n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Europ\u00eb sa dhe Britania dhe se do t\u00eb b\u00ebj gjith\u00e7ka mundem p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb Europ\u00ebn nj\u00eb realitet\u201d. Dhe Shqip\u00ebria u b\u00eb an\u00ebtare e NATO-s.<\/p>\n<p>Pra miqt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb munguar. Ne i dim\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb, ndaj dhe u shprehim mir\u00ebnjohje misionar\u00ebve t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb! Faleminderit p\u00ebrjet\u00eb zoti Klinton, zoti Bler, zoti Bush! Faleminderit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb popullin shqiptar! Natyrisht, ky reflektim i politikan\u00ebve europian\u00eb, ndikoi n\u00eb leht\u00ebsimin e zbatimit n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb politk\u00ebs amerikane, p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vetvendosjes popujve t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, ndar\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb momente t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mb\u00ebshtetja e jashtme mjafton me kaq. Kombit shqiptar i \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur drita jeshile, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur m\u00eb tej n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit, p\u00ebrparimit dhe bashkimit t\u00eb tij, por na duhet t\u00eb punojm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb vet\u00eb dhe ta meritojm\u00eb hapin e hedhur nga Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha. N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi yn\u00eb, sepse ende kur dikush trajton \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb interesit komb\u00ebtar, etiketohet \u201cnacionalist\u201d. N\u00eb fakt, t\u00eb mbrosh interesat komb\u00ebtare nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb je \u201cnacionalist\u201d, por patriot q\u00eb e do vendin tend. Atdheu, pa dashurin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb e popullojn\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb. N\u00eb vendet fqinje v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjesh\u00eb politikan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos bashkohen kur diskutohen \u00e7\u00ebshtje madhore t\u00eb kombit t\u00eb tyre. Te ne ndodh shpesh q\u00eb t\u00eb mbahen syt\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e trupit diplomatik, \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00ebri ambasador e \u00e7far\u00eb mendimi shpreh tjetri, si e gjykojn\u00eb ata nj\u00eb sjellje politike apo nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, duke harruar q\u00eb diplomat\u00ebt n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemet e shqiptar\u00ebve, por n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur interesat e kombit t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb aleancave t\u00eb veta, mbase dhe ta drejtojn\u00eb ujin n\u00eb mullirin ku u p\u00eblqen t\u00eb bluajn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shpresa e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb brezi i ri q\u00eb po rritet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe jasht\u00eb saj, jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluarit n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, n\u00eb universitete t\u00eb njohura ku fitojn\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb shtys\u00eb e fuqishme n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik e social. Intelektual\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, kudo q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb, me pen\u00ebn e mendjen e tyre, nevojitet t\u2019u ushqejn\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00ebve dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun, t\u2019u kultivojn\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u rikthyer n\u00eb vendin am\u00eb dhe t\u00eb japin ndihmes\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr zhvillimin e demokracis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrparimin ekonomik. K\u00ebt\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb praktikisht Shoqata e Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb \u201cPapa Klementi XI Albani\u201d apo Qendra Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cMigjeni\u201d, n\u00eb Suedi. K\u00ebshtu duhet t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb edhe simotrat e tyre n\u00eb vendet e tjera. Korrupsioni justifikohet me shprehjen \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb lubrifikant i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kapitaliste\u201d dhe se gjoja pa pranin\u00eb e tij \u201cnuk mund t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje sistemi\u201d. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse nuk e denoncojm\u00eb me seriozitet korrupsionin dhe krimin, nese heshtim para gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj katrahure, nuk b\u00ebjm\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se i hapim rrug\u00ebn t\u00eb keqes, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shpesh, t\u00eb fuqizohet m\u00eb tej, pra t\u00eb b\u00ebhet legjitime, t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb qytetarin\u00eb. Individualisht dhe n\u00eb grupe shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb vog\u00ebla, shqiptar\u00ebt shfaqin mospajtim me veprimet korruptive t\u00eb \u00e7do niveli, mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb sjelljes ndaj qytetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve madhore komb\u00ebtare, opinione t\u00eb cilat mbeten n\u00eb mendjen e tyre apo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e kafes. N\u00ebse k\u00ebto p\u00ebrsiatje individuale do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb bashkoheshin, me siguri do t\u00eb na jepnin nj\u00eb tablo m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e veprimit n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit e politik\u00ebs e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb pajtohen me mendimin e p\u00ebrparuar intelektual, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb emancipuar, me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ditur dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb administrat\u00eb, por rendin pas interesave t\u00eb ngushta klanore, duke shkelur jo rrall\u00eb her\u00eb edhe mbi interesat madhore t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Prandaj thuhet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkimi i t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs nga gjithkush ndikon n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e njeriut nga amullia n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb zhytur. Vet\u00ebm njohja e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs e b\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pasojat q\u00eb sjell err\u00ebsira, e keqja q\u00eb ka mb\u00ebrthyer ekonomin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e vendit. Ka ende shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm ekonomikisht q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb hartimin e politikave t\u00eb shtetit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e kompozimit t\u00eb ligjeve t\u00eb tij, imponojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs n\u00eb media, b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb besueshme, ta kthejn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb padiskutueshme, duke e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e dob\u00ebsimit t\u00eb s\u00eb keqes n\u00eb duel me t\u00eb mir\u00ebn. Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, filozofi austriak Karl Popper, duke diskutuar rreth rrezikut m\u00eb t\u00eb madh q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon demokracit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur q\u00eb \u201crreziku num\u00ebr nj\u00eb i demokracive tona \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimi i funksionit t\u00eb mediave, shtypit dhe televizionit n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet, korrupsioni dhe g\u00ebnjeshtra shihen si elemente t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, e cila nuk mund t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb pa k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb keqe. Besoj se edhe shkrimtaret kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin objektiv, kur shfaq\u00ebn d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u informuar mbi ecurin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi. Kur ne u tham\u00eb se Lidhja e Shkrimtar\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aktive dhe kritika letrare e zbeht\u00eb, se vendin e librit t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm e mbyt reklama e librave pa vler\u00eb, nuk pat\u00ebm si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb hedhim balt\u00eb mbi kultur\u00ebn dhe let\u00ebrsin\u00eb shqiptare, por ta pastrojm\u00eb at\u00eb nga pluhuri q\u00eb nuk e lejon t\u00eb marr\u00eb frym\u00eb lirisht. Flisnin lirsh\u00ebm pasi qem\u00eb t\u00eb bindur q\u00eb edhe mikeshat nga Suedia nuk synonin denigrimin, por p\u00ebrparimin.
