U rr\u00ebzua tuneli n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e kombit, nj\u00eb humbje materiale kolosale. N\u00eb 17 Mars ndodhi tragjedia e G\u00ebrdecit, ku nj\u00ebzet\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn dhe qindra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u l\u00ebnduan e sakatuan. U shit\u00ebn kilometra t\u00eb t\u00ebra det n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me interesat e vendit e popullit. U vran\u00eb n\u00eb bulevard, nga shteti i tyre, kat\u00ebr demonstrues t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak nga ato ngjarje t\u00eb hidhura q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrjetuar ky popull n\u00eb k\u00ebto nj\u00ebzet\u00eb e shtat\u00eb vjet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat askush nuk ka mbajtur p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, as si individ e as si institucion.<br \/>\n\u00c7udit\u00ebrisht, sot, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb, d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb nga puthador\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u2019i quajn\u00eb shkaktar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre fatkeq\u00ebsive lider\u00eb ose lid\u00ebrshipi. Aq shpesh p\u00ebrdoret kjo fjal\u00eb, sa e besojn\u00eb edhe ata, q\u00eb e din\u00eb mir\u00eb se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por u vjen mir\u00eb ta d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb. Sa her\u00eb e d\u00ebgjoj fjal\u00ebn lider ose lidership, gjithnj\u00eb, i kam b\u00ebr\u00eb vetes pyetjen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A ka lider\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, sot?<\/strong><br \/>\nUn\u00eb mendoj se jo. Nj\u00eb lider, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i till\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb zot\u00ebroj\u00eb, m\u00eb s\u00eb paku, k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi: T\u00eb ngrej\u00eb<br \/>\nmbi vete p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e detyr\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb prej postit dhe detyr\u00ebs q\u00eb kryen. Lideri duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb njeri shum\u00eb i arsyesh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nNuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi t\u2019i shtjelloj k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi, por, zgjodha t\u2019u tregoj sjelljen prej lideri t\u00eb ish Presidentit Xhimi Karter, n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Lexojeni dhe u lutem m\u00eb thoni, kemi, apo nuk kemi neve lider\u00eb?.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 25 Prill t\u00eb vitit 1980, kur 50 amerikan\u00eb ishin mbajtur peng n\u00eb Iran, p\u00ebr 173 dit\u00eb, Presidenti amerikan Xhimi Karter, doli n\u00eb televizion, para gjith\u00eb popullit amerikan. Me nj\u00eb z\u00eb solemn, ai i tregoi popullit, se nj\u00eb skuad\u00ebr ushtarake e Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara, kishte d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar 50 amerikan\u00ebt peng n\u00eb Ambasad\u00ebn Amerikane n\u00eb Teheran. Pasi Presidenti p\u00ebrshkroi ngjarjet, t\u00eb cilat \u00e7uan n\u00eb d\u00ebshtimin e k\u00ebtij misionit, ai tha: \u201cIshte vendimi im, q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrej ky operacion shp\u00ebtimi. Ishte vendimi im q\u00eb e anulova at\u00eb, pasi ngjarjet u zhvilluan ndryshe.
