N\u00eb 80-vjetorin e lindjes s\u00eb tij, autori Selim Musliu-Berisha, veteran i njohur i arsimit shqip, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Morav\u00ebn e Ep\u00ebrme, profesor shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar dhe veprimtar i dalluar shoq\u00ebror, ka botuar, koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, studimin monografik me titull: ARSIMI I MES\u00cbM N\u00cb MORAV\u00cbN E EP\u00cbEME (1950-1975)<\/strong>, Prishtin\u00eb 2016, fq. 229. Ky lib\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilin po ju paraqesim, p\u00ebrfshin tema, n\u00ebntema dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut i \u00e7muesh\u00ebm studimor p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb pastudiuara m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe, si\u00e7 e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re Prof. dr. Isak Shema, p\u00ebr afirmimin e pun\u00ebs edukative-arsimore n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore, kur arsimi shqip n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk zhvillohej ende sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1974 (fq.289).<\/p>\n

Ky botim, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe gjithsesi me vlera shum\u00ebshtresore, iu ka kushtuar zhvillimit t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm shqip gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 25 vje\u00e7are n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn gjeografike t\u00eb Morav\u00ebs s\u00eb Eperme dhe si i till\u00eb pasuron literatur\u00ebn pedagogjike p\u00ebr arsimin shqip n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Vitis\u00eb, por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu, prandaj, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb autori ka realizuar, me botimin e k\u00ebtij studimi monografik (n\u00eb dsh ka edhe vepra t\u00eb tjera), \u00ebndrr\u00ebn dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij prej m\u00ebsuesit, arsimtarit veteran t\u00eb arsimit dhe intelektualit n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb arsimore, kulturore dhe shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb, si veprimtar i dalluarc gjat\u00eb shum\u00eb fazave t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pas LDB, t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb tem\u00ebn shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr historikun e arsimit shqip dhe p\u00ebr pedagogjin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebse (fq. 287).<\/p>\n

Botimi i k\u00ebtij libri, i sh\u00ebnuar si nj\u00eb ngjarje e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme edhe p\u00ebr arsimin shqip n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, afirmon jo vet\u00ebm autorin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb personalitet i afirmuar dhe i dalluar i arsimit, kultur\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore dhe i veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb gjithanshme p\u00ebr emancipimin e gjithansh\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar, por edhe brezin bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs t\u00eb tij sikund\u00ebr edhe t\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb cilat e njohin shum\u00eb mir\u00eb kontributin q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ky veteran i arsimit q\u00eb nga viti 1951 e k\u00ebtej.<\/p>\n

Duke u marr\u00eb me studimin e problematik\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, autori, Selim Musliu-Berisha, me shum\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim e pedant\u00ebri, dhe n\u00eb konsulenc\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme me Zenun Rexhepin-Kabashi(redaktor i k\u00ebtij botimi), Muj\u00eb Berisha dhe Prof. dr. Isak Shema (recensent\u00eb), ka arritur ta shkruaj\u00eb, p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb monografi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithppefshir\u00ebse e ku kemi nj\u00eb faktografi t\u00eb sistemuar, pasqyrat em\u00ebrore t\u00eb personelit arsimor-shkollor, tabelat statistikore, ilustrimet etj. q\u00eb jan\u00eb paraqitur me v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi dhe jan\u00eb sistemuar sipas ecuris\u00eb kronologjike.<\/p>\n
