M\u00ebsues i klas\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb fillore n\u00eb Kolegjen e Sh\u00ebn Fran\u00e7esk Saverit p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr vite, d.m.th. prej vitit shkollor 1906-1907 e deri n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1909-1910. Drejtor i firm\u00ebs tregtare Lazzaro G. Simoni (t\u00eb birt e Lac\u00ebs Zef Simonit) n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, prej n\u00ebntorit 1910 e deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb majit 1914.<\/p>\n<p>Ark\u00ebtar n\u00eb Dogan\u00ebn Shkod\u00ebr prej 6 qershorit 1914 deri m\u00eb 26 qershor 1915.Vullnetar si rregullues i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb ushqimit t\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve pran\u00eb Bashkis Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr 6 muaj, prej marsit e deri n\u00eb shtator 1916. Shef i Seksionit t\u00eb Financave n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs, prej 16 shtatorit 1916 deri m\u00eb 9 korrik 1918. An\u00ebtar i nj\u00eb komisioni t\u00eb formuem n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr p\u00ebr me k\u00e7yr\u00eb e me kontrollue zyrat qeveritare t\u00eb qytetit n\u00ebn kryesin\u00eb e Bajram Fejziut. Vullnetar n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Koplikut (gusht 1920). An\u00ebtar n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Administrativ t\u00eb Prefektur\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs prej 20.03 1920 e deri n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1921. Deputet i Prefektur\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkodres prej 5.1. 1921 e deri m\u00eb 26.12 1923.<\/p>\n<p>Mis i Kuvendit Kushtetues i Prefektur\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkodres prej 27.12 1923 e deri m\u00eb 6.2.1925. Drejtor i fletores \u201cOra e Maleve\u201d Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb vitet 1923\/1924. Emigrant politik n\u00eb Itali prej 24.12 1924 e deri m\u00eb 28.10. 1938. Drejtor i firm\u00ebs tregtare \u201cVllazen Prennushi\u201d n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr prej 1.1.1939 deri m\u00eb 30.11 1941. Minist\u00ebr i Financave n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, prej 03.12.1941 e deri m\u00eb 19.01.1943 n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Mustafa Kruj\u00ebs. I burgosun n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr m\u00eb 22.01 1945 dhe i d\u00ebnuar prej Gjyqit Special n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb mbas vendimit t\u00eb dhanun me 13.04.1945 me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm. Me dekret dat\u00eb 27.04.1949 d\u00ebnimi i eshte zbrit\u00eb prej burgimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm n\u00eb 20 vjet\u00eb. Mbas disa zbritjeve t\u00eb tjera ka p\u00ebrfitue edhe 2 vjet\u00eb, 8 muaj e 2 dit\u00eb. Ka qendrue n\u00eb burg gjithsejt (nder burgje t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Tiran\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs e shumic\u00ebn n\u00eb Burrel) 17 vjet\u00eb, 3 muej e 28 dit\u00eb, prej 22.01.1945 deri m\u00eb 20.05.1962.<\/p>\n<p>Periudh\u00ebn pas burgut 1962-1966 e kaloi n\u00eb varf\u00ebri t\u00eb plot\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb v\u00ebllan\u00eb, Nushin, kunaten Liza Marubin, e motrat Suor Emelda e Pinen, pa asnj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhun tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pun\u00ebs s\u00eb dor\u00ebs (disenjime e qendisje) t\u00eb grave t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, shitjeve t\u00eb antikiteteve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpise paje, piktura etj. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe izolimi t\u00eb plot\u00eb, merrej ve\u00e7 me lexime e punime shkencore. Mbante shoq\u00ebri e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb plota me mikun e tij t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr Gjon Kamsin, q\u00eb e vizitonte vazhdimisht, me kush\u00ebrinjt\u00eb e tij qe gjindeshin ne Shkoder Simon Gurakuqi dhe familjaret e Lazer Gurakuqit, djalit t\u00eb axh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Vdiq nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e shpejt\u00eb m\u00eb 1966, n\u00eb vorrimin e t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rrethit t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb familjar, ndonj\u00eb miku a shoku t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, pati shum\u00eb pak njer\u00ebz, nga frika e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave q\u00eb zhvillohej aso kohe.
