Pjesa me e madhe ndodhet sot ne prefekturat e Thesprotise dhe te Prevezes si dhe ne zonen me jugore te Shqiperise, Kondispolin.<br \/>\nKur greket morren \u00c7amerine dhe Epirin gjate luftes ballkanike ne 1912, \u00e7amet perfunduan ne Greqi, te shkeputur nga Shqiperia.<br \/>\nBarbarite greke i pershkruan ne nje liber me te njejtin emer &#8220;Barbarite greke&#8221; te Kosta Papa Tomorit. Libri eshte botuar ne SHBA ne 1917 dhe nje kopje gjendet ne biblioteken kombetare ne Tirane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>&#8230;Andartet ishin ne terheqje. Vetem nje ndihme me artileri, qe mberriti sakaq nga Grreqia, beri qe te ndroheshin rolet. Andartet hyne ne Kurvelesh dhe shkaterruan fshatrat.<br \/>\nNe Hormove u therren 160 burra&#8230;<\/em>&#8221;<br \/>\nNe kete liber permblidhet shume dhimbje, paudhesi, babezi, injorance, urrejtje, gjak, heroizem e ndyresi bashke. Per shkruajtjen e tij, Kosta u denua me vdekje ne mungese ne Greqi. Ai ishte me origjine nga Leusa e Permetit, kurbetli ne SHBA. U kthye si patriot, por u detyrua si shume ortodokse te tjere shqiptare nga kushtet e asaj kohe, te beje pjese ne kampet paraushtarake greke. Keshtu pa me syte e tij se \u00e7&#8217;bene greket me popullaten shqiptare \u00e7ame dhe e deshmoi me vertetesi ne kete liber.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e \u00e7ameve eshte shume e dhimbshme e nuk mbaron me kaq. Ne 27 qershor 1944, forcat e Napoleon Zervasit, spiun, baskepunetor i nazisteve dhe themelues e udheheqes i EDES- it, vrane ne qytetin e Paramithise 600 \u00e7ame, burra, gra e femije, ne nje kerdi te papare. Te nesermen, ne Parge u vrane 52 shqiptare dhe ne 23 shtator 1944 ne Spatar te Filatit 157 shqiptare. Grate dhe vajzat u perdhunuan para se te vriteshin.<\/p>\n<p>Llogariten 2771 te vrare \u00e7ame nga greket e Zervasit, ne peridhen 1944-1945, kur ky kriminel u be minister i rendit publik, mbas lufte (mbreti vuri nje kolaboracionist ne qeveri dhe ne te njejten kohe shembi ne dru partizanet greke, qe bene luften), Zervasi i detyroi \u00e7amet myslimane te iknin ne Shqiperi dhe ata te krishtere te greqizoheshin.<\/p>\n<p>Ne Shqiperi qeveria dhe popullata shqiptare i mikpriten vellezerit \u00e7ame megjithe varferine e tejskajshme te pasluftes, ne te cilen gjendej vendi yne. Familje te tera hapen dyert e tyre per te adoptuar e ndihmuar \u00e7amet jetime.<\/p>\n<p>Ketu ku ndodhem, degjova sot deshmine e nje nene gjirokastrite, qe me tregon si babai i saj, Mahmut Toto, megjithese familja ishte e madhe e me nje rroge, se punonte vetem ai, pranoi bashke me te shoqen, te rrisin si vajzen e tyre dhe ta martojne nje jetime \u00e7ame 12 vje\u00e7are, me mikpritjen karakteristike te popullit tone.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtjen e kthimit te \u00e7ameve ne tokat e tyre e ka ngritur disa here i madhi Enver Hoxha, se pari ne konferemcen e paqes se 1946. Pas tij qeverite shqiptare te Alise, Nanos, Berishes dhe Rames, s&#8217;bene asnje perpjekje per ta rivene ne tavolinen e bisedimeve \u00e7\u00ebshtjen \u00e7ame. As Cipras, me origjine \u00e7ame, gjasme komunist, nuk e mori mundimin te hidhte nje mendim pozitiv ne kete drejtim.
