Duke qen\u00eb nga gjuh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb bot\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se daton e shkruar shum\u00eb von\u00eb, gjuha shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur dhe pasuruar nga rilindasit tan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj (se mos i ngat\u00ebrroni me rilindasit e sotsh\u00ebm), si shenj\u00eb e mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit. Gjuha shqipe u ka q\u00ebndruar pushtimeve shekullore, u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ball\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb armiqve t\u00eb kombit, p\u00ebr ta \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebr\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta sakatuar, p\u00ebr ta shuar fare.<\/p>\n

Por at\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019e kan\u00eb arritur ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb pushtuesit, e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, k\u00ebta patriot\u00eb n\u00eb thonj\u00ebza, q\u00eb e shprehin k\u00ebt\u00eb patriotiz\u00ebm, shqip atdhetariz\u00ebm, vet\u00ebm t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gol t\u00eb skuadr\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb ndeshjet e futbollit, ose te droni po n\u00eb stadium.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa shqipja n\u00eb shekuj ka p\u00ebrballuar agresionin e turqishtes, greqishtes dhe serbishtes, duke shmangur fjalet e huaja, dhe n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, duke mbishtr\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb kuptim ironizues e talles ( fytyr\u00eb \u2013 surrat), sot me vetedije, madje dhe mburrje fut\u00ebn n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb fjal\u00eb e shprehje t\u00eb huaja t\u00eb panevojshme. Vini re, \u201cshumic\u00ebs\u201d n\u00eb Kuvend i thon\u00eb \u201cmazhoranc\u00eb\u201d, po pakic\u00ebs nuk i thon\u00eb \u201cminoranc\u00eb\u201d? Se \u201cmazhoranc\u00eb\u201d ka nj\u00eb ting\u00ebllim kumbues, por \u201cshumica\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb shqip dhe ka nj\u00eb ting\u00ebllim m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb ambasador m\u00eb pyeti dikur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb deputet me mbiemrin \u201cXhana\u201d.<\/p>\n

– Nuk ka t\u00eb till\u00eb, i them, po ku e ke d\u00ebgjuar?
\n– Nga zonja Topalli, ma ktheu.
\n– \u00cbsht\u00eb Gjana, qesha un\u00eb, po ajo e shqipton Xhana\u2026<\/p>\n

Njoha disa t\u00eb rinj patriot\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebndonin \u201co sa mir\u00eb me ken\u00eb shqiptar\u201d. M\u2019u paraqit\u00ebn (prezantuan) me emrat e tyre: Xhersinjo, Domenika, Izaura, Salmonela, shkurt Nela dhe vetem dy prej tyre kishin emra t\u00eb shqipes; Ermal dhe Valdete.<\/p>\n

Pyeta n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb t\u00eb gjendjes civile, gati 90 p\u00ebr qind e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve pag\u00ebzohen me emra t\u00eb huaj. Hyra n\u00eb nj\u00eb disko(?) me muzike \u201clive\u201d(?) Dhe m\u2019u shurdhuan vesh\u00ebt me k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb huaja. I thash\u00eb nj\u00eb plake aty rrotull, mamaja e pronarit, ta ulnin pak muzik\u00ebn, \u201cok\u201d ma b\u00ebri plaka, duke ngritur gishtin e madh.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb shkova t\u00eb varrezat dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb pllak\u00eb varri lexova: \u201cSaramontiela Gjelosh Preng Lleshi\u201d. N\u00eb nj\u00eb pllak\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u201cDomenika Pilafi\u201d dhe ngjitur me t\u00eb \u201cIzaura Baklava\u201d.<\/p>\n

Futesh n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebltore (pasti\u00e7eri), edhe emrat e \u00ebmb\u00eblsirave tradicionale i kishin kthyer ne italisht.<\/p>\n

Kalo nga i ashtuquajturi \u201cBllok\u201d, t\u00eb gjitha tabelat em\u00ebrtuese shkruar n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, a thua se je n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Parisit. U marrshim t\u00eb keqen francez\u00ebve, se ata e kan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar t\u2019u v\u00ebn\u00eb em\u00ebrtime t\u00eb huaja kafeneve apo nd\u00ebrmarrjeve t\u00eb tyre. K\u00ebtyre me demek patriot\u00eb duhet t\u2019ua v\u00ebr\u00eb me detyrim shteti, ose bashkia, t\u00eb shkruarit shqip tabelave.<\/p>\n

Kosova mbetet nj\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb p\u00ebr emrat e njer\u00ebzve dhe vendeve. Q\u00eb n\u00eb autostrad\u00eb shkruan \u201cPushimore\u201d, m\u00eb tej, farmacin\u00eb e em\u00ebrtojn\u00eb \u201cBarnatore\u201d, pasti\u00e7erin\u00eb \u201c\u00cbmb\u00ebltore\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

Emrat e burrave dhe grave: Saranda, Vlora, Drini, Korabi, Berati, Miloti, Shkodran\u2026<\/p>\n

Por dhe aty ka nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb ri. Ka nj\u00eb hendek t\u00eb madh mes prirjes q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur emrat q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb identitetin e tyre dhe nj\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri n\u00eb krijimin e disa zhargoneve n\u00eb komunikimin publik dhe n\u00eb portalet e tyre, q\u00eb po i \u00e7on shum\u00eb larg shqipes. N\u00eb thelb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mang\u00ebsi kulturore, q\u00eb maskohet me nj\u00eb lloj refuzimi politik ndaj standartit t\u00eb shqipes. A thua se Prof. Idriz Ajeti, apo Prof. Rexhep Qosja, nuk e din\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e katundit t\u00eb tyre, ndaj nuk e flasin n\u00eb publik.<\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, jam kurioz t\u00eb di, se si quheshin emrat e vendeve (toponimet) para se t\u2019i pag\u00ebzonin sllav\u00ebt, para 13 shekujsh, si Pogradeci, \u00c7orovoda, Zagoria, Bistrica, Novosela\u2026 Se vendasit nuk besoj t\u2019i kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb pa emra, malet, lumenjt\u00eb, qytetet e fshatrat ku banonin.<\/p>\n

Fakti q\u00eb i kan\u00eb harruar shpejt tregon rrezikun q\u00eb vjen nga deformimi i gjuh\u00ebs dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i saj me zhargone rrug\u00ebsh q\u00eb ndeshen tani n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fjalorin e shum\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturve, gazetar\u00eb apo njer\u00ebz publik.<\/p>\n

Kur flas p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb gjuha t\u00eb jet\u00eb e past\u00ebr, nuk mund t\u00eb refuzoj futjen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb emrave t\u00eb huaj, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb me sendin a mallin e tregtuar, si frigorifer, autokombanj\u00eb, tanks, raket\u00eb, robot, pilot etj. Se \u201cpilot\u201d ka hyr\u00eb me gjith\u00eb \u201caeroplan\u201d k\u00ebtu, ku nuk ka patur fjal\u00ebt respektive n\u00eb shqipe.<\/p>\n

Por ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb kuptimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs n\u00eb shqipen, \u00ebsht\u00eb krim gjuh\u00ebsor t\u2019i p\u00ebrjashtosh dhe t\u00eb huazosh nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Le t\u00eb marrim disa fjal\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorshme sot n\u00eb politik\u00eb: \u201cevent\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cngjarje\u201d; \u201cdirekt\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cdrejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u201d, \u201caprovim\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cmiratim\u201d, \u201cbosh\u201d \u2013 \u201ci zbraz\u00ebt\u201d etj\u2026<\/p>\n

Po ashtu ngjan i kot\u00eb mundimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb huaj me nj\u00eb shqip t\u00eb pagjetur. Si\u00e7 ka ndodhur me atlasin e anatomis\u00eb, ku fjala \u201cklavikul\u201d shqip\u00ebrohet me \u201cparzmorkularthorthimthak\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e shkruar n\u00ebp\u00ebr gazeta dhe revista, po edhe n\u00eb programe televizive, shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb huaja shkruhen si n\u00eb anglisht, apo fr\u00ebngjisht. Harrohet q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb rregull, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mund t\u00eb quhet dhe ligj gjuh\u00ebsor, q\u00eb emrat e p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb huaja shkruhen si\u00e7 shqiptohen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n

Shkruhet Nju Jork dhe jo New Jork, Shekspir dhe jo Shekspeare\u2026
\nP\u00ebr shkel\u00ebsit e ligjeve ka kontroll, ka Kod Civil e Penal, ka gjoba e d\u00ebnime t\u00eb tjera.
\nEdhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrip makine, q\u00eb ti s\u2019e v\u00eb, gjobitesh r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Po p\u00ebr shkelesit e rregullave t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs kush kujdeset?<\/p>\n

Ndaj duhen ngritur struktura shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs amtare, ashtu si\u00e7 mbrohen monumentet e kultur\u00ebs, vazot antike prej balte, apo gur\u00ebt e kalave t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb. Sepse gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, si shenj\u00eb e identifikimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi.<\/p>\n

Dhe kur ne themi q\u00eb ne jemi pasardh\u00ebs t\u00eb ilir\u00ebve, kryeargumenti shkencor q\u00eb kemi dhe q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar dhe Prof. Eqerem \u00c7abejt n\u00eb konferenca nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, \u00ebsht\u00eb analiza dhe krahasimi gjuh\u00ebsor i emrave t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve (onomastika) dhe emrat e vendeve (toponomastika). Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb metodologjia shkencore p\u00ebr njohjen dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb iliro \u2013 shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje.<\/p>\n
