N\u00eb jet\u00eb, secili prej nesh takon njer\u00ebz t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb dhe personalitete t\u00eb njohura dhe jo aq t\u00eb njohura dhe pas takimit me ta, disa q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb mbi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrshtypja q\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb nga takimet sa do t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebra, por t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb personit dhe \u00e7far\u00eb e dallon nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. P\u00ebr disa shprehemi duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb Zotin q\u00eb m\u2019u dha mund\u00ebsia t\u2019i takoj, P\u00ebr mua, nj\u00ebri nga k\u00ebto p\u00ebrsonalitete t\u00eb shquara intelektuale t\u00eb bot\u00ebs politike dhe t\u00eb publicistik\u00ebs shqiptare q\u00eb kam pas\u00eb fatin, nderin dhe privilegjin ta takoja, ka qen\u00eb edhe Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi, i njohur si i till\u00eb, an\u00eb e mban\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, 5-vjetori i vdekjes s\u00eb t\u00eb cilit bie k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte viti 2005 dhe kisha vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebja nj\u00eb turne fakt-mbledh\u00ebs n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, n\u00eb kapacitetin tim si Drejtor Ekzekutiv i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptaro-Amerikan, (KKSHA) p\u00ebr t\u2019u k\u00ebshilluar me kryepolitikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb dhe me p\u00ebrfaqsuesit diplomatik\u00eb amerikan\u00eb n\u00eb rajon dhe p\u00ebr raportuar mbi gj\u00ebndjen &#8212; me t\u00eb k\u00ebthyer n\u00eb Washington \u2013 organizat\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaqsoja KKSHA-n\u00eb, si dhe zyrave e personave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Kongresit Amerikan, t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet shqiptare n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. Q\u00ebllimi i vizit\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Shkup e Tetov\u00eb &#8212; me kolegun tim David Scotton, k\u00ebshilltarin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb KKSHA-s \u2013 ishte p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u njoftuar nga af\u00ebr me gj\u00ebndjen aktuale n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij turneu ishin, natyrisht, takimet me udh\u00ebheqsit politik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Maqedoni, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe udh\u00ebheqsit e partive politike shqiptare, pa dallim, pozit\u00eb dhe opozit\u00eb. Vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Maqedoni, si pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij turneu, e filluam n\u00eb Amabsad\u00ebn amerikane n\u00eb Shkup p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e ytre p\u00ebr gj\u00ebndjen n\u00eb rajon dhe pastaj takimin e par\u00eb me p\u00ebrfaqsuesit politik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb vend, e filluam n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht, duke u takuar me Z. Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi. N\u00eb kapacitetin e tij si Kryetar i Partis\u00eb Demokratike Shqiptare n\u00eb Maqedoni, Z. Xhaferi pati mir\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb na priste p\u00ebr nj\u00eb takim \u2013 t\u00eb rezervuar m\u00eb heret &#8212; e q\u00eb zgjati gati nj\u00eb or\u00eb, n\u00eb kryeqendr\u00ebn e Partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb &#8212; ndon\u00ebse s\u00ebmundja kishte filluar t\u2019a r\u00ebndonte. Megjithse dukej i lodhur fizikisht dhe i thjesht\u00eb n\u00eb pamje dhe modest n\u00eb bised\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb shprehur t\u00eb mendimeve, ishte i k\u00ebthjellt\u00eb dhe i thell\u00eb. Pas p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjeve t\u00eb rastit dhe kafes\u00eb, filluam t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjes time mbi gj\u00ebndjen aktuale politike, Z. Xhaferi iu p\u00ebrgjigj duke filluar t\u00eb fliste p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis partive politike shqiptare n\u00eb Maqedoni si edhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e tensionuara midis popull\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare dhe asaj maqedonase n\u00eb at\u00eb vend. Nd\u00ebrsa po fliste p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebr-partiake, m\u00eb ra menjeher\u00eb n\u00eb sy, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb se m\u00eb habiti fakti, se ndryshe nga takimet e mia, pothuaj me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrfaqsuesit etjer\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb asaj kohe an\u00eb e mban\u00eb trojeve shqiptare &#8212; me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin nuk e kam d\u00ebgjuar kurr\u00eb t\u00eb fliste keq dhe kund\u00ebr partive t\u00eb tjera ose lider\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre \u2013 gjat\u00eb atij takimi, Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi nuk e tha asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, as nuk shqiptoi ndonj\u00eb kritik\u00eb as d\u00ebnim t\u00eb pikpamjeve ose t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb partive politike shqiptare an\u00eb e mban\u00eb trojeve, si\u00e7 isha m\u00ebsuar t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoja n\u00eb takime me p\u00ebrfaqsues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb politik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb freskie e k\u00ebndshme por e pazakont\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse e mir\u00ebpritur p\u00ebr politik\u00ebn shqiptare, thash\u00eb me vete \u2013 nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi dalluese kjo q\u00eb e karakterizonte Arb\u00ebn Xhaferin, por q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e nevojshme sot p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diskurs t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve politik\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb dhe gjithandej trojeve shqiptare. Ndon\u00ebse nuk tha gj\u00eb, specifikisht, mbi mosmarrveshjet dhe grindjet politike nd\u00ebr-shqiptare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, mua mu duk se vuante nga p\u00ebr\u00e7arjet dhe grindjet e vazhdueshme dhe t\u00eb pakuptimta n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb. Ai n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur vazhdimisht p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politik\u00eb ndryshe n\u00eb diskursin politik nd\u00ebr-shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Respekti p\u00ebr Arb\u00ebn Xhaferin, si njeri i arsyes\u00eb dhe si politikan tolerant ndaj mendimeve t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, kishte tejkaluar kufijt nd\u00ebr-shqiptar\u00eb dhe si i till\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb mbresa t\u00eb thella edhe nd\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishte takuar \u2013 mbi t\u00eb gjitha, p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb dhe karakterin e tij, n\u00eb takimet q\u00eb kishte zhvilluar me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb huaj, me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00ebri prej k\u00ebtyre liderve t\u00eb huaj, ish-Presidenti i Italis\u00eb, Z. Giorgio Napolitano citohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr dy mendimtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb i respektonte bota, se, \u201cN\u00ebse Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi dhe Ibrahim Rugova do kishin qen\u00eb amerikan\u00eb, gjerman\u00eb apo francez\u00eb, ata do t\u2019a kishin pushtuar bot\u00ebn me diplomaci, por p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq k\u00ebto dy figura i p\u00ebrkasin nj\u00eb populli shum\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl.\u201d Nj\u00eb atribut shum\u00eb me vend ndaj kujtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Arb\u00ebn Xhaferit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 5-vjetor t\u00eb vdekjes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim e sip\u00ebr t\u00eb bised\u00ebs n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb me 2005, Z. Xhaferi u ankua se kontrata midis dy popujve, Marr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit, q\u00eb ishte arritur midis shqiptar\u00ebve dhe maqedonasve, nuk po zbatohej nga pala maqedonase, e cila si dukej, nuk kishte marr\u00eb seriozisht dhe nuk kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushte obligimet e marra. Si p\u00ebrfundim, shtoi ai, ajo marrveshje midis dy pal\u00ebve nuk po zbatohej, sipas planit, nga ana e autoriteteve maqedonase \u2013 marrveshje q\u00eb e kishin n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb prani t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, theksoi kryetari i Partis\u00eb Demokratike Shqiptare. N\u00eb zhvillim e sip\u00ebr t\u00eb bised\u00ebs miq\u00ebsore q\u00eb pat\u00ebm mbi gj\u00ebndjen politike n\u00eb Maqedoni n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi foli edhe p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore q\u00eb ishin mbajtur n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat mbaj\u00eb mend se shfaqi pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb thell\u00eb. Shpjegoi se, si rezultat i problemeve me zgjedhjet, ai dhe Partia e tij kishin vendosur largimin e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij nga parlamenti maqedonas.<\/p>\n<p>E mbyll\u00ebm bised\u00ebn dhe takimin ton\u00eb me Zotin Xhaferi duke d\u00ebgjuar mendimet e tija, edhe mbi gj\u00ebndjen n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, mbi gj\u00ebndjen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. E njoftova me at\u00eb rast Z. Xhaferi se, bazuar n\u00eb burime t\u00eb besueshme zyrtare t\u00eb asaj kohe n\u00eb kryeqytetin amerikan, Shtetet e Bashkuara &#8212; n\u00eb parim &#8212; kishin vendosur n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por vet\u00ebm pritej rezultati i konsultimeve p\u00ebrfundimtare me aleat\u00ebt evropiano-per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, para se t\u00eb b\u00ebnin publik njoftimin zyrtar t\u00eb Washingtonit. K\u00ebtij lajmi, i ndjeri Xhaferi iu g\u00ebzua shum\u00eb \u2013 e priti me nj\u00eb buzqeshje t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb &#8212; dhe tha se shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetdijsh\u00ebm, por shtoi se edhe Washingtoni duhet ta dij\u00eb, se pa angazhimin serioz t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, asgj\u00eb e mir\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebr ne, n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje tona, u shpreh ai.<\/p>\n<p>U largova prej atij takimi me t\u00eb ndjerin Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi, i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nderin dhe privilegjin p\u00ebr t\u2019u njohur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar me nj\u00ebrin prej vazhduesve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb rilindasve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb kombit shqiptar dhe me nj\u00ebrin prej politikan\u00ebve, intelektual\u00ebve dhe publicist\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar t\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi &#8212; vepra, filozofia politike dhe publicistika e t\u00eb cilit, fatbardh\u00ebsisht, mbeten nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi e art\u00eb dhe pik\u00eb referimi p\u00ebr frym\u00ebzimin e brezave.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frank Shkreli me Arb\u00ebn Xhaferin, Tetov\u00eb, 2005 Me rastin e 5-vjetorit t\u00eb vdekjes Nga Frank Shkreli Pes\u00eb vjet\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, me 15 gusht 2012, nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb, intelektuali, publicisti, politikani, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha patrioti me zem\u00ebr e me shpirt, i trevave shqiptare, Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi.
