Historia e saj ka qene konsistente suksesi historik-politik-kulturor-ekonomik fakt i pakundershtueshem. Per mendimin tim i vetmi deshtim dhe jo i B.Europian, ishte largimi i Britanise se madhe nga familja e suksesit, dhe deshtimi i elites politike britanike po e tregon historia qe po i kerkon &#8220;Meshire&#8221; Brukselit zyrtar per te zgjatur tranzicionin e daljes nga zona euro.<\/p>\n<p>Me renien e Bashkimit Sovjetik, kemi edhe sot shtete ish komuniste qe deshira e tyre e palekundur eshte aderimi zyrtar ne kete institucion nderkombetar, nje Europe suksesi dhe vitale ne \u00e7do aspekt. Presidenti aktual serb, Aleksander Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 ka bere nje deklarate-shkrim, qe Kosova eshte nje &#8220;Nyje gordiane&#8221; per popullin serb, nje mendesi e vonuar dhe jo avangarde, por mediokre. Serbia duhet dhe do te pranoje kauzen &#8220;Kosove&#8221; te ardhmen dhe pranimin zyrtar te shtetit te Kosoves, si te pavarur dhe jo duke e bllokuar institucionalisht-nderkombetarisht Kosoven gjithmone nen presionin zyrtar te Beogradit qe ushqen akoma ndjenja shoviniste per &#8220;Metohine&#8221; duke perdorur termin antik, qe te gjitha rruget insitucionale-europiane per Kosoven kalojne nga Beogradi zyrtar kjo eshte mendesi e &#8220;Milloshevi\u00e7it&#8221; regres.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova gjithmone ka treguar civilizimin europian duke pranuar gjithmone rrugen e dialogut zyrtar europian, Prishtine-Beograd.Per mendimin tim deklarata-shkrimi i presidentit serb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 eshte me gjysem &#8220;Zeri&#8221; thjesht nje mendim politik i vonuar-sforcuar.Ministri i jashtem francez Robert Shuman ka bere nje deklarate historike-gazetareske ne momentin kur u themelua &#8220;Arkitektura&#8221; e B.Europian dhe ai lexoi per shtypin nderkombetar qe i bente thirrje Frances, Gjermanise, dhe vendeve te tjera europiane per te bashkuar ekonomine, politiken, ku themeli i kesaj deklarate ishte per te dale nga rrenimi-shkaterrimtar-konfliktual ndermjet shteteve europiane me njera-tjetren dhe per te ndertuar nje institucion-europian-mbikombetar me qellimin e vetem per te arritur paqen dhe per te shuar konfliktet.<\/p>\n<p>E njejta gje apo ndryshe nje &#8220;Deja Vu&#8221; po ndodh edhe sot me ballkanin perendimor pa dashur te luaj rolin e idealistit-francez Zhan Mone duke &#8220;Profetizuar&#8221; qe ballkani perendimor destinacioni i saj zyrtar eshte B.Europian por ideja e Serbise, apo Greqise per te sjelle destabilitet politik njera me Kosoven, Greqia me Maqedonine, Shqiperine, ka marre fund.Dy jane opsionet per mendimin tim Serbia e &#8220;Milloshevi\u00e7it&#8221; duhet qe te radikalizoje idene e &#8220;Strucit&#8221; dhe te perparoje politikisht qe te pranoje zyrtarisht Kosoven e pavarur. Mendimi i vonuar duke perdorur terma politike &#8220;Nyje gordiane&#8221; dmth (do te, do te,) pranojme dialogun Prishtine-Beograd duke e bllokuar ne aspektin institucional-nderkombetar Kosoven ka marre fund.<\/p>\n<p>Opsioni i pare eshte sa me shpejt te kuptojme filozofine e Zhan Monese per te kuptuar historine e se kaluares,pra paqja-mireqenia ekonomike, ne kete menyre per te kapur rrugetimin ekonomik-institucional kohor- europian.Ky eshte koncepti &#8220;francez-Mone&#8221; e cila duhet te sherbeje per ballkanin perendimor per te kapur ne menyre graduale B.Europian, opsioni i dyte eshte per te zgjedhur &#8220;Nenen sllave&#8221; Mosken zyrtare lindjen, por gjithmone politika serbe do te jete ne presionin zyrtar te Brukselit per pranimin zyrtar dhe mos bllokimin e Kosoves ne \u00e7do lloj institucioni nderkombetar. E njejta gje do te vleje per mendmin tim edhe per Greqine e cila nuk duhet qe te beje presione si anetare e B.Europian mbi Maqedonine dhe Tiranen zyrtare duke e bllokuar per anetaresimin e saj zyrtar.<\/p>\n<p>Opsioni i saj duhet te jete mbeshtetja diplomatike dhe keshilluese per shtetet te cilat kane synimin zyrtar te Bashkimit europian.Opsioni i dyte, Athina zyrtare per te dale nga kriza ekonomike mund te kerkoje mbeshtetje nga Moska por si gjithmone Greqia si\u00e7 eshte perdorur historikisht mund te jete edhe ne kete rast nje satelit rus ekonomik ne ballkan per influencat e saj perandorake-ruse. Historia, tradita e saj ka treguar qe eshte dhe mbetet europiane, shpresoj qe keta dy shtete te reflektojne njera te pranoje sa me shpejt Kosoven e pavarur dhe per te futur sistemin, konceptin Shumanit per te arritur kohen e humbur si gadishull, ndryshe opsionin sllav.
