U d\u00ebshmua deri m\u00eb sot s\u00eb n\u00eb mbar\u00eb sistemet kemi njer\u00ebz m\u00eb biografi kriminale, por \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u d\u00ebshmuar gjithashtu s\u00eb kemi edhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb UDB-s\u00eb e t\u00eb dreqit e t\u00eb birit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb duke punuar n\u00eb degradimin dhe destabilizimin e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Hapja dosjeve politike dhe ligji I lustracionit do t\u00eb spastronin k\u00ebt\u00eb sken\u00eb politike t\u00eb kontaminuar m\u00eb gjith\u00eb far\u00eb ujemi.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e dosjeve do ti b\u00ebnte mir\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, dhe do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb shumkujt ti merret \u2019leja\u2019 p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Shum\u00eb qka do t\u00eb sqarohej edhe n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje ideologjike, do t\u00eb shperfaqeshin p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e sistemit diktorial komunist, do shp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebshin forcat frenuse t\u00eb proceseve demokratike. Hapja e dosjeve do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb shesh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e varf\u00ebruar Kosov\u00ebn, do t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin t\u00eb ditur emrat e atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb me biografi t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe kriminale. Ata q\u00eb po e zhvatin Kosov\u00ebn nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr komb\u00ebtarisht. Atdhetar\u00ebt nuk e plaqkisin pronen shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e dosjeve dhe ligji i lustarcionit do ti detyronte t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen para organeve te drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat e tyre antishtet\u00ebrore. Ligji i lustracionit dhe dosjet do t\u00eb sqaronin shum\u00eb rreth vrasj\u00ebve t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs e veqmas t\u00eb atyre p\u00ebr motive politike. Hapja e dosjeve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt s\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodhin edhe manipulime, por ato nj\u00eb dit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hap\u00ebn p\u00ebr hir\u00eb t\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po vijn\u00eb, p\u00ebr ti l\u00ebshuar vend zhvillmit t\u00eb gjithmbarshem dhe si kusht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu inkuadruar n\u00eb strukturat e BE-s\u00eb. Af\u00ebr 1500 vrasje t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs hapin dilem\u00ebn s\u00eb ata u vran\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuan ngushte m\u00eb UDB-n\u00eb dhe m\u00eb struktura tjera t\u00eb qarqeve antishqiptare. Si t\u00eb shpjegohet edhe i gjith\u00eb ky stagnacion i proceseve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, po mos t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb pyetje s\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sistemet kemi njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb duke punuar kunder pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Forcat e err\u00ebta nga e kaluara e hidhur komuniste e kan mbuluar Kosov\u00ebn.K\u00ebto dy tema ishte dashur t\u00eb qit\u00ebn para kuvendarve tan\u00eb, si jetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Kosov\u00ebs. Si t\u00eb shpjegohen gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto brutalitete karshi qytetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb dit\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. Jan\u00eb lodhur nga gjendja e keqe ekonomike dhe sociale. Si t\u00eb shpjegohet fakti i ikj\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe mos dh\u00ebnj\u00ebs s\u00eb llogaris\u00eb para popullit p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto deshtime politike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto koncesione gjat\u00eb bisedimeve t\u00eb cilat po b\u00ebh\u00ebn m\u00eb Serbin\u00eb. Hapja dosjeve do t\u00eb sqaronte shum\u00eb edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb, e cila u vu n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e bisedimeve m\u00eb pal\u00ebn serbe pa kusht\u00ebzimin m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Nuk po sqarohen gjth\u00eb k\u00ebto rrena, manipulime edhe kur b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr integrimet evropiane.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr po ndeshemi m\u00eb propagand\u00eb mediatike gebelsiane, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar iluzione te qytetar\u00ebt, m\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ruajtjeve t\u00eb pozitave t\u00eb priviligjuara, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimeve t\u00eb jasht\u00eb ligjshme t\u00eb cilat po ndodhin para syve tan\u00eb. Ligji i Lustracionit dhe hapja e dosjeve do t\u00eb na tregonte dhe do heqte barr\u00ebn e madhe p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb err\u00ebt. Mediet e kontrolluara nga ana e pushteteve te pas luft\u00ebs dhe propaganda e tyre krijuan iluzione t\u00eb rreme s\u00eb ata jan\u00eb shp\u00ebtimtaret e shtetit. Shum\u00eb qka n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb kontrollit duke shkuar gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb kah gremina, q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e askujt. Sikur mos ti kishin futur duart n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb turli sh\u00ebrbimesh sekrete serbe dhe ruse nuk do t\u00eb kishim k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje gadi kolapsuese politike dhe ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e dosjeve do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb fati i Kosov\u00ebs mos t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb duar t\u00eb gjith\u00ebkujt. Po na rrezikohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb edhe integriteti dhe sovraniteti i vendit. P\u00ebr fund po theksoj\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akter\u00ebt politik\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit ton\u00eb. Gjithashtu nga p\u00ebrgj\u00ebgjesia nuk mund t\u00eb lirohet as Akedemia jon\u00eb e cila deri m\u00eb sot nuk b\u00ebri pun\u00eb t\u00eb hajrit. Populli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb gabon dhe b\u00ebn gabime, elitat politike e bartin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb kryesore p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimet e deritashme. Fatkeq\u00ebsit t\u00eb cilat po na ndodhin duhet t\u00eb stopohen.
