Perballe kesaj ndertese te madhe gjindet nji shesh ku majtas dhe djathtas tyrqit kane pase ndertue dy gazerma per autoritetet ushtarake dhe ushtaret tyrq. Pra e gjithe kjo zone se bashku me sheshin kane qene praktikisht berthama e autoriteteve ushtarake dhe civile tyrke e krejte Vilajetit tone.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Monumente Shkod\u00ebr\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/monumente_shkoder.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" align=\"center\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ma vone gazerma djathtas asht perdore dhe perdoret edhe sot si gjimnaz, ndersa ajo majtas u perdor si shkolle e mesme pedagogjike. Shkolla pedagogjike se bashku me dyqanet afer saje u prishne dhe sheshi u la si lulishte. Perballe Kom.Ekz. te Rrethit (Prefektures se sotme) u ngrit nji piedistal per bustin e shokut Enver, te cilin me 13.12.1990 e rrezoi rinia shkodrane, gjithmone revolucionare, dhe aty mbi pjedistal vune nji pllake perkujtimore.<\/p>\n<p>Ma vone Bashkia vendosi te vente mbrapa ketij piedistali, ne te njajtin rrethim, nji monument perkujtimor per At Gjergj Fishten. Nuk asht pa kerkund ne bote kjo lloj vendosje e shemtueme dhe per\u00e7muese e nji monumenti. Pose kesaje ne vend qe te vehej nji monument dinjitoz dhe i kuptueshem nga te gjithe se kush asht dhe per ta nderue si\u00e7 e meriton kete patriot e intelektual shqiptar, aty vune nji \u201cmonument\u201d qe s\u2019merret vesht se \u00e7ka asht, a thue se asht vue aty sa per tua mbylle gojen \u201catyne\u201d qe done ta vlersojne Fishten.<\/p>\n<p>Mbasi \u201cmonumenti i ketij At-i\u201d e ndynte ne fakt sheshin e autoriteteve ushtarako-civile tyrke te Vilajetit tone, Bashkija e Shkodres ne bashkepunim me Ambasaden tyrke dhe me ndihmen e saje bujare morale dhe financiare, vendosne ne sheshin e autoriteteve tyrke nji monument dinjitoz, ashtu si\u00e7 i perkitte nji koloneli tyrko-iraken Hasan Riza Pasha, a thue se nuk i ka dale zot kush tjeter Shkodres ve\u00e7 ai. Monumentet nuk vendosen thjeshte vetem per te nderue nji person apo per te kujtue nji ngjarje, por vendosen sidomos per te edukue rinine, qe ta ndjekin shembullin te cilin simbolizon monumenti.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vend qe rinine e Shkodres ta edukojme per te shikue perpara jeten e vet drejte Europes, drejte perparimit, drejte paqes, drejte bashkepunimit ndereuropian dhe te ndjeke politiken e fqinjesise se mire, qe asht nji nder konditat kryesore per futjen tone ne familjen europiane, Bashkia e Shkodres me ngritjen e ketij monumenti e implikon kot se koti rinine shkodrane me hasmerite e vjetra tyrko-sllave dhe i fryne hasmerive me shtetin fqinje te Malit te Zi. Kjo asht nji politike e kundert me \u00e7ka kerkon Europa dhe \u00e7ka kerkon interesi i vendit tone dhe sidomos i Shkodres.<\/p>\n<p>Ah! Sa keq kena hjeke per t\u2019ua mbushe menden disave ne Shkoder se Nane Tereza asht shqiptare dhe se edhe e gjithe bota e din se asht shqiptare !!!!!!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qyteti i Durresit<\/strong><br \/>\nAtynve te Durresit jo vetem qe nuk u lodh kush per te ua mbushe menden per Nane Terezen se asht shqiptare, por ato vete para disa muejve me inisiativen e vet kane sajue me vendim Bashkie nji \u201c\u00c7mim nderimi\u201d me emnin e Nane Terezes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Po me bustet perkujtimore si kane veprue ato te Bashkise se Durresit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faktet flasin vete. Porsa del nga hyrja kryesore e Portit te Durresit \u00e7do kushi sheh majtas nga deti monumntin e kultures \u201cTorren Veneciane\u201d, afer saje sheh nji lulishte me \u201cMonumentin e kolonelit holandez\u201d qe ra per mbrojtjen e Durresit ne vitin 1914, ndersa djathtas sheh nji lulishte te bukur ne qender te se ciles asht monumenti dinjitoz i nenkryetarit te Qeverise se Vlores se vitit 1912, te Dom Nikoll Ka\u00e7orrit (1865-1917) Prelat dhe Patriot.
