Ajo u hap m\u00eb 7 mars t\u00eb vitit 1887 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb nga ana e m\u00ebsuesit dhe patriotit Pandeli Sotiri n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e ofruar p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie nga atdhetari Diamant Terpo.<\/p>\n<p>Regjimi osman ndoqi dhe p\u00ebrdori dhun\u00eb, terror dhe mjete ma primitive kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve si argument \u00ebsht\u00eb statistika e vitit 1887, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri apo me mire me th\u00ebn\u00eb ne trojet shqiptare kishte tre mij\u00eb shkolla. Prej t\u00eb cilave nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e dyqind shkolla publike turke, po aq shkolla private greke, treqind shkolla bullgare, serbe dhe vllahe, shkoll\u00eb shqipe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb, me drejtor Pandeli Sotirin!<\/p>\n<p>Pra ishte shume e \u00e7uditshme se k\u00ebtu jetonin shqiptaret pa bullgar, pa turq pa greke dhe pa serb, por shqiptar\u00ebve si gjuh\u00eb e lejuar iu mund\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb gjuhet e vet pushtuesit q\u00eb ishte Perandoria Osmane, por edhe gjuhet e popujve tjer\u00eb? Pra k\u00ebtu m\u00ebsohet se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebri Turqia p\u00ebr neve! P\u00ebr tu \u00e7uditur ne at\u00eb koh\u00eb arriti vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqipe te jete nga Pandeli Sotiri. Ajo shkoll\u00eb nuk mundi t\u00eb jet\u00eb me gjat\u00eb se kat\u00ebr vite.
