Koh\u00ebrat e err\u00ebta q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kapluar Kosov\u00ebn, t\u00eb motivuara nga d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr pushtet, kryetarin Ibrahim Rugova e nxjerrin n\u00eb pah si njeriun m\u00eb vizionar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebhqjes politike, q\u00eb ka pasur Kosova. Po ashtu nxjerrin n\u00eb shesh k\u00ebt\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb madhe komb\u00ebtare e politike, edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr, sespe ai diti dhe ka rezultuar n\u00eb rregullimin e rendit shoq\u00ebror me k\u00ebrkesat t\u00eb kjarta p\u00ebr opinion e mbrendsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm. Pati aft\u00ebsi mendore dhe intelektuale t\u00eb korrenspondoj me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Presidenti Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, ka qen\u00eb i prir\u00eb, t\u00eb reflektoj urt\u00ebsi, maturi dhe t\u00eb artikulon k\u00ebrkesat me bindje t\u00eb kjart\u00eb. Puna dhe veprimtaria e tij or\u00eb e \u00e7ast ka pasur elemente komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb i kemi ndeshur n\u00eb realitet q\u00eb edhe sot jan\u00eb aktuale. Filozofia e Presidentit Ibrahim Rugova, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur n\u00eb \u00e7do meridian t\u00eb globit, sidomos nga opinioni demokratik i shteteve t\u00eb perendimit, me n\u00eb krye SHBA<\/p>\n

Parimi i tij filozofik, ishte universal reflektoj ndikimin te faktori i jasht\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar me n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019a p\u00ebrqafuar njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gj\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebshtu edhe ndodhi. Presidenti Rugova, me poilitik\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb urt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, edhe n\u00eb situata shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe t\u00eb err\u00ebta p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebrdori nj\u00eb men\u00e7uri t\u00eb pashoq, q\u00eb ka shfaqur optimiz\u00ebm me rreze drite duke krijuar harmoni dhe rregull p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal nga kriza n\u00eb horizontin e idealit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Katandisja e gjendj\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet e fundit nga nj\u00eb politik\u00eb shkurtpam\u00ebse, e kan\u00eb sjellur Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje tejet t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb ekonomike, politike, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, arsimore e q\u00eb lidh\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt qenien e interesave individuale t\u00eb individ\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Presidenti Ibrahim Rugova, q\u00eb nd\u00ebrroj jet\u00eb sot e dhjet\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i munguar popullit Shqiptar \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb, sepse ai diti t\u00eb punoj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim nj\u00ebqind p\u00ebr qind p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare. Secila dit\u00eb e ngjarjeve t\u00eb k\u00ebqija p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, na kujton Presidentin Rugova dhe ndjehet mungesa n\u00eb shpirtin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr at burr t\u00eb madh. Popullin Shqiptar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar e b\u00ebn me dije, se ai ishte dhe mbeti figura m\u00eb madhore e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
