N\u00eb vitin arsimor 1957-1958, pas mbarimit t\u00eb gjimnazit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, m\u2019u dha rasti t\u00eb jem m\u00ebsues n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn 7-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb fshatit Tropoj\u00eb. Aty kisha koleg edhe shokun e shkoll\u00ebs 7-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb Kolgecajt (sot qyteti \u201cB.Curri\u201d), Fahri Do\u00e7in, sot \u201cM\u00ebsues i Popullit\u201d, m\u00eb von\u00eb kunat i Xhevahires. Nd\u00ebrsa drejtor kishim normalistin e Elbasanit, Elez Gashin, gjithashtu tani \u201cM\u00ebsues i Popullit\u201d. Ky na tregonte se kishte 5 vajza dhe se i kishte rritur me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, pasi bashk\u00ebshortja e tij ishte ndar\u00eb nga jeta n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re. Nj\u00ebra nga ato ishte Xhevahirja, e cila m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej e njihej nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr valltaret m\u00eb virtuoze t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs (Tropoj\u00eb) ose do t\u00eb mbetej p\u00ebrher\u00eb \u201cxhevahire\u201d, n\u00eb interpreptimin e tyre.<\/p>\n

Vitet rodh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrs\u00ebri u takova me Elezin, n\u00eb vitet 1966-1973, kur shkova familjarisht, nga Tirana, n\u00eb qytetin \u201cB.Curri\u201d. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, pes\u00eb vjet isha kryeinspektor i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb rrethit, nd\u00ebrsa ai m\u00ebsues n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn 8-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb qyteti \u201cBajram Curri\u201d. Si\u00e7 dihet, at\u00ebher\u00eb tregohej kujdes i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen amatore kulturore-artistike. N\u00eb shkall\u00eb rrethi, kishim ngritur nj\u00eb ansamb\u00ebl t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve e valleve popullore, me emrin e bukur \u201cValbona\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ai jepte koncerte, her\u00eb pas here, p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e qytetit e rrethit dhe e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte krahin\u00ebn ton\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb n\u00eb shkall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Kuptohet, se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ansamb\u00ebl kishim mbledhur talentet m\u00eb t\u00eb spikatur, si p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebt dhe vallet popullore. Kujtoj tani me nderim k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt: Isuf Halili, Riza Zymeri, Zef Avdia, Murat Alia, Pjet\u00ebr e Ndoc Imeraj dhe valltar\u00ebt Hazir Rrustemi, Sk\u00ebnder Haklaj e Deli Metaliaj, rapsodin Sokol Arifi, instrumentist\u00ebt Ali Mula, Malush Shabani e Sokol Zmajli dhe mjaft t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa nga vajzat, ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb njohura valltaret e shkathta Bub\u00eb Mici e Hajrie Haklaj, vog\u00eblushet e \u201cValles s\u00eb g\u00ebshtenjave\u201d e t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

Por ajo, q\u00eb i jepte jet\u00eb e gjall\u00ebri t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb valleve karakteristike tropojane, ishte pik\u00ebrisht Xhevahire Elez Gashi. Kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1955, kur ishte 8 a 9-vje\u00e7are, nx\u00ebn\u00ebse e shkoll\u00ebs 7-vje\u00e7are dhe nuk iu nda asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Duke par\u00eb talentin e saj, dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, ajo ishte d\u00ebrguar pjes\u00ebtare n\u00eb Ansamblin e K\u00ebng\u00ebve dhe Valleve Popullore, n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb festival nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, ku u nderua me \u00e7mim t\u00eb par\u00eb. Por edhe n\u00eb vitet pasardh\u00ebse, ajo nuk iu nda sken\u00ebs edhe kur u martua me bashk\u00ebfshatarin tim, Gani Vidrica dhe lindi e rriti 6 f\u00ebmij\u00eb: Kozet\u00ebn e An\u00ebn, Bardhylin, Fatmirin, Albanin e Taulantin. Bile, dy nga djemt\u00eb e saj, Bardhyli e Fatmiri arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhen valltar\u00eb t\u00eb talentuar, n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre Xhevahire, aq t\u00eb njohur p\u00ebr interpretimin e valles popullore tropojane.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet pasadh\u00ebse, nuk kishte shfaqje folklorike n\u00eb baz\u00eb rrethi, ku ajo t\u00eb mos ishte nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluarat dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00eblqyerat n\u00eb sken\u00eb. Kjo vinte se Xhevahirja binte n\u00eb sy p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjet e saj t\u00eb shkathta e t\u00eb sakta. Ruante besnik\u00ebrisht tradit\u00ebn burimore t\u00eb atyre valleve, q\u00eb i kishin k\u00ebrcyer historikisht, vajzat e grat\u00eb e asaj treve. Tani, pas kaq vitesh, m\u00eb kujtohet dhe nj\u00eb shfaqje e ansamblit \u201cValbona\u201d, n\u00eb qershor 1970, para popullit t\u00eb qytetit e fshatrave t\u00eb rrethit t\u00eb Tropoj\u00ebs. Kur Xhevahirja doli n\u00eb sken\u00eb dhe vall\u00ebzoi si \u201cflutur\u201d, sheshi i stadiumit t\u00eb qytetit shp\u00ebrtheu n\u00eb duartrokitje t\u00eb fuqishme. Po k\u00ebshtu, u prit ajo ngroht\u00ebsisht edhe n\u00eb sa e sa shfaqje t\u00eb tjera, n\u00eb Festivalet Folklorike t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs dhe deri n\u00eb Festivalin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb. Por kam ven\u00eb re me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi se hapat e valleve popullore t\u00eb asaj krahine, luajtur nga Xhavahire Gashi, kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer edhe p\u00ebr koreograf\u00ebt e Ansamblit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb K\u00ebng\u00ebve e Valleve Popullore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, mund t\u00eb them dhe p\u00ebr \u201ckopjimin\u201d, q\u00eb ata u kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hapave t\u00eb valltarit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb asaj krahine, Hazir Rustemi. Koreografi i njohur, Ramazan Bogdani \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur, kur Xhevahirja mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Festivalin Folklorik Komb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb Librazhd (2002): \u201cDuhet p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar Ansambli i K\u00ebng\u00ebve e Valleve Popullore, q\u00eb i mori k\u00ebto \u201cbul\u00ebza\u201d dhe i b\u00ebri perla t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e me p\u00ebrhapje edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kam pasur fatin e madh, q\u00eb punoj prej koh\u00ebsh me t\u00eb dhe Xhevahirja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb valltare, por edhe nj\u00eb bart\u00ebse e folklorit t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket zakoneve dhe riteve t\u00eb dasm\u00ebs e posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr veshjet popullore, t\u00eb cilat i ka pasur dhe i ka n\u00eb shpirt\u201d. Po, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet se ajo, si q\u00ebndistare e talentuar, ka p\u00ebrgatitur sa e sa veshje t\u00eb bukura popullore t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, sidomos p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e vajzat, me t\u00eb cilat pastaj ato edhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb e ndryshme kulturore-artistike.<\/p>\n
