Dy qeverit\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb mbledhura sot n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, e nes\u00ebr n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb ndonj\u00eb lajm. \u00cbsht\u00eb viti i kat\u00ebrt q\u00eb mblidhen prej vitit 2013. Takimet natyrisht jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur dhe p\u00ebr populiz\u00ebm, por axhenda e tyre duket se po shkon p\u00ebrdit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb drejt disa halleve praktike t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive diplomatike, si dhe rreth burokracive t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkufitare.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, k\u00ebto mbledhje nuk i kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer as Edi Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb kredit politik brenda Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe as Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Isa Mustaf\u00ebs e Ramush Haradinajt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Thjesht kan\u00eb demonstruar barazin\u00eb mes dy shteteve dhe klim\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit. Natyrisht, her\u00eb pas here ka pas dhe ndonj\u00eb fishekzjarr patriot\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb vetmit njeri q\u00eb i prodhon makth kjo histori, \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha. Sali Berisha ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb mit popullor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, s\u00eb paku deri n\u00eb vitin 1996, pasi kishte retorik\u00ebn e duhur populiste p\u00ebr t\u2019u dukur \u201cBaba i kombit\u201d. P\u00ebrpjekja e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi u mb\u00ebshtet nga shteti shqiptar dhe ai ishte nj\u00eb lloj shprese p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre.<\/p>\n

Por krisja e Berish\u00ebs me Kosov\u00ebn ndodhi para se t\u00eb ndodhte krisja e tij me shqiptar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dhe arsyeja p\u00ebrse ai u armiq\u00ebsua me Kosov\u00ebn, pastaj dhe me politik\u00ebn e saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrplasja e tij me Per\u00ebndimin dhe p\u00ebrpjekja e tij p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdorur Kosov\u00ebn si vark\u00eb shp\u00ebtimi n\u00eb linj\u00ebn anti-per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

\u00cbndrra e Sali Berish\u00ebs nuk ishte pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, apo shtetformimi i saj, por sundimi i tij populist n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

I pari q\u00eb ja ka prer\u00eb n\u00eb mes k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr, me vendosm\u00ebri dhe pa pik\u00eb m\u00ebshire, ka qen\u00eb Ibrahim Rugova. Prej vitit 1995, ai thuajse nd\u00ebrpreu kontaktet zyrtare me Tiran\u00ebn dhe Sali Berisha u p\u00ebrpoq sa mundi ta minoj\u00eb pushtetin e tij brenda Kosov\u00ebs. Por nuk ia doli dot.<\/p>\n

Pas vitit 1997, Rugova ishte figura e bot\u00ebs shqiptare m\u00eb autoritare n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Ai ishte nj\u00eb lider paq\u00ebsor, q\u00eb luftonte p\u00ebr shtetin e tij, mes rrezikut serb nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs nga ana tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqej ta p\u00ebrdorte Kosov\u00ebn si \u201ckok\u00eb turku\u201d, p\u00ebr nevojat e saj t\u00eb brendshme.<\/p>\n

Sali Berisha pas vitit 1997 \u00ebnd\u00ebrronte nj\u00eb takim me Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebn, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa me Bill Klintonin, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsi. I duhej emri i tij, fama e tij, dhe identifikimi me Per\u00ebndimin, q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e kishte zbuar nga pushteti.<\/p>\n

Por ai nuk ja dha k\u00ebt\u00eb shans. Nuk e priti n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb i gjall\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. E ktheu nga kufiri n\u00eb vitin 2000 dhe Berisha mundi ta vizitonte Kosov\u00ebn vet\u00ebm dit\u00ebn q\u00eb vdiq Ibrahim Rugova.<\/p>\n

Berisha po kthehej thuajse n\u00eb nj\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, pasi mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e Rugov\u00ebs e shikonin me dyshim p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e Rugov\u00ebs nuk e donin as idelogjikisht.<\/p>\n

Rikthimi i tij n\u00eb pushtet m\u00eb 2005 rizgjoi \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb paternalist mbi politik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Ai disa her\u00eb tentoi ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb me Tha\u00e7in e Haradinajn, por nuk ia doli dot. N\u00eb fund, p\u00ebrfshirja e djalit t\u00eb tij si sekser p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb tenderin e linj\u00ebs s\u00eb interkonjeksionit Shqip\u00ebri – Kosov\u00eb, shqet\u00ebsoi dhe qeverin\u00eb gjermane, derisa u detyrua t\u00eb anulloj\u00eb tenderin, q\u00eb u rib\u00eb m\u00eb pas.<\/p>\n

Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb sot i vetmi politikan i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb aleat politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Isa Mustafa mund ta ket\u00eb takuar dy-tre her\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb d\u00ebshire, Hashim Tha\u00e7i thjesht ka p\u00ebrsosur artin e t\u00eb buz\u00ebqeshurit, Albin Kurtit nuk i ka qesh buza kurr\u00eb para tij, nd\u00ebrsa Haradinaj here-her\u00eb mendon se e ka komshi nga Mal\u00ebsi e Gjakov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Urrejtja e sotme e Berish\u00ebs, buron pik\u00ebrisht nga pafuqia q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr ta kthyer mbrapsht historin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ndjehet \u201cBaba i kombit\u201d. Modeli i mbledhjeve s\u00eb dy qeverive shqiptare, at\u00eb nuk e shqet\u00ebson si sukses apo si d\u00ebshtim, por si barazi, si nj\u00eb zhb\u00ebrje e \u00ebndrr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, q\u00eb dikush nga Tirana duhet t\u2019i udh\u00ebheq\u00eb ata n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

At\u00eb e shqet\u00ebson fakti q\u00eb modeli q\u00eb futi Edi Rama p\u00ebr mbledhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta qeverish, u eksportua dhe n\u00eb Maqedoni e Serbi, p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim rajonal. E shqet\u00ebson po ashtu fakti q\u00eb Beogradi dhe Tirana kan\u00eb guxuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me dinjitet dhe ia kan\u00eb dal\u00eb t\u00eb marrin p\u00eblqimin e Per\u00ebndimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sali Berisha e ka Kosov\u00ebn plag\u00eb, por jo dhimbje. E ka plag\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, pasi nuk ka mundur dot ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb pushtet m\u00eb 1997 dhe akoma m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nuk ka mundur t\u00eb ndal\u00eb popullaritetin normal t\u00eb politikanve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb sot jan\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pranuesh\u00ebm se ai.<\/p>\n

Berisha e ka makth faktin q\u00eb Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cdeberishizuar\u201d, dhe ndjehet e barabart\u00eb me Tiran\u00ebn, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb raporte shtet\u00ebrore. Dhe si \u00e7do plag\u00eb q\u00eb shkakton dhimbje dhe urrejtje, ai sot zbulon arsyen p\u00ebrse e urren Kosov\u00ebn, dhe jo p\u00ebrse i dhemb Kosova. E urren se nuk e p\u00ebrdori dot.
