Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i sllatinas\u00ebve punojn\u00eb e veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb perendim ku me t\u00eb ardhurat e tyre kan\u00eb kontribuar dhe kontribojn\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenjen e tyre dhe t\u00eb fshatit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb fshati ka kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr periudha t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira duke u ballafaquar me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr nga armiq\u00ebt, por sllatinasit gjithmon\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb ball\u00eb k\u00ebtyre persekutimeve duke qen\u00eb vazhdimisht t\u00eb ky\u00e7ur n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim.<\/p>\n<p>Duke filluar nga koha e Zotrinj\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare me aktivitete dhe me pasuri poashtu edhe n\u00eb periudht e m\u00ebvonshme kemi nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb sllatinas\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb ball\u00eb armikut krahas zhvillimeve dhe organizimeve tjera shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, poashtu edhe n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pati nj\u00eb mobilizim masovik, n\u00eb mesin e tyre n\u00eb altarin e liris\u00eb, n\u00eb betej\u00ebn legjendare t\u00eb Koshar\u00ebs ra d\u00ebshmor\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e frontit Njazi R Rexhepi.<br \/>\nFshati Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga lagjet: Kupeci, Gjinolli, Qosa, Drugzani, Arapajt, Sejdiat, K\u00ebr\u00e7ot\u00ebt, Nurajt, Llullec\u00ebt, Topall\u00ebt etj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mikrotoponimet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me karakteristike i hasim si Ara e Nocit, Fusha e Stubll\u00ebs, Kisha e Bal\u00ebs, Arat e Reja, Ura e Zotnive, Arat e Gata, \u00c7esta, Butcina, Arat e Zabelit etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendin e quajtur Fusha e Stubll\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar nj\u00eb pus uji dhe mendohet se ka pasur nd\u00ebrtesa banimi. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb veriperendim t\u00eb fshatit ekziston vendi i quajtur Kisha e Bal\u00ebs q\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet se ishte kish\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dokumentet e shkruara p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb kart\u00ebn e kontesh\u00ebs Milica me djemt\u00eb (1389-1405), ku ja dhuron pirgut t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Bazilit n\u00eb Malin e Shenjt\u00eb. N\u00eb regjistrin kadastral t\u00eb Vilajetit V\u00ebllk t\u00eb vitit 1455 jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruara 46 sht\u00ebpi, 5 beqar\u00eb e 1 e ve.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb defterin kadastral t\u00eb Sanxhakut t\u00eb Vushtris\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1566-1574 me 7 sht\u00ebpi e 1 beqar. Poashtu n\u00eb letr\u00ebn mbi vizit\u00ebn kanonike t\u00eb arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkupit t\u00eb vitit 1725, arqipeshk Pjet\u00ebr Karagiqi, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb qytetet Janjev\u00eb, Prishtin\u00eb dhe fshatrat p\u00ebrreth, misionar \u00ebsht\u00eb don Mikel Summa. Ai sh\u00ebrbeu edhe n\u00eb fshatin Sllatina me 15 sht\u00ebpi, 9 an\u00ebtar\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb. N\u00eb hart\u00ebn austriake t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb vitit 1689 \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar si vendbanim me emrin Sllatina. N\u00eb regjistrin e Manastirit t\u00eb Devi\u00e7it, n\u00eb vitin 1789, p\u00ebrmenden banor\u00ebt e krishter\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fshati.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Sallnamet e Vilajetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1893, t\u00eb vitit 1896 dhe t\u00eb vitit 1900 \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur me emrin Sllatina-i Bala. N\u00eb popull quhet Sllatina e Morav\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat jeton popullsia vendase shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1913 e m\u00eb von\u00eb u shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn tet\u00eb familje p\u00ebr Turqi. Q\u00eb nga viti 1914 k\u00ebtu filluan t\u00eb vendoseshin kolon\u00ebt serb, ata vendoseshin kryesisht n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e agallar\u00ebve t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur p\u00ebr Turqi. K\u00ebshtu mes viteve 1914-1925 u vendos\u00ebn 17 familje serbe e malazeze.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb sh\u00ebnimet statistikore t\u00eb vitit 1913 s\u00eb bashku me Sllatin\u00ebn e Poshtme kishte 444 banor\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1918 kishte 29 sht\u00ebpi me 327 banor\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1921, 69 sht\u00ebpi me 510 banor\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1927 kishte 74 familje nga t\u00eb cilat 18 sht\u00ebpi serbe e 52 shqiptare, n\u00eb vitin 1948 kishte 853 banor\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1953, kishte 133 sht\u00ebpi me 992 banor\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1961 kishte 76 sht\u00ebpi me 989 banor\u00eb prej tyre 964 shqiptar\u00eb, 23 serb, 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1971, kishte 191 sht\u00ebpi me 1294 banor\u00eb prej tyre 1278 shqiptar\u00eb, 16 serb\u00eb, 1 musliman, n\u00eb vitin 1981 kishte 229 sht\u00ebpi me 1758 banor\u00eb prej tyre 1746 shqiptar\u00eb, 11 serb\u00eb e 1 musliman.<br \/>\nN\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2000 fshati kishte rreth 300 sht\u00ebpi shqiptare me rreth 2800 banor\u00eb. Fshati aktualisht ka mbi 430 sht\u00ebpi me mbi 3200 banor\u00eb. N\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e rritjes dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb fshatit nj\u00eb rol vendimtar e pati arsimi dhe edukimi ku fillet e para i hasim q\u00eb nga viti 1920 n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sebe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar nga viti 1941 (shtator) n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim sot n\u00eb fshat num\u00ebrojm\u00eb mbi 230 intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha profileve deri n\u00eb doktor shkence.<\/p>\n<p>Sot n\u00eb fshat kemi nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb solide duke filluar nga shkollat, nga viti 2015 nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kan\u00eb filluar m\u00ebsimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e re, m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb ndrrim dhe nivelet nga klas\u00ebt parafillore deri n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e n\u00ebnt\u00eb, pastaj kemi edhe paralelen e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb Sllatin\u00eb t\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme ku poashtu m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet nga klasa e par\u00eb deri n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e n\u00ebnt\u00eb n\u00eb kushte mjaft t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>Fshati ka t\u00eb rregulluar rrjetin e kanalizimit, pastaj ambulanca punon vazhdimisht, kemi qarkullimin e autobusit pes\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb edhe at\u00eb nga Sllatina n\u00eb Ferizaj dhe nga Sllatina n\u00eb Viti.<\/p>\n<p>Nga sulmet barbare paramilitare e ushtarako policore serbe jan\u00eb djegur e shkat\u00ebrruar 4 sht\u00ebpi shqiptare, nj\u00eb ushtar\u00eb i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb viktim\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs u sistemuan rreth 15 mij\u00eb t\u00eb ikur nga fshatrat e ndryshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku u tregua nj\u00eb mik\u00ebpritje e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SLLATINA E POSHTME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sllatina e Poshtme shtrihet 14 kilometra n\u00eb veriperendim t\u00eb Vitis\u00eb, n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb rrafsh\u00ebt t\u00eb tipit t\u00eb fshatrave t\u00eb grumbulluara, ka lart\u00ebsi mbidetare mes 490-500 metra. Emrin e mori n\u00eb baz\u00eb se ishte krijuar n\u00eb ngastr\u00ebn e fshatit Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs natyrore filloi t\u00eb quhej Sllatina e Poshtme. N\u00eb Sallnamet e Vilajetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1893, t\u00eb vitit 1896 dhe t\u00eb vitit 1900 \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur me emrin Sllatina-i Zir.<br \/>\nPopullohej me popullsi autoktone shqiptare, e cila sikurse vendbanimet e tjera p\u00ebsoi shum\u00eb nga pushtuesit e ndrysh\u00ebm e sidomos pas vitit 1912 e deri m\u00eb sot ku u vran\u00eb disa persona. Nga zullumet q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1923, 1946, 1956 etj. Disa familje nga ky fshat emigruan n\u00eb Turqi. Sipas disa sh\u00ebnimeve n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit XIX kishte 20 sht\u00ebpi. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1999 fshati kishte 142 sht\u00ebpi me 1300 banor\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb,kurse sot ka rreth 210 sht\u00ebpi me rreth 1700 banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sllatin\u00eb e Poshtme\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2016\/sllatine_poshtme.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><strong>Nj\u00eb pamje e Fshatit Sllatin\u00eb e Poshtme &#8211; 08 janar 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e rrit\u00ebs dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb fshatit nj\u00eb rol vendimtar e pati arsimi dhe edukimi ku fillet e para i hasim q\u00eb nga viti 1920 n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sebe, pra b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn e hapur n\u00eb fshatin Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme, ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Poshtme i vijuan m\u00ebsimet aty, p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar nga viti 1941 (shtator) n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim sot n\u00eb fshat num\u00ebrojm\u00eb mbi 159 intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha profileve deri n\u00eb doktor shkence. Sot n\u00eb fshat kemi nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb solide duke filluar nga shkolla e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb paralele e ndar\u00eb e Shfmu \u201dNjazi Rexhepi\u201d Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme, m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb nivelet, klas\u00ebt parafillore deri n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e n\u00ebnt\u00eb, kushte mjaft t\u00eb mira, por besojm\u00eb q\u00eb institucionet komunale do b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb intervenim q\u00eb edhe ato pak ngecje t\u00eb sanohen. K\u00ebtyre luft\u00ebrave u jan\u00eb dedikuar shum\u00eb studime shkencore q\u00eb nxjerrin n\u00eb pah dukuri t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb tyre.<br \/>\nN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithesi studimet jan\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me zhvillimin e shkenc\u00ebs historike, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb orientimit politik dhe pozicioneve partiake t\u00eb autor\u00ebve t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, si gjat\u00eb Luftrave Ballkanike e m\u00eb pas, shtetet e krishtera luftonin vazhdimisht kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebri tjetrit p\u00ebr hegjemoni n\u00eb gadishull.<br \/>\nDuhet cekur se Periudha m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjakshme, pothuajse gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb popullit shqiptar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane, ishte ajo e viteve 1912 \u2013 1915 , q\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e popullit dhe t\u00eb territoreve t\u00eb pushtuara njihet si koh\u00eb e sundimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb. Mu at\u00ebher\u00eb kur dukej se do t\u00eb agonte liria, n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e vitit 1912, trojet shqiptare i p\u00ebrfshiu sht\u00ebrngata e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Ballkanike q\u00eb ishte shkat\u00ebrrimtare.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb theksojm\u00eb se p\u00ebrmasat tragjike dhe tonet dramatike t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve n\u00eb Ballkan kan\u00eb zanafill\u00eb t\u00eb hershme Ato filluan t\u00eb marin jet\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn q\u00eb prej fillimit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XIX, e t\u00eb prirura m\u00eb pas nga mitet dhe legjendat e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs: Bullgaria e Madhe, Serbia e Madhe, Rumania e Madhe, miti Pan Helenik, Mali i Zi i Madh, q\u00eb ndikuan n\u00eb trajtat e nacionalizmit tejet agresiv, gj\u00eb q\u00eb pasuan hakmarrje dhe konflikte t\u00eb tmerrshme. Mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb thurren tragjedi dhe ngjarje, q\u00eb nisin q\u00eb nga shekulli XIX edhe sot prodhojn\u00eb efektet e tyre negative.<\/p>\n<p>Si histori lufte, pasojat dhe rezultatet morale jan\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme. Kombet q\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb n\u00eb aleanc\u00eb dhe q\u00eb i ishin drejtuar zotit t\u2019i \u00e7lironte, paprimtas filluan ta urrenin nj\u00ebri tjetrin p\u00ebr vdekje. Urrejtja dhe m\u00ebria komb\u00ebtare, dyshimi i nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb mjaftonin p\u00ebr ta filluar dhe p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebrguar m\u00eb tej luft\u00ebn m\u00eb brutale dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb kot\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Ata, q\u00eb luftuan krah p\u00ebr krah n\u00eb Adrianopoj\u00eb tani jan\u00eb gati t\u00eb vrasin dhe t\u00eb torturojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fundi i luft\u00ebrave ballkanike p\u00ebrb\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr kohore, por shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjeshur me ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb historike, por dhe tragjike p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare shqiptare. \u00cbsht\u00eb heroike sepse shpallet pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si ngjarje m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb historin\u00eb e kombit shqiptar. Ajo nj\u00ebheras \u00ebsht\u00eb tragjike, se nga kjo koh\u00eb fillon shkelja m\u00eb flagrante e t\u00eb drejtave njer\u00ebzore e komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se gjysm\u00ebn e popullit n\u00eb trevat e shumta q\u00eb mbet\u00ebn jasht\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. P\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e mbetur jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb periudha m\u00eb e kobshme ,reflektimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u p\u00ebrcoll mbi gjenerata t\u00eb t\u00ebra, t\u00eb cilat mbet\u00ebn n\u00ebn rob\u00ebrin\u00eb serbomadhe dhe megalomanin\u00eb greke. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb rob\u00ebruar,ushtar\u00ebt dhe paramilitar\u00ebt serbo-malazez\u00eb, kryen\u00eb krime, q\u00eb Evropa nuk i kishte par\u00eb e d\u00ebgjuar q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebs s\u00eb dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb hun\u00ebve, vandal\u00ebve, avar\u00ebve dhe Xhingis Kanit.<br \/>\nK\u00ebshtu q\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e popullit shqiptar gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebrave ballkanike p\u00ebsoi zhg\u00ebnjime t\u00eb hidhura.<\/p>\n<p>Zgjidhjet e gabuara p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e pas luft\u00ebrave ballkanike krijuan pasoja tragjike q\u00eb u ndjen\u00eb n\u00eb cop\u00ebtimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb integrimeve sociale, kulturore, ekonomike, arsimore, t\u00eb komunikimeve dhe t\u00eb raporteve me fqinj\u00ebt dhe me bot\u00ebn t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara me shekuj: reduktimi i kapaciteteve shpirt\u00ebrore e materiale t\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli; izolimin dhe zvog\u00eblimin e pesh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan; kufirin m\u00eb t\u00eb pakaluesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb midis dy pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli e me tragjedi t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta familjare; z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsimin e nj\u00eb rob\u00ebrie ( t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane) me nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr m\u00eb se gjysm\u00ebn e popullit; gangrenizimin e nj\u00eb raporti tipik kolonial n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs; destabilizimin permanent politik e ushtarak t\u00eb rajonit. Pasojat e drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejta t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre padrejt\u00ebsive, natyrisht nuk t\u00eb \u00e7onin tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7se n\u00eb varf\u00ebrim ekonomik t\u00eb rajoneve t\u00eb t\u00ebra malore shqiptare si pasoj\u00eb e nd\u00ebrprerjeve t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve tradicionale, ruajtja e konservatorizmit gjys\u00ebm-mesjetar\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej n\u00eb epok\u00ebn moderne, mbajtja konstante e pasiguris\u00eb s\u00eb brendshme politike n\u00eb shtetin e ri shqiptar, dob\u00ebsimi i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i nukleve kulturore evropiane brenda kombit shqiptar, nj\u00eb Ballkan Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb destabilizuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta e zgjata paksa, por si rrjedhoj\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebtyra zhvillimeve nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim edhe territoret e Morav\u00ebs s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme ishin pararoj\u00eb e trevave komb\u00ebtare, ishin t\u00eb parat q\u00eb u sulmuan nga forcat pushtuese serbe, bullgare, maqedonase, si m\u00eb 1912, 1915 e 1918 dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb. K\u00ebta pushtues kryen krime shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda e monstruoze ndaj popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb pafajshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viseve, mir\u00ebpo popullata e k\u00ebtyre trevave nuk u gjunj\u00ebzua nga k\u00ebta pushtues. Si\u00e7 dihet luft\u00ebrat jan\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr popujt, e sidomos p\u00ebr popujt e vegj\u00ebl, si\u00e7 jemi ne. Atyre shpeshher\u00eb, luft\u00ebrat iu imponohen, prandaj luft\u00ebrat e kan\u00eb kuptimin \u2013 jet\u00eb a vdekje.<\/p>\n<p>Me rastin e dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb serbe n\u00eb Anamorav\u00eb, nj\u00ebsitet e armat\u00ebs III, dep\u00ebrtuan dhe filluan t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb masakra makabre, gjoja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb armatosur shqiptare kund\u00ebr ushtris\u00eb serbe, ashtu si edhe ndodhi n\u00eb fshatrat Komogllav\u00eb, T\u00ebrstenik, V\u00ebrban, Goshic\u00eb, Smir\u00eb, Lubisht\u00eb, Mogill\u00eb. N\u00eb tet\u00eb fshatra, u masakruan rreth 350 burra e gra. Ushtria okupuese serbe, t\u00eb nxitur edhe nga banor\u00ebt serb\u00eb vendas edhe pas masakrave t\u00eb vjesht\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1912 n\u00eb Morav\u00ebn e Ep\u00ebrme, nuk pushoi t\u00eb thurrte plane e t\u00eb gjente pretekste p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar dhun\u00eb kund\u00ebr popullat\u00ebs shqiptare, duke synuar ta detyronin t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulej. K\u00ebto q\u00ebllime ata i realizonin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dhun\u00ebs, n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb kund\u00ebr fshatrave q\u00eb ishin fiksuar si elemente kryengrit\u00ebse dhe pik\u00ebsynim kishin likuidimin e burrave me nam\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: I nderuari Prof. gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Luft\u00ebrave Ballkanike si\u00e7 e potencuat shqiptar\u00ebt u ballafaquan thjesht me barbarin\u00eb dhe eg\u00ebrsin\u00eb sllave, po pas tyre si ven\u00eb pun\u00ebt.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Nexhmedin Bardhi<\/strong>: P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shtypjeje t\u00eb eg\u00ebr dhe krimeve q\u00eb b\u00ebnte ky pushtet mizor mbi popullat\u00ebn shqiptare, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i njer\u00ebzve shp\u00ebrngulen n\u00eb Turqi dhe n\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb \u00e7liruar. N\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe tokat e t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulurve vendosej elementi sllav. Ky ishte edhe fillimi i kolonizimit t\u00eb trevave shqiptare, &#8220;q\u00eb pik\u00ebsynonte qysh moti zhdukjen e far\u00ebs s\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb ilir\u00ebve&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Pun\u00ebt rreth kolonizimit p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht i nd\u00ebrpreu shp\u00ebrthimi i Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb saj, kur tokat shqiptare u ripushtuan nga i nj\u00ebjti pushtues. Megjithat\u00eb, &#8220;forma ligjore iu dha me Dekretligjin mbi kolonizimin e viseve jugore t\u00eb 24.X.1920 dhe t\u00eb tjera dispozita&#8221;. Ky proces zgjati deri n\u00eb vitin 1938. Regjimi sundues serbomadh &#8220;me rastin e zbatimit t\u00eb kolonizimit, nuk i p\u00ebrfilli interesat e popullat\u00ebs vend\u00ebse, para s\u00eb gjithash t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb&#8221;. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, me kolonizimin synohej t\u00eb vihej nj\u00eb baraspesh\u00eb etnike q\u00eb t\u00eb sundoheshin m\u00eb leht\u00eb vendet e pushtuara. P\u00ebr t&#8217;ia arritur k\u00ebtij q\u00ebllimi, fshatar\u00ebve ua merrnin &#8211; uzurponin tokat, t\u00eb cilat i kishin shfryt\u00ebzuar shekuj me radh\u00eb, madje edhe tokat t\u00eb cilat i kishin me tapi, duke ua dh\u00ebn\u00eb pastaj kolonist\u00ebve arat e buk\u00ebs, livadhet e merat\u00eb. E shqiptari gjithmon\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i lidhur ngusht\u00eb me tok\u00ebn si burim i gjall\u00ebrimit dhe i forc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar dhe mbijetuar. &#8220;Fsheht\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe e q\u00ebndrimit ende n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb t\u00eb popullit shqiptar, me gjith\u00eb tragjedit\u00eb historike q\u00eb jetoi edhe me gjith\u00eb gjakun e njom\u00eb q\u00eb ka derdhur nd\u00ebrmjet vargjeve t\u00eb shekujve, mund t\u00eb shpjegohet vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm me lidhjet shpirt\u00ebrore q\u00eb ka me tok\u00ebn, e sidomos me ndjesin\u00eb e rac\u00ebs p\u00ebr arat e vatrat e veta&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: Kolonizimi ishte gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, po cilat vende n\u00eb Morav\u00ebn e Ep\u00ebrme i p\u00ebrfshiu konkretisht?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nexhmedin Bardhi<\/strong>: Shum\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, kolonizimi s\u00eb pari filloi n\u00eb trevat rreth Gjilanit, e pastaj u zgjerua edhe n\u00eb trevat e tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. &#8220;K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb 61 vendbanime t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rrethi u kolonizuan 1142 familje serbe e malazeze&#8221;. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme u vendos\u00ebn 294 familje n\u00eb k\u00ebto fshatra: Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme 7, Sodovin\u00eb e \u00c7erkez\u00ebve 62, G\u00ebrmov\u00eb 50, Goshic\u00eb 40, Mirasal\u00eb 16, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fshatin krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ri kolonist, Tankosiq, i pag\u00ebzuar me emrin e organizatorit dhe instruktorit t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb \u00e7etave komite, Voja Tankosiqit, u vendos\u00ebn 119 familje koloniste, t\u00eb cilave pushteti ua nd\u00ebrtoi sht\u00ebpit\u00eb sipas planit t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb e t\u00eb veshura me llamarin\u00eb. K\u00ebtyre kolonist\u00ebve &#8220;&#8230;kryesisht iu nda toka q\u00eb iu muar me t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb fshatar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme dhe t\u00eb Ramjanit&#8221;. Ky veprim i pushtetit shkaktoi shum\u00eb ngat\u00ebrresa e mosmarr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrmjet vend\u00ebsve autokton\u00eb dhe kolonist\u00ebve, i cili u p\u00ebrdor edhe si mjet presioni ndaj popullat\u00ebs shqiptare p\u00ebr tu shp\u00ebrngulur nga trojet e veta etnike.<br \/>\nKur mbreti e vizitoi Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1927. N\u00eb at\u00eb takim, patrioti, Hamdi Kurteshi, i nxitur nga interesimi i mbretit p\u00ebr gjendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve, e hap nj\u00eb dialog t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, duke iu ankuar se me masat e reform\u00ebs agrare ishte rrezikuar ekzistenca e fshatar\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare dhe ishte shtuar pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia e tyre. Mbreti, i revoltuar nga ato fjal\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebgjoi nga Hamdi Kurteshi dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, ishte zem\u00ebruar keq dhe, pa e pir\u00eb kafen\u00eb, u ishte drejtuar t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebvet me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese: &#8220;N\u00ebse nuk jeni t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me k\u00ebt\u00eb regjim, ja ku e keni Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Turqin\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb shkoni kur t\u00eb doni!&#8221;. Pas k\u00ebtyre fjal\u00ebve, biseda ishte nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb si e pad\u00ebshirueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa te p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje shum\u00eb t\u00eb keqe.<br \/>\nAnkesat nuk u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa fshatar\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme, duke mos pasur \u00e7&#8217;t\u00eb b\u00ebnin tjet\u00ebr, vazhduan t\u00eb ankohen. K\u00ebshtu, m\u00eb 18.II.1931, pallatit mbret\u00ebror iu d\u00ebrgua ankesa kolektive e n\u00ebnshkruar nga 11 veta, duke angazhuar edhe avokatin gjilanas Vlladan Gl.Popoviqin p\u00ebr t&#8217;i mbrojtur interesat e tyre. Por, as kjo ankes\u00eb nuk ndihmoi. Pushteti duke i refuzuar ankesat e tyre t\u00eb gjitha i arsyetonte me pretekst t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb &#8220;interesave t\u00eb larta komb\u00ebtare e shtet\u00ebrore&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, m\u00eb s\u00eb keqi e p\u00ebsuan fshatar\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Poshtme n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre p\u00ebr t&#8217;i shp\u00ebtuar gjasht\u00eb hektar\u00eb mera t\u00eb katundit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb arbitrare ua uzurpuan &#8220;kolonist\u00ebt e Tankosiqit Mirko dhe Simo Miliniqi&#8221;. At\u00eb dit\u00eb kur e kishin kufizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb pron\u00eb si t\u00eb veten, kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb aheng me pije e me t\u00eb sht\u00ebna arm\u00ebsh n\u00eb aj\u00ebr. Me at\u00eb rast ishte vrar\u00eb n\u00eb vend Mehmet Demelezi, nd\u00ebrkaq ishin plagosur: Ramiz Frangu, Metush Frangu dhe Tush Frangu, si dhe e mitura Xhevrije Syl\u00eb Demelezi. Konflikti i Ballkanit q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XVII-t\u00eb krijoi konflikte t\u00eb reja me pasoja politike t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Ky konflikt i 1690-s do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej gjat\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga Kisha Serbe Ortodokse p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb mit tragjik p\u00ebr kosov\u00ebn. &#8220;T\u00eb gjith\u00eb serb\u00ebt kudo \u2018u promovua n\u00eb 1844 nga programi i quajtur &#8220;Na\u00e7ertania&#8221;. Ky program drejtohej nga lidershipi fetar, politik, dhe shtet\u00ebror serb gjat\u00eb shekujve XIX e XX. Duke p\u00ebrdorur logjiken e &#8220;Na\u00e7ertanijes&#8221; politika serbe q\u00eb pasonte Kongresin e Berlinit te 1878-es krijoi nj\u00eb program t\u00eb ri t\u00eb quajtur &#8220;Pushtimi i Bregdetit&#8217;n\u00eb 1881. Ky program gjithashtu ishte i bazuar n\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrime t\u00eb gjenocidit dhe rezultoi n\u00eb vrasje masive t\u00eb individ\u00ebve jo-sllave n\u00eb rastin e vdekjes s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb serbi (pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse i vrar\u00eb nga nj\u00eb person jo-sllav apo serb), Kishte nj\u00eb perceptim mes popullsis\u00eb serbe q\u00eb nj\u00eb vdekje e vetme sllave mund t\u00eb shlyhej vet\u00ebm me vdekjen e 400 vdekjeve jo-sllave.<br \/>\nBazuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb Na\u00e7ertania, me 2 shkurt 1864 qeveria serbe miratoi nj\u00eb &#8220;Ligj mbi kolonizimin e emigrant\u00ebve&#8221; Ne 1879 n\u00ebn autoritetin e k\u00ebtij ligji regjimi serb filloi serbizimin e plot\u00eb e zonave t\u00eb braktisura t\u00eb Sanxhakut, Nishit dhe Pirotit. Bazuar n\u00eb dokumentat e arkivave, vler\u00ebsohet q\u00eb rreth 21,000 civile u vran\u00eb apo dep\u00ebrtuan nga territoret e veta n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nga Vilajeti i Kosov\u00ebs, por gjithashtu n\u00eb 1877\/78, rreth 350,000 civil\u00eb u zhvendos\u00ebn nga rajoni i Nishit, Kosova deri n\u00eb Manastir. K\u00ebto territore u kolonizuan m\u00eb von\u00eb nga serb\u00eb dhe malazez\u00eb. N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto ngjarje arkivat e dokumenteve serbe deklarojn\u00eb: &#8220;Me d\u00ebbimin e shqiptar\u00ebve disa prej fshatrave n\u00eb k\u00ebto rajone u shkretuan komplet, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kishte fshatra emrat e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk diheshin pasi nuk kishte asnjeri aty q\u00eb t&#8217;i thoshte emrat dhe tani k\u00ebto zona kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb popullohen me popullsi kolonizuese&#8221;. Nga 1880 ky proces rikolonizimi u vazhdua nepermjet &#8220;Ligji i Kolonizimit te Zonave te Reja&#8221; duke filluar nga 1880. Sipas materialit arkivor ky lloj kolonizimi u p\u00ebrfundua n\u00eb 1899.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimi i shekullit XX, specifikisht 1912, solli nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb re serbe, e quajtur &#8220;Direktiv\u00eb p\u00ebr mardh\u00ebniet me shqiptar\u00ebt. Kjo direktiv\u00eb lexonte &#8220;Ne duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesim konfliktin mes turqve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve me t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat. Konflikti duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb sa m\u00eb i ashp\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyre turqit dhe shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohen. Nga njera an\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb shohin nga ne serb\u00ebt sepse ne i ndihmojm\u00eb ata si miq, nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr ne duhet t\u00eb ruajm\u00eb me kujdes miq\u00ebsin\u00eb ton\u00eb me turqit. Pasi shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohen nga lufta konstante me pushtuesin turk, ata [shqiptar\u00ebt] do t\u00eb sulmohen nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt fqinje duke u kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb komb pa shkolla, ekonomi apo mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar. N\u00eb fillimin e 1914-es qeverit\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi miratuan ligje si: &#8220;Direktiva p\u00ebr kolonizimin e rajoneve jugore&#8221;. K\u00ebto direktiva kishin nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb Kosov\u00eb sllave duke e d\u00ebbuar popullsin\u00eb shqiptare.Dokumentat arkivore provojn\u00eb se q\u00eb nga fillimi i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb ballkanike deri n\u00eb fillimin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb bot\u00ebrore rreth 500,000 shqiptar\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb l\u00ebviznin p\u00ebr n\u00eb Anadoll. Transportimi i tyre p\u00ebr Anadoll u b\u00eb sipas dokumentave nga 395 anije europiane dhe me nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb rrjetin hekurudhor.<\/p>\n<p>Regjimi i mbretit Aleksand\u00ebr Karagjorgjevi\u00e7 n\u00eb 1919 hartoi nj\u00eb program p\u00ebr spastrimin e territoreve t\u00eb banuara nga shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb shtetin e SKS-s\u00eb. Bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb politik\u00eb, ushtria dhe policia sidomos drejt fundit t\u00eb 1921 kreu masakra duke djegur t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 182 fshatra shqiptare. Nj\u00eb politik\u00eb pan-sllaviste thjesht e titulluar &#8220;Memorandumi i 28.06.1920&#8221; krijoi nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb dosjeve mbi lider\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb destinoheshin p\u00ebr d\u00ebbim ose likuidim. Ky Memorandum gjithashtu diktonte bombardimin e qyteteve jo-kristiane dhe fshatrave, hapjen e kampeve te p\u00ebrqendrimit, nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve shtese p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar transportimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Anadoll. N\u00eb shtes\u00eb kjo politik\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte krijimin e vendeve speciale p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdhunuar gra shqiptare n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb frikesonte popullat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Intelektuali Vasa Qubrillovi\u00e7 hartoi nj\u00eb traktat t\u00eb quajtur &#8220;D\u00ebbimi i Shqiptar\u00ebve&#8221; n\u00eb 1937. Qubrillovi\u00e7i udh\u00ebzoi q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat e persekutimit, d\u00ebnimit dhe burgimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerreshin ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: Prof. i nderuar, si\u00e7 na paraqit\u00ebt edhe juve k\u00ebtu n\u00eb pika t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebra disa rrjedha t\u00eb historis\u00eb por n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb thuajse kronologjike, pra shihet se vuajtjet e popullit shqiptar\u00eb nuk kishin t\u00eb ndalur gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb. I ashtuquajturi \u201cAksion i mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve n\u00eb vitet 1955-1956\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr format m\u00eb t\u00eb vrazhda t\u00eb presionit, i cili u zbatua nga regjimi komunist jugosllav ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb pambrojtur, kryesisht n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt rurale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb atmosfer\u00ebs s\u00eb frik\u00ebs e paperspektiv\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen. Krejt kjo n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb shp\u00ebnguljes s\u00eb tyre dhe t\u00eb spastrimit etnik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e t\u00eb trojeve t\u00eb tjera shqiptare n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb. N\u00ebse ju referohemi artikujve t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs Rilindja t\u00eb vitit 1966, e cila pas Brioneve dhe r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Rankoviqit u dallua p\u00ebr demaskimin e deformimeve dhe keqtrajtimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga organet e Sigurimit Shtet\u00ebror, sepse shtypi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet d\u00ebshmive t\u00eb protagonist\u00ebve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, mbuloi at\u00eb boshll\u00ebk q\u00eb ishte krijuar nga heshtja q\u00eb ai kishte mbajtur gjat\u00eb viteve 1955-1956, kur kryhej aksioni i mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve. Kurse literature shkencore p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn q\u00eb po flasim, ajo ka qen\u00eb relativisht e pak\u00ebt. Sidoqoft\u00eb, intervistat dhe k\u00ebshillimet e shumta q\u00eb un\u00eb kam pasur me viktima dhe d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb asaj kohe, m\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, si n\u00eb aspektin profesional, ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb moral, pasi ato i dhan\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrje dhe ndjeshm\u00ebri pun\u00ebs sime p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn fatkeqe.<\/p>\n<p>Dihet mir\u00ebfilli se q\u00ebllimi i aksionit t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve Aksioni i arm\u00ebve filloi n\u00eb dimrin e vitit 1955 dhe vazhdoi deri n\u00eb pranver\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1956. Ai ishte pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e platform\u00ebs p\u00ebr dhunimin e d\u00ebbimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga trojet e tyre. Duke qen\u00eb se kjo platform\u00eb nuk ishte e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u realizuar nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr kurajot civile e ndjenja t\u00eb forta komb\u00ebtare, e donin Kosov\u00ebn dhe ishin t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb sakrifikonin dhe jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb qarqet nacionaliste serbe fabrikuan shpifjet dhe p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn dhun\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar ankth, frik\u00eb e pasiguri t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme te popullsia shqiptare e Kosov\u00ebs. Thashethemet se \u201cshqiptar\u00ebt po p\u00ebrgatiteshin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u bashkuar me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore ndaj shtetasve jugosllav\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. U deklarua zyrtarisht se Kosova ishte \u201cnj\u00eb nd\u00ebr rajonet m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb vend\u201d, ku \u201cp\u00ebrgatitej pu\u00e7i\u201d dhe prandaj \u201cduhej t\u00eb \u00e7armatosej armiku\u201d. E q\u00eb akuza t\u00eb b\u00ebhej m\u00eb e besueshme p\u00ebr opinionin publik, n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr u vun\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e atyre krahinave q\u00eb ishin shquar p\u00ebr ndjenjat e tyre patriotike e p\u00ebr q\u00ebndres\u00eb ndaj regjimit komunist serb e ndaj pushuesve t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim tjet\u00ebr i Aksionit t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve ishte nxitja e shovinizmit etnik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb Duke i paraqitur shqiptar\u00ebt si nj\u00eb popullsi e rrezikshme, nxitej te serb\u00ebt e malazez\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb urrejtja ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve dhe frika ndaj tyre. S\u00eb fundmi, por jo s\u00eb paku, shqiptar\u00ebt e keqtrajtuar apo t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb ishin d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve dhe atmosfer\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnduar e armiq\u00ebsore t\u00eb detyroheshin t\u00eb largoheshin nga Kosova. Pik\u00ebrisht ky ishte q\u00ebllimi final i Aksionit t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve. Organizator\u00ebt e metodat e p\u00ebrdorura gjat\u00eb Aksionit t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve Aksioni i mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nxitur, organizuar e zbatuar nga ana e Sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Sigurimit Shtet\u00ebror n\u00eb Krahin\u00eb me dijenin\u00eb dhe p\u00eblqimin e organeve republikane federative t\u00eb sigurimit shtet\u00ebror, por deri n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb shkalle edhe t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb larta politike, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb informim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm e t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Fillimisht u organizuan mbledhje me shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzimin e arm\u00ebve, q\u00eb u shoq\u00ebruan menj\u00ebher\u00eb me kontrollet e bastisjet n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi. N\u00eb stacionet e policis\u00eb u thirr\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb arm\u00ebt. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar jan\u00eb keqtrajtuar, disa m\u00eb shum\u00eb e disa m\u00eb pak. Ky ishte momenti paralajm\u00ebrues p\u00ebr t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptonin se nuk mund t\u00eb fshihnin arm\u00ebt. M\u00eb pas filloi aksioni masiv, ku u k\u00ebrkua domosdoshm\u00ebrisht nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb meshkujt e zon\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonin arm\u00ebn q\u00eb mbante gjithsecili.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: Prof. i nderuar shum\u00eb bukur na paraqit\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb k\u00ebij aksioni famkeq, po konkretisht n\u00eb vendbanimin tuaj ka qen\u00eb prezent\u00eb dhe si u manifestua?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nexhmedin Bardhi<\/strong>: Po patjet\u00ebr, edhe ne nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim po flasim p\u00ebr Sllatin\u00ebn e Ep\u00ebrme kuptohet q\u00eb, aksioni vazhdoi rrug\u00ebtimin pik\u00ebrisht ashtu si\u00e7 edhe ishta planifikuar, n\u00eb Sllatin\u00eb ky aksion udh\u00ebhiqej nga koloni Vojo Deretiq, an\u00ebtar i PKJ-s\u00eb, ku s\u00eb pari tuboi fshatar\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme, n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb fshatit. Kuptohet aty fshatar\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs u k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuan se n\u00ebse nuk i sillnin arm\u00ebt do rraheshin deri n\u00eb vdekje. Pati p\u00ebrpjekje ti bindnin autoritetet se nuk kishin arm\u00eb por pa sukses. Duke e par\u00eb gjendjen e r\u00ebnduar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i sllatinas\u00ebve u detyruan t\u00eb blenin ca arm\u00eb t\u00eb mbulonin fshatar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb dhe ti hiqnin qafe k\u00ebta gjakpir\u00ebs, por edhe pas dor\u00ebzimit ata u maltretuan sikurse edhe n\u00eb vendet e tjera, nga informatat e mia q\u00eb kam n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb maltretuarve ishin: Bejt\u00eb Abazi, Ramadan Syl\u00eb Qosa, Isuf Arif Kupeci.<\/p>\n<p>Poashtu k\u00ebtij aksioni fam\u00ebkeq nuk i shp\u00ebtuan as Fshatar\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs s\u00eb Poshtme ku n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb torturuar\u00ebve ishin: Ukshin Hoxha (Mulla), Bajram Neziri, Sejdi Taf\u00eb Frangu, Osman Sali Frangu, Ahmet Mejdi Lubishtani, Shaqir Ejup Hoxha i cili pas rrahjes e dor\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb pushk\u00eb, Nazif Hamit Hoxha dor\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb revole, Bejtullah Adem Frangu dor\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb revole. Kuptohet p\u00ebr ti bler\u00eb k\u00ebto arm\u00eb k\u00ebta u desh\u00ebn t\u00eb shesin lope, dele, lira, qylyma etj.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt u ndjen\u00eb t\u00eb dhunuar nga Aksioni i mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb memorien e tyre kolektive do t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhimbja p\u00ebr familjar\u00ebt e af\u00ebrm dhe dhimbja p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebkombasit, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndanin nj\u00eb identitet komb\u00ebtar, nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sjelluri dhe nj\u00eb dashuri t\u00eb madhe e t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsueshme p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo memorie e gjat\u00eb, e cila mbijetoi deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XXI, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb impuls p\u00ebrpjekjeve diplomatike dhe t\u00eb armatosura t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputje nga Serbia dhe p\u00ebr krijim t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb pavarur.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb theksoj se p\u00ebrmasat q\u00eb pati Aksioni i mbledhjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si dhe d\u00ebmet q\u00eb solli ai ndaj popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, nuk mund t\u00eb krahasohen me asnj\u00eb rajon dhe me asnj\u00eb popullsi tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb ish \u2013 Federat\u00ebn Jugosllave. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ekspedit\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimore u keqtrajtuan mbi 30.000 shqiptar\u00eb, vdiq\u00ebn nga rrahjet dhe torturat 103 prej tyre dhe u gjymtuan p\u00ebr jet\u00eb rreth 10.000 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aksion ishte g\u00ebrshetuar dhuna etnike me dhun\u00ebn komuniste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: Kur cek\u00ebt arsimimin, t\u00eb themi se pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu kemi edhe shkollat Shqipe si ajo n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll t\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme e Pozheran?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nexhmedin Bardhi<\/strong>: Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb shkolla shqipe e Stubll\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb pes\u00ebshekullore. Edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur persekutimi i arsimit shqip nga autoritetet osmane ishte i ngritur n\u00eb sistem, n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll, q\u00eb shfaqet m\u00eb 1555 dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb defter osmano-turk, m\u00eb 1584 fillon tradita e arsimit shqip, i pari dhe i vetmi rast at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kur edhe kishte funksionuar shkolla e par\u00eb. Kjo shkoll\u00eb, ishte n\u00eb form\u00eb kolegji, i rangut t\u00eb nj\u00eb istituti t\u00eb lart\u00eb \u00e7`far\u00eb ishin zakonisht kolegjet fetare t\u00eb asaj kohe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, e ku, perveq teologjis\u00eb, m\u00ebsohej filozofia dhe studioheshin klasik\u00ebt, kjo tradit\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, e filluar pra q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1584 (shek. 16), do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcohet dhe t\u00eb pasurohet ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, Kur n\u00eb disa qendra t\u00eb njohura t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si n\u00eb Prizren, Pej\u00eb, Gjakov\u00eb, Zym, Janjev\u00eb dhe Stub\u00ebll, pran\u00eb Kishave Katolike, do t\u00eb hapen dhe rihapen Shkolla shqipe duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb vatra t\u00eb nj\u00ebmend\u00ebta jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb arsimit dhe t\u00eb edukimit, por edhe t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Duke u bazuar n\u00eb hulumtime dhe dokumente t\u00eb zbuluarar del se nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Dom Mikelit m\u00ebsonin jo vet\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, por edhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e tjera: matematik\u00ebn, historin\u00eb, besimin katolik dhe muzik\u00ebn, gjithashtu n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Kuptohet vetvetiu se l\u00ebnda e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe ndahej n\u00eb k\u00ebndim-lexim dhe bukurshkrim. Andaj n\u00eb shenj\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimi t\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb nga viti 1990 mbahen takimet e Dom Mikelit, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tradicionale dhe me koh\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb karakteristikat e nj\u00eb manifestimi kulturor\u00eb gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj shkolla tjet\u00ebr shqipe ishte n\u00eb Pozheran e hapur n\u00eb vitin 1909, me nism\u00ebn e patriotit Islam Pira. M\u00ebsuesi i par\u00eb ishte prij\u00ebsi fetar mulla Syla i T\u00ebrpez\u00ebs, m\u00eb pas vie nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues q\u00eb kishte kryer shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb Janin\u00eb aso kohe dhe i cili punon me Alfabetin e Manastirit pra kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shkolla e par\u00eb e cila punon me k\u00ebt\u00eb alfabet t\u00eb pranuar nga paria dhe patriot shqiptar. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb k\u00ebto jan\u00eb ato celulat e para t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Shqipe jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Morav\u00eb t\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme por n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nazif La\u00e7i: Prof i nderuar a mund t\u00eb na thuani di\u00e7ka rreth filleve t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb dy Sllatinat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nexhmedin Bardhi<\/strong>: D\u00ebshira e banorve t\u00eb fashatit p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb fshat\u00eb relizohet m\u00eb 1920 kur p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb hapet shkolla 4 klas\u00ebshe me70 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbo-kroate n\u00eb vendin e ashtuquajtur tek ,,Xhamia \u201cpra n\u00eb mes t\u00eb fshatit, ku iu ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb mundesia e shkollimit vet\u00ebm bij\u00ebve t\u00eb pasanik\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe pushtetmbajt\u00ebsve, kurse katundar\u00ebve dhe puntor\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr nuk kishin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe nuk ju mund\u00ebsohej shkollimi .<\/p>\n<p>Pran\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle, p\u00ebrveq nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb fshatit Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme , Sllatin\u00eb e Poshtme, kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar edhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e fshatit Trestenik, Ramjan, Sodovin,Qerkezve. Kjo shkoll\u00eb pun\u00ebn m\u00ebsimore e filloi me 70 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. Sipas sh\u00ebnimeve q\u00eb disponon shkolla m\u00ebsues t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle kan\u00eb qen\u00eb Momqilloviq Vojisllav dhe Fsellad Ferenko, ky i fundit ka qen\u00eb me prejardhje ruse.<br \/>\nNx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle kan\u00eb qen\u00eb: Sejdi Frangu, Nazif Ymeri, Ukshin Hoxha, Vehbi Imeri, Zymer Ymeri (mulla Zymeri), Sima Deretiqi, Voja Nikoliqi e m\u00eb von\u00eb Beqir Ymeri, Selman Azemi, Aziz Ymeri, Sahit Rexhepi nga fshati Ramjan etj. Shkollimi ka zgjatur 4 vite, respektivisht 5 vite p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, sepse viti i par\u00eb ka qen\u00eb pa nota dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm gjuha serbe, e q\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrit e quanin, viti p\u00ebrgaditor\u201d (pripravni). Edhe pse shkollimi ka qen\u00eb i detyruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, k\u00ebt\u00eb obligim nuk e rrespektonin shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr, ku leht\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrinin t\u00eb lironin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyra nga regjistri dhe t\u00eb me nj\u00eb peshqesh si nj\u00eb dele, shpez\u00eb etj. Iniciator kryesor p\u00ebr hapjen e shkoll\u00ebs kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturit ,,Zotrinj\u00ebt e Sllatin\u00ebs .\u201c Gjat\u00eb vitit 1969 (gusht) gjer m\u00eb 1941 (shtator) shkolla pushon s\u00eb punuari p\u00ebr shkak\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe ndikimit t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla p\u00ebrseri e filloi pun\u00ebn n\u00eb mbarim t\u00eb shtatorit t\u00eb vitit 1941 por k\u00ebsaj radhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, gjuh\u00ebn amtare, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebs ,,Shqip\u00ebri e madhe me m\u00ebsuesin e par\u00eb Muhabi Nuhiu nga fshati Sllatin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme i cili m\u00eb von\u00eb pushkatohet n\u00eb vitin 1945 n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nga regjimi i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb komunizmit. Puna me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs fillon n\u00eb t\u00eb njejtin lokal dhe se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb tani n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe regjistrohen 37 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshiheshin dy Sllatinat dhe fshati Qerkez Sodovin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr nx\u00ebnsit e par\u00eb-gjenerata e par\u00eb me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, disa nga k\u00ebta nx\u00ebnes jan\u00eb: Hamza Azemi,Hilmi Azemi, Aziz Jakupi, Haki Qosa, Nexhip Bejta, Rexhep Ismajli, Ahmet Hasani, Shukri Hoxha, Bajram Shefkiu, Sadik Nuhiu etj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, pas kryerjes s\u00eb klas\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, shkolla p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mbyllet, pasi q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm Muhabi Nuhiu u arratis\u00eb m\u00eb 1942\/43 p\u00ebr shkak se ndiqej nga pushteti i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm serbo-sllav\u00eb pasi q\u00eb ky llogaritej komunist.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb 1942\/42 kemi edhe t\u00ebrheqjen e pushtetit bullgar\u00eb nga territori i Vitis\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs fillore t\u00eb Sllatin\u00ebs edhe ata t\u00eb Pozheranit morr\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb solemnitetin, mitingun me rastin e t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb Bullgar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1945\/46, q\u00eb dmth pas d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb okupatorit gjerman p\u00ebrseri hapet shkolla n\u00eb t\u00eb njejtin vend dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb me r\u00ebndesi se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb nx\u00ebnesit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin kryer klas\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb gjat\u00eb okupacionit (1942\/43) tani regjistrohen n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1945\/46 doli gjenerata e par\u00eb e nx\u00ebnesve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kryejn\u00eb shkoll\u00eb fillore kat\u00ebrklas\u00ebshe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1958 p\u00ebrs\u00ebri hapet klasa e pest\u00eb me 2 paralele me nga 36 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs,nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 1960\/61 edhe klasa e gjasht\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb del edhe gjenerata e par\u00eb nga kjo shkoll\u00eb: arsimtar\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb :Ali Lubishtani; Shukri Hoxha; Qahil Imeri dhe Radoje Vasoviq. Pra siq shihet gjenerata e par\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kryejn klas\u00ebn e VIII del n\u00eb mbarim t\u00eb vitit shkollor 1963.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi historike se n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1962\/63 me iniciativ\u00ebn e Ali Lubishtanit i cili nj\u00ebherit ishte edhe drejtor i shkoll\u00ebs Shkolla pag\u00ebzohet me emrin \u201cMigjeni\u201d pasi q\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb shkolla nuk kishte em\u00ebr. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr shkolla e mban vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, pasi q\u00eb emri \u201cMigjeni\u201d nuk ishte p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sekretariatin e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb mbrendshme. K\u00ebshtu me nd\u00ebrhyrjen e Komitetit t\u00eb LK. t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Vitis\u00eb, kolektivi i shkoll\u00ebs detyrohet q\u00eb ta t\u00ebrheq vendimin e vet, dhe tani shkolla p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr mbet\u00ebt pa em\u00ebr, e m\u00eb von pag\u00ebzohet me emrin \u201cLiria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo shkoll\u00eb m\u00eb 1961\/62 ka patur 12 paralele n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe 2 paralele n\u00eb at\u00eb serbokroate, ku vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn am\u00eb ka patur 225 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, e nga k\u00ebta 165 femra, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb paralelet e ndara kemi 163 femra dhe 230 meshkuj n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe 42 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gj.serbokorate n\u00eb Qerkez-Sodovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb vitet e m\u00ebvonshme vazhdoi rritja dhe zhvillimi i shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr sfidave .
