Dhe q\u00eb nuk do lejoj\u00eb asnj\u00eb politikan shqiptar, n\u00eb qeverisje apo n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, t\u00eb orientoj\u00eb aventura t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme n\u00eb aventura t\u00eb tjera(!) p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb veta personale\u201d!<br \/>\nPandeli Majko nuk e ka frik\u00ebn p\u00ebrsa deklaron m\u00eb lart. Frika e tij m\u00eb e madhe q\u00ebndron tjet\u00ebr kund.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, vota e emigrant\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e frikshme (jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Pandin!), p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tjera.<br \/>\nDiaspora shqiptare, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e politizuar dhe ka formim e kultur\u00eb per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>Vota e emigrant\u00ebve (ku b\u00ebj pjes\u00eb edhe un\u00eb) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb preferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebrin apo p\u00ebr krahun tjet\u00ebr politik, por \u00ebsht\u00eb vot\u00eb KUND\u00cbR politik\u00ebs aktuale shqiptare. Kjo vot\u00eb, n\u00ebse do mund\u00ebsohej, do zhdukte nga skena politike komplet klas\u00ebn aktuale politike. At\u00eb klase, e cila nuk ka sjell\u00eb asnj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb pozitive n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe q\u00eb po f\u00eblliq tash 27 vite imazhin e vendit ton\u00eb edhe n\u00eb sken\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebrndryshe, nuk ka si shpjegohet fakti q\u00eb edhe vettingun e propozuan nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt (\u2026..). Uroj edhe ta zbatojn\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do votonte diaspora, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo do i asbtenonte k\u00ebta votime. Dhe kur abstenohet gjysma e votave, sjell q\u00eb gjysma tjet\u00ebr e votave t\u00eb humbas\u00eb vler\u00ebn e saj. Ose edhe t\u00eb delegjitimohet.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, q\u00eb diaspora nuk do lejohet t\u00eb votoj\u00eb. Madje edhe do pengohet me makinacione t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb mos votoj\u00eb. Ashtu si edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, Pandeli Majko thekson se \u201cDeri tani, t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt politike jan\u00eb shprehur p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve\u201d.<br \/>\nDyshoj shum\u00eb n\u00eb sinqeritetin e k\u00ebsaj deklarat\u00eb. Por, edhe n\u00ebse kjo deklarat\u00eb do ishte e sinqert\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kuptohet arsyeja se p\u00ebrse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb DREJT\u00cbN e P\u00cbRFAQ\u00cbSIMIT t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs n\u00eb Parlament. T\u00eb asaj diaspore, e cila sipas Pandeli Majkos \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb \u201cgjysma e popullsis\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb si\u00e7 pohon ai me frik\u00eb (t\u00eb moderuar!) \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb gjysma m\u00eb e mir\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb, meq\u00eb gjysma m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e popullsis\u00eb jeton n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb, a \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb dhe e moralshme q\u00eb kjo gjysm\u00eb e popullsis\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb (mbase!) vet\u00ebm t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur deputet\u00ebt nga gjysma tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb e keqe e popullsis\u00eb dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi n\u00eb Parlament?!<\/p>\n<p>Nuk po pretendohet q\u00eb diaspora shqiptare t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e deputet\u00ebve n\u00eb Parlament. Larg qoft\u00eb.<br \/>\nPor, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim me 10-15% n\u00eb Parlament, kjo diaspor\u00eb e meriton pa asnj\u00eb diskutim dhe kund\u00ebrshtim. Do ndryshonin shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra n\u00ebse do realizohej kjo pjes\u00ebmarrje e diaspor\u00ebs n\u00eb Parlament. Arsyeja edhe k\u00ebtu dihet.<\/p>\n<p>Mjafton q\u00eb Pandeli Majko, duke qen\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb Minist\u00ebr i Shtetit p\u00ebr Diaspor\u00ebn, t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb n\u00eb Parlament nj\u00eb projekt-ligj, ku diaspora t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb DREJT\u00cbN e P\u00cbRFAQ\u00cbSIMIT t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Parlament. Me votat e diaspor\u00ebs natyrisht.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebn \u00e7udi edhe fakti se Qeveria Rama BIS, ka Minist\u00ebr Shteti P\u00cbR Diaspor\u00ebn dhe jo Minist\u00ebr Shteti T\u00cb Diaspor\u00ebs. N\u00eb rastin e dyt\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb post do duhej ta mbulonte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb person, i cili jeton dhe punon n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb. Por, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori tjet\u00ebr (\u2026.)<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb (mbase!) arsyeja q\u00eb kan\u00eb zgjedhur nj\u00eb \u201cqengj\u201d n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit p\u00ebr Diasporen. P\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb (PA)mundur\u00ebn q\u00eb diaspora t\u00eb mos votoj\u00eb. L\u00ebre pastaj q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e saj n\u00eb Parlament!<\/p>\n<p>Jam shum\u00eb i sigurte se ai do ket\u00eb shum\u00eb sukses n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<br \/>\nNuk i duhet besuar kurr\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesjes ndaj popullit \u201csovran\u201d t\u00eb asnj\u00eb politikani.
