Me ane te ketyre padive pafund, te bere nga Saliu ne emer te te birit te tij \u00e7yryk, kane per qellim qe, une te vihem nen presion, mundesisht te heq dore nga rruga dhe misioni im, te denohem penalisht, duke u shpallur fajtor, gje qe do serviret neser ne gjykate per te goditur integritetin tim dhe besueshmerine e deshmise sime, te krijojne probleme punesimi tek une, dhe ne fund, te me godasin ekonomikisht, duke me sekuestruar te ardhurat nga rroga ime.<\/p>\n

Ky eshte hesapi i Saliut dhe i shkon mjaft per shtat, shpirtit dhe fytyres se tij, por kete hesap, ai e ka bere pa hanxhine.
\nSaliu e ka pasur zakon e ves goditjen e se vertetes, dhe ne keto 27 vite, ai eshte kampioni i luftes kunder se vertetes.

Padite e tyre mbi te gjitha cenojne lirine time te shprehjes, e cila eshte nje e drejte themelore e cdo njeriu, qe jeton ne nje shoqeri demokratike.
\nSipas vete GJEDNJ, liria e shprehjes perben nje nga bazat themelore te shoqerise demokratike, nje nder kushtet baze per progresin e saj dhe te veterealizimit te individit.
\nGJEDNJ ka arsyetuar qarte se, procedimi penal, lidhur me lirine e shprehjes eshte i papranueshem dhe perben nderhyrje ne lirine e individit per t\u2019u shprehur.<\/p>\n

GJEDNJ ka aprovuar nje mbrojtje te qarte dhe te forte ndaj lirise se shprehjes, dhe ne vecanti ndaj lirise se investigimeve dhe informacioneve qe kane te bejne me politikane dhe perfaqesues te zgjedhur.
\nIu referova persa me siper, nje pjese te marre nga arsyetimi i mbrojtjes se Saliut, perballe Aneta Rames, ku ai mori pafajesine.
\nDo t\u2019a perball \u00e7yrykun e vogel dhe gjykaten me ate arsyetim, dhe do t\u2019i vendos ata ne poziten me te veshtire te mundshme.<\/p>\n

\u00c7yryku do te perballet me detyren e veshtire, per te provuar te gjithe elementet e shpifjes, sidomos pavertetesine e thenieve te mia.
