N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb populluar nga shqiptar\u00eb autokton\u00eb, qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i vizitor\u00ebsh nga Shkodra, ku nd\u00ebr ta edhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb panair me produktet artizanale.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr lidhjen e natyrshme t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs me Shkodr\u00ebn d\u00ebshmon em\u00ebrtimi Kraja e Shkodr\u00ebs, si dhe prania e shum\u00eb fiseve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbiem\u00ebr. Ky em\u00ebrtim \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimplot\u00eb sikur em\u00ebrtimi Liqeni i Shkodr\u00ebs, Mal\u00ebsia e Shkodr\u00ebs etj. Edhe Krajl Nikolla e quajti Kraja e Shkodr\u00ebs (Skadarska Krajina), por menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas aneksimit t\u00eb saj ngaMalii Zi e pag\u00ebzoi Kraja e Malit t\u00eb Zi (Crnogorska Krajina). Kraja dhe Shkodra kan\u00eb lidhje aq t\u00eb shumta dhe t\u00eb fuqishme (gjeografike, demografike, ekonomike, historike, kulturore, farefisnore etj) saq\u00eb realisht p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi unike, t\u00eb ndar\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht. Sikur fshati Skje i Kraj\u00ebs t\u00eb kishte lidhje me rrug\u00eb automobilistike me Zogajt e Shkodr\u00ebs, disa fshatra t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb konsideroheshin pjes\u00eb e paralagjeve t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fest\u00ebn e organizuar nuk kan\u00eb munguar prodhimet vendase, si: vaji i ullirit, djathi, hudhra, l\u00ebngjet e frutave t\u00eb fermentuara dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht g\u00ebshtenja q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe emrin k\u00ebsaj feste lokale. Banor\u00ebt kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb prodhimet e veta, nd\u00ebrsa komuna n\u00eb shenj\u00eb mikpritje ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb koktej me prodhime tradicionale t\u00eb zon\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00eb shum\u00eb se fest\u00eb, kjo dit\u00eb ka si q\u00ebllim promovimin e zon\u00ebs q\u00eb po shkon drejt shpopullimit dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet mbajtjen gjall\u00eb t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. Sipas banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs shqet\u00ebsim mbetet gjendja ekonomike dhe emigrimi i popullsis\u00eb. Ali Gje\u00e7britja, m\u00ebsues n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn 8-vje\u00e7are \u201cGjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh edhe an\u00ebtar i i K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak t\u00eb Tivarit, shprehet se situata ekonomike e r\u00ebnduar nga viti n\u00eb vit ka diktuar largimin e t\u00eb rinjve nga kjo trev\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSipas regjistrimit t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb 1965 banor\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn e poshtme t\u00eb saj dhe me ato t\u00eb an\u00ebs s\u00eb sip\u00ebrme b\u00ebhen pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2000 t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb vendore t\u00eb Ostrosit. Jan\u00eb kushtet ekonomike, por n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre dhe ato politike, q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb popullata t\u00eb migroj\u00eb jasht\u00eb Krajet, n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera apo dhe SHBA\u201d, thot\u00eb Gje\u00e7britaj.<\/p>\n<p>Zona e Kraj\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 8 fshatra me nj\u00eb popullsi af\u00ebrsisht rreth 2000 banor\u00eb dhe qend\u00ebr t\u00eb zon\u00ebs ka fshatin Ostros. Banor\u00ebt autokton\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj treve jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Zona ka pasur t\u00eb zhvilluar ekonomin\u00eb familjare, por edhe kan\u00eb funksionuar uzina e p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebve medicinale, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte banor\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb largohen. Institucioni i vet\u00ebm arsimor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zone, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkolla 8-vje\u00e7are \u201cGjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d, e cila u hap me 10 mars t\u00eb vitit 1929. Sipas Ali Gje\u00e7britajt, numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdimisht n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, nd\u00ebrsa historiani Ismail Doda shprehet se tashm\u00eb ky num\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto t\u00eb diktuara nga kushtet ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Vendi i quajtur \u201cShtegu i vash\u00ebs\u201d n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, 916 m mbi nivelin e detit, ndan zon\u00ebn e an\u00ebs s\u00eb malit n\u00eb Ulqin me Kraj\u00ebn q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket Tivarit, fshatrat e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs me popullsi t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht shiptare jan\u00eb duke u shpopulluar.<\/p>\n<p>Kraja me ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e saj ka t\u00ebrhequr dhe shkrimtar\u00eb, studiues e kronist\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb shkruanin rreth saj. Kol\u00eb Shtjefni n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cShkodra n\u00eb sh\u00ebnimet e mia\u201d shkruan se \u201cN\u00eb m\u00ebngjesin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtun\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb bukuri e rrall\u00eb pamja e liqenit e mbushur me lundra, take e sule, mjete karakteristike lundrimi n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00eb mbushura me katundar\u00eb e katundare, me ata petka shum\u00ebngjyr\u00ebshe i jepnin liqenit nj\u00eb bukuri piktoreske t\u00eb rrall\u00eb. Aq bukuri kishte edhe muzgu i s\u00eb mart\u00ebs n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje, kur vinin nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e fshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs e t\u00eb Shestanit, q\u00eb donin t\u00eb gdhinin n\u00eb pazar. Ata flinin n\u00eb hane t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gdhir\u00eb sa m\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb pazar dit\u00ebn e m\u00ebrkur\u00eb. M\u00eb i shquari ishte Hani i Kajush\u00ebve, n\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u2019ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Buen\u00ebs\u2026 Kranjan\u00ebt kishin sokakun e tyre ku rreshtonin mallrat e tyre p\u00ebr shitje\u201d. Sokaku i kranjan\u00ebve ishte nj\u00eb nga rrug\u00ebt e Pazarit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Kranjan\u00ebt shitnin bulmet, sidomos djath\u00eb, hudhra, qershia, g\u00ebshtenja, lesh e l\u00ebkur\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsie t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 15 mars 1923, Luigj Gurakuqi dhe Ndre Mjeda k\u00ebrkuan nga Parlamenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, dhe uljen e taks\u00ebs doganore p\u00ebr fshatar\u00ebt q\u00eb sillnin prodhime n\u00eb tregun e Shkodr\u00ebs nga Kraja e Ana e Malit. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi t\u00eb shitblerjes, u krijua dhe shpoti qoft\u00eb n\u00eb llogari t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb llogari t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs.
