K\u00ebtu do t`ju ofrojm\u00eb disa k\u00ebshilla lidhur me t\u00eb ushqyerit dhe ndikimin e tij n\u00eb parandalimin e akneve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht trajtimin e tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb e ve\u00e7mas adoleshent\u00ebt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>AJSHE LEKA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acne vulgaris (zakonisht e njohur si pu\u00e7rra fytyre) jan\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje inflamatore q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin gj\u00ebndra dhjamore n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, gjoks dhe mbrapa n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrme. Megjith\u00ebse pu\u00e7rrat mund t\u00eb prekin ndonj\u00eb person, adoleshent\u00ebt kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga gjendja e akneve. Disa studime tregojn\u00eb se deri n\u00eb 90 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb meshkujve dhe 80 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb femrave adoleshente n\u00eb vendet per\u00ebndimore, jan\u00eb t\u00eb prekur nga pu\u00e7rra t\u00eb fytyr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Esht\u00eb m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb dini se si shprehit\u00eb dietike mund t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb parandalimin e paraqitjes s\u00eb akneve. Ne po ju japim shtat\u00eb k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb pa akne:<\/p>\n<p>1. Acidet yndyrore Omega-3, kan\u00eb efekte anti-inflamatore. Duhet aplikuar nj\u00eb diet\u00eb me vler\u00eb t\u00eb ult\u00eb glikemike me sasi t\u00eb mjaftueshme t\u00eb proteinave. Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr pse duhet t\u00eb hiqni dor\u00eb nga sheqernat, \u00ebsht\u00eb sepse ai shkakton shp\u00ebrthim aknesh, meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pro-inflamator. Burimet ushqimore t\u00eb vitamin\u00ebs A p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb m\u00ebl\u00e7in\u00eb dhe peshkun yndyror, nd\u00ebrsa perimet me gjethe t\u00eb err\u00ebta (t\u00eb tilla si brokoli) dhe zarzavate si karota dhe portokalli jan\u00eb t\u00eb pasura me beta-karoten, nj\u00eb pararend\u00ebs i vitamin\u00ebs A.<\/p>\n<p>4. Duhet t\u00eb keni kujdes p\u00ebr produktet e qum\u00ebshtit. Hulumtimet tregojn\u00eb se nj\u00eb konsum i lart\u00eb i produkteve t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsoj\u00eb aknet te disa njer\u00ebz.
