Duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb dispozitat ligjore Ligjit Nr. 05\/L -038 mbi Akademin e Shkencave duke iu referuar Nenit 3 dhe 4, ku veprimtaria e Akademis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb veprimtari e interesit t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb publik, si dhe interesi i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb publik i Akademis\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb ushtrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb saj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb artit, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin promovimin, kultivimin, nxitjen dhe zhvillimin e mendimit shkencor dhe t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb artistike. Elita-mendja e ndritur e nj\u00eb kombi apo truri i kombit \u00ebsht\u00eb i varur nga p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja dhe cilsia e Akadamis\u00eb Shkencore n\u00eb at\u00eb shtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky istitucion shkencore edhe pse p\u00ebr kaq vitet t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqej nga Akademik nga Presheva, Bujanoci dhe Medvegja mund t\u00eb konsiderojm se ishte aq pasiv\u00eb n\u00eb raport m\u00eb sensibilizimin dhe ndihmes\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e mendimit shkencor dhe t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast\u00eb n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb vet Ligjit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Akademie si dhe Statutin e saj. Konkretisht n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin Nr. 05\/L -038 me Nenin 8 me pik\u00ebn 1.10 si dhe me Statutin e saj n\u00eb Nenin 8 me pik\u00ebn 1.10.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo Akademi me akademik\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs Lindore deri m\u00eb tani asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk nd\u00ebrmorri ndonj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb mendimit shkencor tek ajo popullat apo tek klasat politike n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb e Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb. Duke pasur parasysh rrjedhat historike q\u00eb po kalon ky rajon ka nevoj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr p\u00ebr mendime, k\u00ebshillime dhe deklarime n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Akademia e Shkencave dhe t\u00eb Arteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs k\u00ebt\u00eb pasivitet t\u00eb saj dhe mos interesim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin do ta vazhdoj edhe gjat\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Dacit sidomos n\u00eb raport m\u00eb Preshev\u00ebn, Bujanocin dhe Medvegj\u00ebn. Daci k\u00ebt\u00eb pozit\u00eb e ka ushtruar koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni edhe at\u00eb gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme konkretisht gjat\u00eb viteve 1999 deri n\u00eb vitin 2002, koh\u00eb kur edhe po zhvillohej Lufta n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb dhe k\u00ebta \u201cakademik\u201d nuk i\u2019u nd\u00ebgjua z\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Si person publik si n\u00eb politik\u00eb ashtu edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn shkencore e ka t\u00eb humbur kredibilitetin p\u00ebr arsye se: n\u00eb nj\u00eb afer\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb e kishte shpallur fajtor p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale me parat\u00eb e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit, pastaj shkarkimit nga detyra e kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha d\u00ebshtimin politike me themelimin e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb. Por gjithashtu duhet pasur parasysh\u00eb se koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit akademik Dacit i p\u00eblqenin edhe fjalimet nxit\u00ebse e p\u00ebr\u00e7arse dhe me p\u00ebrmbajte anti-komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shefket Krasniqit i cili gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrurimit t\u00eb librit t\u00eb Krasniqit, kishte thurrur vargje lavdije dhe duke \u00e7muar t\u00eb \u201carritu\u00ebn shkencore\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebti \u201cHoxhe\u201d anti-shqiptar\u00eb, i cili po p\u00ebrballet me akuza p\u00ebr k\u00ebto motive. Dep\u00ebrtimi i krimbit t\u00eb selefizmit edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi jetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e kombit shqiptar, \u00ebsht\u00eb me nj\u00eb rrezik serioz. Dhe m\u00eb s\u00eb paku i duhet edhe m\u00eb tutje ky mentalitet jo etik\u00eb, jo profesional dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtime me vlerat shqiptare e civilizuese.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim riardhja e Dacit n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Akademis\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton zbehje e vet\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis dhe vler\u00ebs q\u00eb ky institucion p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb krijon m\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb legale p\u00ebr afirmimin e njerzve, kuadrove jo profesionist por t\u00eb atyre me interesa politike e klanore.
