S\u00ebmundja ndikon n\u00eb uljen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jet\u00ebs t\u00eb personit t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo s\u00ebmundje ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet e bot\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht te personat mbi 40 vje\u00e7. Pritet q\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2025, rastet t\u00eb rriten p\u00ebr 170% n\u00eb vendet n\u00eb zhvillim, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detektimit m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, industrializimit dhe ndryshimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Derisa n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn incidenca e k\u00ebsaj s\u00ebmundje ka qen\u00eb e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb Kosove, sot ajo po sh\u00ebnon rritje te vazhdueshme edhe tek ne.<\/p>\n<p>Dy jan\u00eb tipat e diabetit, t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Diabeti tip1 dhe diabeti tip 2 jan\u00eb dy s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb ndryshme si nga ana fiziopatologjike, po ashtu edhe ajo klinike. K\u00ebta persona duhet t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb shprehit\u00eb e jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin ushqim t\u00eb rregullt, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb vet\u00ebkontrollin, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre. P\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e ushqimit nuk ndryshon shum\u00eb prej ushqimit t\u00eb personave t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb.
