Dhe, shtrohet pyetja logjike: Se a ja vlen dalja n\u00eb zgjedhje, ose pse kurr\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje nuk dol\u00ebn as 50 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb atyre t\u00eb cil\u00ebt paten t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote? Kjo pyetje k\u00ebrkon analiz\u00eb dhe zberthim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb nga partite politike, organizatave jo qeveritare t\u00eb cil\u00ebt merren me analiza politike etj. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb merret nisma p\u00ebr debate se a duhet dal\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje apo edhe duhet bojkotuar ato, pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre deshtimeve t\u00eb partive shtet\u00ebformuese n\u00eb zhvillm dhe mir\u00ebqenje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme ?<\/p>\n<p>Nese shikohet interesi actual i partive politike, k\u00ebto do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr dalje n\u00eb zgjedhje. Po kurr\u00eb sa duhet nuk i realizuan premitimet e dh\u00ebna para elektoratit. Kurr\u00eb nuk krijuan kushte as rrethana t\u00eb volitshme dhe as nuk krijuan vullnet qytetar\u00eb p\u00ebr dalje masovike n\u00eb zgjedhje. Edhe pse zgjedhjet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgj\u00ebth\u00ebsi u cil\u00ebsuan si t\u00eb rregullta dhe demokratike, nuk ishte krejt ashtu. Nuk patem as opozit\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e cila do ta kontrollonte ashtu si duhet pun\u00ebn e pozit\u00ebs. Nuk po kemi reform\u00eb zgjedhore, s\u00eb nj\u00eb reform\u00eb e till\u00eb sigurisht s\u00eb bie ndesh m\u00eb interesat e grupeve t\u00eb fuqishme t\u00eb partive politike.<\/p>\n<p>Askush deri m\u00eb sot nuk mori p\u00ebrgj\u00ebgj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr gjitha d\u00ebshtimet n\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrje, n\u00eb stagnim t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik dhe n\u00eb stagnim t\u00eb proceseve demokratike. Institucionet e shtetit duhet t\u00eb drejtohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga profesionist\u00ebt. Me k\u00ebto vendime t\u00eb deri tashme t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kaste politike nuk mund t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur dhe as q\u00eb mund t\u00eb presin s\u00eb do t\u00eb respektohet e drejta qytetare. E krijuam Agjensionin Antikorrupcion por qe nuk ishte efikas nga nd\u00ebrhyrja e politik\u00ebs. Edhe shum\u00eb medie nuk i p\u00ebrmbushen standardet profesionale dhe etik\u00ebn elementare. Edhe disa televizione private u sollen m\u00eb shum\u00eb si tifozeri jasht\u00eb kritereve profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>Institucionet ishin ato t\u00eb cilat krijuan opinione t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb medie duke ndikuar k\u00ebshtu edhe n\u00eb rezultatet zgjedhore. Sistemi actual zgjedhor nuk na solli diqka t\u00eb mir\u00eb, nuk solli n\u00eb pushtet njer\u00ebzit sa duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr sfidat e sistemit shum\u00eb partiak pluralist. Pa lista t\u00eb hapura dhe pa shum\u00eb zona zgjedhore nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt ti zgjedhin njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan m\u00eb shumti besim, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do ti mbronin interesat e tyre pa dallime partiake. Pa lisita t\u00eb hapura m\u00eb duket mua nuk do t\u00eb kemi institucione shum\u00eb kredibile n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Qytetar\u00ebt duhet ta ken mund\u00ebsin q\u00eb mos tia japin besimin atyre t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk i p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebn interesat e tyre. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur listat e hapuara. Kosova sigurisht do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb e zhvilluar.<\/p>\n<p>Deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kur qytetar\u00ebt nuk e kan fuqin\u00eb e duhur vendimarrese e cila edhe u takon sipas kushtetut\u00ebs, deputetet dhe n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit partiak e shtet\u00ebror nuk do t\u00eb frik\u00ebsohen nga sovrani \u2013 popull, dhe do t\u00eb sillen dhe do t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb m\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn poltroniste. Sistemi zgjedhor do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ndryshohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij vendi. Nese nuk sigurohen kushtet optimale p\u00ebr zgjedhje korrekte dhe demokratike, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr qka na sh\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb zgjedhjet?<\/p>\n<p>Kur nuk b\u00ebh\u00ebn reformat e nevojshme p\u00ebr ti kontrolluar partit\u00eb politike, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe zgjedhjet nuk kan shum\u00eb kuptim. Sigurisht se reforma zgjedhore k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb, dije dhe mund.
