N\u00eb vend t\u00eb debatit<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb se bota universitare afron t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar kahet e reja t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie dhe perspektiva e kombit dhe e shtetit. N\u00eb Amerik\u00eb na ka r\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb shohim se si universitetet p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj organizojn\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata me profesor\u00ebt e fushave t\u00eb ndryshme me publikun e gjer\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat flitet p\u00ebr tema t\u00eb nduarnduarta politike, ekonomike, diplomatike me qytetatar\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Organizimi i k\u00ebtij aktiviteti ka marr\u00eb dimension t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe interesimi tregon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri se si sallat e universiteteve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrplot me qytetar\u00eb dhe student\u00eb, q\u00eb ligj\u00ebratat e profesor\u00ebve i p\u00ebrcjellin me v\u00ebmendje dhe k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrmes debateve shkecore ato ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e koncepteve t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr shtetin, kombin amerikan\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen dhe t\u00eb ardh\u00ebm e Amerik\u00ebs n\u00eb fillim q\u00eb sapo kemi shkelur n\u00eb shekullin e ri shkencor-teknologjik dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnive t\u00eb reja n\u00eb ndarjen nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pun\u00ebs (bineset dhe treg\u00ebtia e lir\u00eb).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs kemi par\u00eb disa organizime t\u00eb minimale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, q\u00eb me shum\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pak fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr aktualitetin n\u00eb trajtatat e shtetnd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe ata nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjenje t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb debate shkencore p\u00ebrmes bot\u00ebs inteletuale t\u00eb Universitetit “Hasan Prishtina” n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kolegjeve tona. Kujtoj se mungesa e ligj\u00ebratatve t\u00eb nivelit q\u00eb organizohen nga Universitetet n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb praktik\u00eb e mir\u00eb, kur e kur nga af\u00ebr d\u00ebgjon ligj\u00ebrimin e temave aktuale me dimension komb\u00ebtar amerikan\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se me rastin e organizimit t\u00eb ligj\u00ebratave n\u00eb sallat e universiteteve m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb shtypin e dit\u00ebs botohen lajm\u00ebrimit dhe temat bosht t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ligj\u00ebratave dhe autoriteti i profesor\u00ebve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dij\u00ebs shkencore.<\/p>\n

Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk kemi pasur kaq shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb profileve me grada t\u00eb larta shkencore dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot prej tyre nuk e kemi d\u00ebgjuar t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb vetme p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e aktualitetit n\u00eb kodet e shtetnd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrgatitja e saj p\u00ebr an\u00ebtarsim t\u00eb BE, NATO dhe n\u00eb relacionet e gj\u00ebra nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Ligj\u00ebratat e k\u00ebtij niveli me qytatar\u00ebt tan\u00eb dhe me brezin e ri t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb universitetit, do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e kurrizit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb shoq\u00ebror\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb me aspitrat\u00ebn ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar admirojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb e OKB-s\u00eb, BE-s\u00eb dhe institutcioneve relevante n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb, propozoj q\u00eb K\u00ebshilli M\u00ebsimor Shkencor n\u00eb Universitetin “Hasan Prishtina” dhe n\u00eb Kolegjet n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb t\u00eb formojn\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Organizativ dhe t\u00eb caktohen grupi i profesor\u00ebve tan\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ligj\u00ebrojn\u00eb temat aktuale me qytetar\u00ebt dhe me student\u00ebt tan\u00eb dhe kjo nism\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet tradicionale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb \u00c7ikago n\u00eb ambjent\u00ebt universitare p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj organizohen ligj\u00ebrata t\u00eb k\u00ebtij niveli, kujtoj se edhe Prishtina i ka t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr organizimin e debateve shkencore p\u00ebr temat aktuale brenda kombit shqiptar, rajonal dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushet nj\u00eb boshll\u00ebk q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrafsh na ka munguar q\u00eb nga pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Profesor\u00ebt tan\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dalin nga err\u00ebsira dhe harresa jon\u00eb kolektive dhe p\u00ebrmes ligj\u00ebratave me tem\u00eb bosht shkencore do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb rreshtimin ton\u00eb t\u00eb ri karshi trend\u00ebve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb shtetnd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
