Sikur ne shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb kishim afinitetin e bashkimit, dashuris\u00eb dhe respektin ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit siq e kemi t\u00eb zgjuar ndjenjen e urrejtjes, t\u00eb ndarjes dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes sot do t\u00eb ishim nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr popujt m\u00eb t\u00eb civilizuar t\u00eb bot\u00ebs dhe faktori kyq i t\u00eb gjitha zhvillimeve politike jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Ballkan por n\u00eb mbar\u00eb kontinentin Evropian.<\/p>\n

Lufta e fundit, e n\u00eb veqanti paslufta na i nxori n\u00eb shesh t\u00eb gjitha dob\u00ebsit\u00eb tona.
\nMb\u00ebshtetjen e fituar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb saje t\u00eb nj\u00eb lidershipi t\u00eb urt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, vizionar\u00eb dhe pragmatik siq ishte presidenti historik, Ibarhim Rugova, p\u00ebr \u00e7lrimin e vendit nga rob\u00ebria shekullore dhe pavar\u00ebsimin e shtetit ton\u00eb nga Serbia, gradualisht jemi duke e humbur me k\u00ebta mistrec\u00ebt e vegj\u00ebl, kusar\u00ebt dhe matrapaz\u00ebt politik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk marrin gj\u00eb vesh nga politika, e g\u00ebrryen shtetin duke pla\u00e7kitur \u00e7do gj\u00eb publike dhe shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

V\u00ebnja e interesit personal para interesit t\u00eb shtetit ishte prioritet i t\u00eb gjitha qeverive t\u00eb paluft\u00ebs, respektivisht i 6 legjislaturave t\u00eb deritanishme t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku t\u00eb zgjedhurit e popullit (deputet\u00ebt) n\u00eb vend t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb interesave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb instrument t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve, duke mos qajtur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb hallin e qytetar\u00ebve, fatin e paras\u00eb publike dhe as t\u00eb ardhmen e shtetit.<\/p>\n

Si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj situate, e kemi k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00ebndje tej\u00ebt d\u00ebshpruese dhe t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu pra, jo vet\u00ebm nga “\u00e7lirimtar\u00ebt” por edhe nga “institucionalist\u00ebt”, p\u00ebr afro 20 vjet rresht shteti i Kosov\u00ebs u trajtua si pla\u00e7k\u00eb lufte e jo si atdhe i politikan\u00ebve qofshin ata n\u00eb pushtet apo opozit\u00eb.
\nSindromi i ndarjes fatkeqe t\u00eb subjekteve politike fillon pas shkuarjes n\u00eb amshim t\u00eb presidentit historik Ibrahim Rugova, gjegj\u00ebsisht me LDK-n\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvendin e VI-t\u00eb zgjedhor\u00eb t\u00eb saj, ku ndodhi ndarja e dhimbshme e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik i cili edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme po l\u00ebngon nga ajo ndarje fatkeqe.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj, pat\u00ebm ndarje dhe shthurje totale t\u00eb subjekteve t\u00eb vogla politike, derisa ndodhi ndarja tjet\u00ebr e subjektit t\u00eb madh politik-PDK-s\u00eb, ku eskponent\u00ebt dhe themeltar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij subjekti politik u ndan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb re politike, e cila edhe pas shum\u00eb viteve ende ndodhet n\u00eb margjinat e saj, si nj\u00eb nga subjektet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla politike n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Fuqizimi i L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit nacionale t\u00eb qershorit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar ishte surpriza m\u00eb e k\u00ebndshme dhe shpresa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ndryshim jo aq shum\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar nga popullata por si e vetmja mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr largimin e s\u00eb keq\u00ebs s\u00eb instaluar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend tani e 19 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb.
\nE thash pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu, pasi bashkimi i LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb qeverisje me uzurpator\u00ebt e shtetit u kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund t\u00eb gjitha shpresave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje si subjekti m\u00eb i madh politik, i pasprovuar deri m\u00eb tani n\u00eb qeverisjen qendrore kishte mbetur shpresa e vetme p\u00ebr ndryshimin e kursit qeveris\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Qeverisja teknokrate n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb dhe dualizmi n\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjen e VV-s\u00eb i shkaktuan tronditjen m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb k\u00ebtij subjekti politik (organizate politike), e cila p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur, do ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb veten pas “apokalipsit” t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjeve, ndarjeve dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeve t\u00eb thella n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt politik.
\nP\u00ebrderisa dor\u00ebheqjet n\u00eb VV shihen qart\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb orkestruara, enigm\u00eb mbetet dirigjenti i tyre, gjegj\u00ebsisht shkaktari i “apokalipsit” n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Ndarja e “shapit nga sheqeri” i vetmi shp\u00ebtim p\u00ebr VV-n\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

E kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast, po e p\u00ebrseris\u00eb prap\u00eb, t\u00ebrheqja e zotit Albin Kurti nga posti i kryetarit t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb ishte akt i pamenduar mir\u00eb, konseguencat e t\u00eb cilit veprim po i vuan sot VV-ja, me \u00e7’rast Kurtit i doli gjith\u00e7ka nga kontrolli!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr edhe hapja e dyer\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb arratisurit nga partit\u00eb e tjera, \u00e7oi n\u00eb grumbullimin e llumit nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt “lumit”!
\nKur k\u00ebsaj i shtohen edhe personat me dosje t\u00eb dyshimta, t\u00eb akuzauar p\u00ebr korrupsion dhe krim t\u00eb organizuar gjersa ishin n\u00eb partit\u00eb e tjera e r\u00ebndoi akoma m\u00eb tep\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt politik.<\/p>\n

Dor\u00ebheqjet e figurave qendrore dhe kryetarit t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se jan\u00eb akte morale as nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi, por jan\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrim i koncepteve politike dhe ambicieve p\u00ebr krijim t\u00eb monopolit politik n\u00eb LVV.<\/p>\n

Si do q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, LVV-ja dhe lideri i saj Albin Kurti ndodhen para nj\u00eb sprove historike, t\u00eb pastrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate nga figurat e dyshimta, t\u00eb lidhura me korporatat e inkriminuara biznesore dhe t\u00eb korruptuarit politik apo t\u00eb mbetjes peng i oligark\u00ebve ekonomik, k\u00ebtij sindromi kancerogjen t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb shtetit dhe ekonomis\u00eb vendore.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm ndarja e “shapit nga sheqeri” mund ta shp\u00ebtoj VV-n\u00eb nga katandisja e m\u00ebtutjeshme dhe kthimin e besimit n\u00eb elektoratin e saj. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, kjo organizat\u00eb e profilit t\u00eb majt\u00eb politik p\u00ebrveq r\u00ebnj\u00ebs enorme n\u00eb elektorat rrezikon shthurjen totale t\u00eb saj.
\nPasojat e sindromit ndar\u00ebs t\u00eb sken\u00ebs politike kosovare, t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj klase politike t\u00eb korruptuar, t\u00eb shantazhuar nga Serbia dhe n\u00ebnshtruar nga bizneset e inkriminuara, do t’i i vuan popullata me varf\u00ebri dhe izolim akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr fund edhe nj\u00eb konstatim hipotetik, partit\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet dhe opozit\u00eb, rivale t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb duke e par\u00eb fuqizimin e saj nga zgjedhjet nacionale t\u00eb 11 qershorit 2017, kur ky subjetk doli fitues moral i zgjedhjeve p\u00ebrball\u00eb dy koalicioneve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb implikuara subjekte vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb minimin e saj si nga brenda ashtu edhe nga jasht!<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje u b\u00ebn\u00eb “P\u00ebrrall\u00eb me tupan”, duke vrapuar pas pushtetit n\u00eb gjys\u00ebm shtet!
\nI vetmi subjekt politik i cili u qendroi besnik parimeve dhe elektoratit t\u00eb saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, duke mbrojtur parimet dhe deklarimet publike, elemente k\u00ebto q\u00eb mund ta mbajn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt akoma unik dhe kredibil para elektoratit kosovar.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu enigm\u00eb mbet\u00ebt fakti, se si do t\u00eb funksionoi LVV-ja pas “apokalipsit”, a do t\u00eb mbet\u00ebt edhe m\u00eb tutje organizat\u00eb apo do t\u00eb profilizohet si parti politike e q\u00ebndres s\u00eb majt\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht, zgjidhjes q\u00eb do t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb drejtuesit e saj n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, “apokalipsi” LVV-s\u00eb p\u00ebrveq freskis\u00eb, do t’i sjell\u00eb edhe pastrimin nga jasht\u00ebqitjet e partive tjera, ristrukturimin dhe reformimin m\u00eb substancial seq\u00eb ka ndodhur deri m\u00eb tani tek subjektet tjera politike.<\/p>\n

Rasti i fundit i p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe dor\u00ebheqjeve n\u00eb LVV e d\u00ebshmoi kat\u00ebr\u00e7ip\u00ebrisht se kuantiteti asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e garanton cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe suksesin e nj\u00eb subjekti politik.
\nJan\u00eb parimet e sh\u00ebndosha, demokracia e brendshme dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria n\u00eb veprime q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e sigurt\u00eb t\u00eb subjekteve politike.<\/p>\n

Situata e krijuar n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike, ku p\u00ebrveq LVV-s\u00eb, era e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeve t\u00eb thella po fryen edhe n\u00eb PDK shkaku i Speciales, …p\u00ebrderisa AAK-ja nuk dihet se n\u00eb cil\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb “oqeanit” do t\u00eb lundroj pas d\u00ebshtimit n\u00eb shfuqizimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale, …kurse LDK-s\u00eb i mungon guximi dhe fuqia vepruese n\u00eb zbardhjen e vrasjeve t\u00eb veprimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj gjat\u00eb dhe pasluft\u00ebs shkaku i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb reformave t\u00eb brendshme, t\u00eb cilat edhe do t’i kthenin namin q\u00eb kishte dikur n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike kosovare!<\/p>\n

Andaj, pashmangsh\u00ebm rrjedh konstatimi logjik; do t\u00eb ishte iluzive t’u besohet tutje partive politike dhe lider\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00ebt t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb reforma brenda subjekteve q\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb, e l\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb konsensus nd\u00ebrpartiak p\u00ebr tema madhore p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
