Pa u harruar mir\u00eb, kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden zgjedhjet e radh\u00ebs nacionale sepse nuk po qet\u00ebsohet situata politike, ajo po tensionohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga problemet e grumbulluara. Disa ndajn\u00eb mendimin s\u00eb zgjedhjet nuk duhet t\u00eb kemi koh\u00eb e pa koh\u00eb, duke e ditur s\u00eb ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb kushtueshme !Bukur shum\u00eb po ndajn\u00eb mendimin s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje te reja s\u00eb kjo qeveri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje tu jap rrug\u00eb Demarkacionit, \u201cZajednic\u00ebs\u201d, formimit t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb&#8230; e sidomos pas p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb shfuqizmit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale, ku jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar shum\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnjet m\u00eb faktorin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb izoluar q\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak s\u00eb kjo klas\u00eb politike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta p\u00ebrfundon si duhet faz\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb tranzicionit. Nga pozicionet e ndryshme politike vijm\u00eb deri t\u00eb konkludimi s\u00eb demokracia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebto 18 vite. Th\u00ebn\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht kjo tregon s\u00eb m\u00eb proceset demokratike nuk kemi arritur askund. Ne politik\u00ebn postkomuniste nuk po zgjedhen metoda dhe mjete dhe as nuk po kemi mir\u00ebkuptim para sfidave q\u00eb sjell\u00eb faza e tranzicionit. Dob\u00ebsit e shumta t\u00eb sistemit dhe dob\u00ebsit e shfaqura n\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje nga k\u00ebto struktura dekadente politike kan\u00eb b\u00ebr q\u00eb kriza politike dhe kriza ekonomike dhe sociale t\u00eb thellohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Nese zgjedhjet e reja jan\u00eb t\u00eb kushtueshme, shtrohet pyetja cila \u00ebsht\u00eb alternativa. T\u00eb lejohet diktatura? Ndoshta mos t\u00eb dalim fare ne votime, apo t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb standarde p\u00ebr zgjedhje normale dhe t\u00eb ndershme.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt sigurisht s\u00eb shum\u00eb ju kan\u00eb g\u00ebzuar sistemit shum\u00eb partiak pas diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb eger komunite dhe okupimit shum\u00eb vjeqar nga serbosllav\u00ebt. Demokracin\u00eb dhe lirin\u00eb e paguam shum\u00eb shtrejt\u00eb. Dhe, pas gjith\u00eb atyre veshtir\u00ebsive dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve, ti stopojm\u00eb k\u00ebto procese pa t\u00eb cilat nuk do t\u00eb kemi prosperitet dhe zhvillim t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbarshem, \u00ebsht\u00eb e pa kuptueshme dhe shum\u00eb e pa logjikshme. Dihet s\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohemi m\u00eb zgjedhje te treta mbrenda nj\u00eb harku kohor shum\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, por megjithate zgjedhjeve ju jep kuptim sistemi pluralist shum\u00eb partiak t\u00eb cilin e kemi zgjedhur. N\u00eb shtetet normale m\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe sistem t\u00eb rregullaur, zgjedhjet e jasht\u00ebzakonshme nuk paraqesin ndonj\u00eb problem serioz t\u00eb mbahen. Kur jan\u00eb institucionet kredibile, kur qytetar\u00ebt u b\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebtyre institucioneve, kur kemi veqmas sistem t\u00eb drjet\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pa korrupuar, ndrrimi pushteteve b\u00ebh\u00ebt pa turbulenca. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht problemi madhor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk po funksionon asnj\u00eb sistem ashtu si duhet, kemi korrupcion dhe krim m\u00eb boll\u00ebk, hajni qfare t\u00eb daush, dhe kjo natyrisht s\u00eb e veshtir\u00ebson shum\u00eb situat\u00ebn. Disa thon\u00eb s\u00eb zgjedhjet e shpeshta jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshe p\u00ebr investime te jashtme, por edhe ashtu nuk po kemi investime dhe investitor t\u00eb jashtem, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pa siguris\u00eb s\u00eb mjaftueshme. Kosov\u00ebs i duhen m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb kurr\u00eb mendj\u00ebt e sh\u00ebndosha politike, i duhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb kurr\u00eb stabilitet politik\u00eb dhe stabilitet ekonomik, duhet hapur p\u00ebrspektiva t\u00eb reja, e jo t\u00eb mbyllen ato p\u00ebr fajin e k\u00ebtyre strukturave autokratike n\u00eb pushtetet e pas luft\u00ebs. Nese d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi shtet serioz, nuk duhet t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo gjendje e agonis\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdon. Nuk guxojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi rob i grupeve p\u00ebrfituese politike dhe qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb fuqishme te biznesit. Duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb strategji t\u00eb reja shum\u00eb serioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb margjinalizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duhet lejuar q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi vrojtues statik i gjith\u00eb asaj q\u00eb po ndodh\u00eb m\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe rreth Kosov\u00ebs. Po na defilojn\u00eb figura t\u00eb njejta dhe t\u00eb konsumuara politike n\u00eb Qeveri dhe n\u00eb Parlament. K\u00ebto fugura tashm\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme por jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Dihet s\u00eb zgjedhjet kushtojn\u00eb me milona euro. Do t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb m\u00eb ato para t\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt shum\u00eb qka tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Demokracia \u00e7far\u00eb ekziton n\u00eb shtetet per\u00ebndimore, te ne sigurisht s\u00eb nuk e kemi. Ndryshimet dhe thyerja e gjat\u00eb e heshtj\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb gjith\u00ebsesi, nese d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb q\u00eb shteti mos t\u00eb mbetet nocion apstrakt.
