NJ\u00cb HISTORI SUKSESI – SHEMBULL I MIR\u00cb P\u00cbR QARAMAN\u00cbT…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mirela Sula \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb grua e zgjuar dhe e zonja, e cila po korr sukses n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, me projektin e saj The Global Woman Magazine. V\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb ekonomike dhe sociale n\u00eb Puk\u00eb, nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin e humbi m\u00eb pas, megjith\u00eb interesimin e saj dhe zhvendosjen p\u00ebr kurim n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ndarjen nga bashk\u00ebshorti dhe trauma t\u00eb tjera personale e familjare, dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsish t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb forcohet, kalitet dhe t’i p\u00ebrkushtohet pun\u00ebs dhe studimit p\u00ebr psikologji. Psikologjia si shkenc\u00ebe b\u00ebri t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb sekretin e jet\u00ebs. Ajo nuk ishte m\u00eb nj\u00eb provinciale e paditur dhe e parrahur, u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb biznesmene e vet\u00ebdijshme dhe e suksesshme.<\/p>\n

Kur shkoi n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, goj\u00ebt e liga, Mirel\u00ebs i than\u00eb: \u201cMos u merr me shqiptar\u00eb!\u201d Por Mirela merret me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, me shqiptar\u00eb e t\u00eb huaj, i ndihmon ata, e p\u00ebrfiton edhe nga p\u00ebrvoja e tyre!<\/p>\n

Filloi me revista e gazeta p\u00ebr grat\u00eb, me k\u00ebshilla psikologjike dhe n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me psikolog\u00eb e organizma nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, ajo arriti t\u00eb sillte Psikoterapin\u00eb pozitive n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Aktiviteti i saj b\u00ebri q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb merrte nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb studimi p\u00ebr doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb Psikologji n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, Britani e Madhe. Atje, e ndodhur n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb reja, dhe e aft\u00eb t\u00eb psikologjis\u00eb rethanat ku jetonte, p\u00ebr t’i dh\u00ebn\u00eb vetes p\u00ebrpara e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, ajo krijoi si fillim nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb, The Migrant Woman, e cila mb\u00ebshtetej nga shoqata e saj modeste The Migrant Woman. Me kalkimin e koh\u00ebs, ajo e pa efektin pozitiv t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, interesimin e grave n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr shoqat\u00ebn e saj, e tha me vete, “pse t\u00eb kufizohem”? K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ajo themeloi shoqat\u00ebn The Global Woman, e m\u00eb pas edhe The Business Global Woman, dhe me aktivitetet e saj t\u00eb vazhdueshme, ajo tashm\u00eb ka treguar aft\u00ebsi e shkatht\u00ebsi si nj\u00eb grua – lider n\u00eb krijimin e sip\u00ebrmarrjeve t\u00eb tilla me interes shoq\u00ebror.<\/p>\n

I uroj Mirel\u00ebs suksese. Nuk besoj se ka qen\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm me dije, me zgjuarsi dhe me pun\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, arrihen shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe thyhen pengesat n\u00eb jet\u00eb! \/A\u00c7<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Global Woman Club<\/strong> progression is full of amazing stories and the more we grow the more we realise that this is what makes us special.<\/p>\n

I remember when I had just started to run some events as part of the Global Woman magazine projects but after finishing them I used to say \u201cThis is the last one, no more\u201d. Guess what, one week later my thoughts were entertaining the idea \u201clet\u2019s try once more\u201d. By the way I always loved events but the reason I was feeling reluctant to continue is because they were not very cost effective. At the end of the day I was making no money, but I was so passionate about it and the whole process. One day, while in my silence, I said to myself \u201cAll I need is an office, a space where I can accommodate 30 \u2013 40 people\u201d and then no headache.”<\/p>\n

But how? Sometimes you just need to know what you want but not necessarily to know how to get there. So I didn\u2019t ask how can I have an office when I was just a start up trying to keep going, but I asked, when?<\/p>\n

One month later I was invited to speak in China for the World\u2019s Business Forum. There was a section about Migrant Women Entrepreneurs so in this context I met perfectly the criteria to speak with their voice. We have an expression \u201cSometimes if you need to meet the neighbour you have to pass through China\u201d. This is what happened with me. It was there where I happened to meet the right person, at the right time and the right place. So when I was back in London, the office with large meeting rooms for free had become a reality, exactly as I had manifested it. That is the beginning of the story, where the Global Woman Club journey begins.<\/p>\n

Here is where it started<\/a><\/h3>\n

For more than six months, we hosted events almost every week with the desire to offer women a safe place where they can talk, meet each other, network, brainstorm and make plans for the future. But the company who were hosting me were moving to a new location with smaller meeting rooms, so a new solution needed to be found.<\/p>\n
