Kjo th\u00ebnie e \u201cbabait\u201d t\u00eb aeronautik\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore, shkenc\u00ebtarit, matematicienit e fizikantit, Leonardo Da Vin\u00e7i, e mbetur si epitaf plot pes\u00eb shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb, do m\u00eb shoq\u00ebronte dhe mua p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn. E jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb, por nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb do ta provoja k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjesi. Plot 34 vite, aq sa thinjat filluan t\u00eb \u201cngat\u00ebrroheshin\u201d e t\u00eb njesohen me ret\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj, e quaj p\u00ebr obligim e homazh p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb brezat e atyre shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb provuan ndjesin\u00eb e qiellit, apo q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen atdheut t\u00eb vet nga k\u00ebto llogore t\u00eb k\u00ebndshme nga posht\u00eb, por edhe jo aq t\u00eb rehatshme kur gjendesh atje lart.<\/p>\n<p>Eksperimentet dhe studimet \u201cqiellore\u201d t\u00eb Da. Vin\u00e7it krijuan bazat p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb iu p\u00ebrkushtuan k\u00ebsaj shkence evolutive bot\u00ebrore. Por, do t\u00eb kalonin mbi tri shekuj e gjysm\u00eb q\u00eb inxhinieri gjerman, Otto Liljental, (1848-1889) t\u2019u futej k\u00ebtyre studimeve duke provuar vet\u00eb rreth 2000 fluturime rr\u00ebshqit\u00ebse, duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb konstruktor\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm si mbi pjat\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm teorin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb planerave, por dhe teorin\u00eb e fluturimit, bazuar mbi forc\u00ebn ngrit\u00ebse t\u00eb krahut, kurb\u00ebn e p\u00ebrshkimit t\u00eb ajrit apo k\u00ebndin e atakimit, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto mbi baz\u00ebn e krahut t\u00eb zogut n\u00eb fluturim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasionanti Liljental u vra gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb fluturimi eksperimental n\u00eb vitin 1889<\/strong>.<br \/>\nPas njoftimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aksidenti, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Rajt, konstruktor\u00ebt kok\u00ebkrisur amerikan\u00eb, i vendos\u00ebn planerit t\u00eb tyre motorin me djegie t\u00eb brendshme nga 8 k.f. deri n\u00eb 25 k.f. dhe hyn\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt n\u00eb histori. N\u00eb vitin 1908, ata jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb zmadhuan koh\u00ebzgjatjen e q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, por dhe realizuan fluturimin me pasagjer\u00eb n\u00eb bord.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ishte hapi i madh i zhvillimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkence t\u00eb ajrit, e cila solli m\u00eb pas rritjen e shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, tavanin e lart\u00ebsis\u00eb, koh\u00ebzgjatjen e q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb aj\u00ebr e disa vite m\u00eb von\u00eb aviacioni u b\u00eb nj\u00eb arm\u00eb nga m\u00eb efikaset n\u00eb frontin e luft\u00ebs.<br \/>\nN\u00eb vitin 1909 francezi Liu Blerno kaloi kanalin e La Manshit (Franc\u00eb-Angli) p\u00ebr 27 minuta. (32 km.)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe hopi i shkenc\u00ebs ishte i habitsh\u00ebm. Nga fluturimi i par\u00eb i Bleroit n\u00eb 1909, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, (pra vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr 9 vite) num\u00ebroheshin mbi 60.000 avion\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr disa fluturimi ishte thjesht k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt u b\u00eb mjeti i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm udh\u00ebtimi, transporti apo lufte. Madje, ky interes i fundit i dha zhvillim t\u00eb papar\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore e m\u00eb pas.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ishte nj\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr p\u00ebr kureshtjen e lexuesit.<\/p>\n<p>E po p\u00ebr kureshtjen e lexuesit shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme t\u00eb njihen me bashkatdhetar\u00ebt e tyre, q\u00eb \u201csulmuan\u201d qiellin, k\u00ebt\u00eb dashuri t\u00eb re t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit, thuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb me \u201ceuropian\u00ebt\u201d e tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>I pari q\u00eb njeh historia \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb b\u00ebri historin\u00eb e sken\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore, Hamleti i pap\u00ebrs\u00ebritsh\u00ebm, Aleksand\u00ebr Moisiu. Si ushtar i mobilizuar nga forcat gjermane u p\u00ebrzgjodh si pilot, e si i till\u00eb u zu rob nga trupat franceze n\u00eb vitin 1914, gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. E domosdo jo p\u00ebr vlerat si pilot, por p\u00ebr ato t\u00eb emrit t\u00eb tij si artist, gjerman\u00ebt u detyruan ta k\u00ebmbenin me gjasht\u00eb gjeneral\u00eb francez\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb fillon historia e shqiptar\u00ebve me qiellin.<br \/>\nPastaj kemi p\u00ebrpjekjet e djemve shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur dhe atdheu i tyre avion\u00eb e aviacion.<br \/>\nI pari q\u00eb u p\u00ebrpoq ishte Avni Xhaxhuli, i arsimuar n\u00eb Turqi p\u00ebr pilot. Pas Kongresit t\u00eb Lushnj\u00ebs (1920), kthehet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe me dy avion\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb nga italian\u00ebt, formoi b\u00ebrtham\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb aviacionit shqiptar. Ai fluturoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nga aerodromi i Shallvares (nga hotel \u201cDajti: i sot\u00ebm e tutje buz\u00eb Lan\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas, n\u00eb vitin 1922 qeveria shqiptare bleu disa avion\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, por p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorime nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb fluturonin.<\/p>\n<p>Faik Quku, i specializuar n\u00eb akademin\u00eb e Parisit, merr detyra ushtarake n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Nolit. N\u00eb vitin 1924 ai b\u00ebri p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur aviacionin shqiptar me avion\u00eb t\u00eb mbetur nga Lufta e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore e me pilot\u00eb q\u00eb kishin fluturuar n\u00eb formacionet e ushtrive t\u00eb huaja.<\/p>\n<p>Kolonel Shemsi Tahiri pas mbarimit t\u00eb akademis\u00eb italiane t\u00eb aviacionit, n\u00eb vitin 1925, emigron n\u00eb Angli ku fluturoi n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e aviacionit luftarak. Meriton titullin, \u201cPilot i Klasit t\u00eb Par\u00eb\u201d dhe mjaft medalje e dekorata, deri tek \u201cKryqi i Art\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga pilot\u00ebt e shquar, por n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e aviacionit grek, ishte dhe Stefan Xhaja, i cili mbas mbarimit t\u00eb akademis\u00eb n\u00eb Selanik arrin t\u00eb b\u00ebhet instruktor dhe pilot i sprov\u00ebs. Kjo i kushtoi dhe jet\u00ebn pas nj\u00eb fluturimi me nj\u00eb major grek, me dat\u00ebn 30 prill 1930, ku avioni i tyre p\u00ebsoi nj\u00eb katastrof\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebshtu, kemi dhe pilotin Hysen Brovina, i cili pas mbarimit t\u00eb akademis\u00eb s\u00eb aviacionit n\u00eb Kaserta, fluturon n\u00eb Itali deri n\u00eb vitin 1943 e me kapitullimin e Italis\u00eb, kthehet n\u00eb atdhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e ushtris\u00eb \u00e7lirimtare. Pas nj\u00eb periudhe trevje\u00e7are n\u00eb seksionin e aeronautik\u00ebs, 1945-1948, eksperienca e tij nuk i u desh askujt, por u d\u00ebrgua arsimtar n\u00eb periferi t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, deri sa del n\u00eb pension n\u00eb vitin 1977. Bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs me t\u00eb ishte dhe Avdulla Muzhaku, i cili p\u00ebrfundon akademin\u00eb e Raven\u00ebs, por si nj\u00eb shqiptar kok\u00ebkrisur, italian\u00ebt nuk e lan\u00eb t\u00eb fluturonte n\u00eb ushtrin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse Ernest Jakova e Mahmut Agolli nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonin shkoll\u00ebn e aviacionit n\u00eb Itali, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga Lufta e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, Shqip\u00ebria trash\u00ebgoi nj\u00eb rrjet aerodromesh fushor\u00eb si: Shkodr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00ebs, Gjirokastr\u00ebs, Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Kuk\u00ebsit, Shijakut, Peshkopis\u00eb e vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb \u201cmodern\u201d, ai i Tiran\u00ebs. Me pist\u00eb betoni, ndri\u00e7im p\u00ebr fluturim nat\u00ebn, hangar e ofi\u00e7in\u00eb riparimesh.<\/p>\n<p>Madje, ekziston dhe nj\u00eb paradoks shqiptar. N\u00eb vitin 1924, qeveria e Nolit aprovoi ligjin e transportit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm ajror pa pstur asnj\u00eb kilomet\u00ebr transport hekurudhor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAS \u00c7LIRIMIT TE SHQIPERISE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pra, \u00e7lirimi e gjeti Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb. Me aerodrome e djem akademist\u00eb t\u00eb qiellit, por ata kishin studiuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat per\u00ebndimore, tashm\u00eb armike. Kishin studiuar privatisht e shumica e tyre vinin nga der\u00eb pasanike. Pa\u00e7ka se thuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb erdh\u00ebn vullnetarisht e u rreshtuan n\u00eb radh\u00ebt partizane, e asnj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk fluturoi n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb ushtrive armike t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare.<\/p>\n<p>Jo vet\u00ebm pas \u00e7lirimit, por as pas 24 prillit 1951, asnj\u00ebri nuk u inkuadrua n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e aviacionit ushtarak. P\u00ebrse-ja dihet.<\/p>\n<p>Aviator\u00ebt u quajt\u00ebn \u201ckrah\u00eb t\u00eb hekurt t\u00eb partis\u00eb\u201d, ndaj ata q\u00eb do sh\u00ebrbenin n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e aviacionit duhej t\u00eb kalonin n\u00eb sit\u00ebn e partis\u00eb e duhej t\u00eb tregonin devotshm\u00ebri maksimale.<br \/>\nMenj\u00ebher\u00eb pas \u00e7lirimit, sipas marr\u00ebveshjeve dy e trepal\u00ebshe u d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Jugosllavi e Bashkimin Sovjetik grupe t\u00eb t\u00ebra kuadrosh, thuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ish-partizan\u00eb. Jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pilot\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha deg\u00ebt e specialitetet q\u00eb do t\u2019i duheshin aviacionit ton\u00eb. Por p\u00ebrzgjedhja jo e duhur sipas kritereve, arsimimi jo i plot\u00eb etj. soll\u00ebn si rezultat q\u00eb nga mbi nj\u00ebqind kursant\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonin \u201csit\u00ebn\u201d e ashp\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij profesioni as nj\u00eb e kat\u00ebrta.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj do t\u2019i shtojm\u00eb dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb do na p\u00ebrndiqte p\u00ebr 50 vitet e ardhsh\u00ebm. Me mbarimin e shkollave dhe me mb\u00ebrritjen n\u00eb atdhe, fillonte gjuetia e shtrigave. Filloi plot\u00ebsimi i biografive. Nuk u mor parasysh as heroizmi n\u00eb luft\u00eb, as v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e sakrificat e panum\u00ebrta n\u00ebp\u00ebr aerodromet e kazermat jugosllave e sovjetike, as nevoja e ardhshme e organikave t\u00eb aviacionit. Sajoheshin histori si: vjen nga familje bejler\u00ebsh a tregtar\u00ebsh, ka nj\u00eb daj\u00eb jasht\u00eb shtetit, nj\u00eb xhaxha prift, a ishte martuar me grua jugosllave a m\u00eb von\u00eb ruse etj., etj. Hija e zez\u00eb e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb mbi 30 kuadro, pilot\u00eb, teknik\u00eb e specialist\u00eb u hoq\u00ebn a u \u00e7mobilizuan pa u krijuar aviacioni luftarak apo fill pas tij. Me dhjet\u00ebra kursant\u00eb d\u00ebrgoheshin jasht\u00eb e kur u krijua aviacioni, nuk u plot\u00ebsua dot organika e nj\u00eb skuadrilje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>At\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e realizuan dot jugosllav\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebruar aviacionin ton\u00eb, e realizuan vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, duke mos njohur asnj\u00eb parim, ide apo perspektiv\u00eb lidhur me t\u00eb ardhmen e k\u00ebtij aviacioni<\/em>\u201d, shkruan Mati Babe, nj\u00ebri nga kuadrot e par\u00eb t\u00eb aviacionit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb kjo luft\u00eb u ashp\u00ebrsua. Val\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave her\u00eb ngriheshin e her\u00eb uleshin, sipas koniukturave t\u00eb brendshme e t\u00eb jashtme. \u00c7do plenum a kongres dilte me parulla e slogane. Partis\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb i duheshin armiq e kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, si\u00e7 i duheshin dhe heronj t\u00eb sajuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull t\u00eb masave punonj\u00ebse. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 65 viteve u sakrifikuan me dhjet\u00ebra e dhjet\u00ebra kuadro t\u00eb aviacionit. Q\u00eb nga pilot\u00eb t\u00eb talentuar, teknik\u00eb, specialist e inxhinier\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00eb. Partia m\u00ebm\u00eb do t\u00eb \u201chante\u201d bijt\u00eb e vet m\u00eb t\u00eb sprovuar, m\u00eb trimat e m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiturit. Me mbledhje kolektivi a letra anonime, me dy d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb gjendur e gjenden me shumic\u00eb. P\u00ebr sajesa q\u00eb brezit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm i duken aq qesharake, deri n\u00eb idiotiz\u00ebm. Dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fejes\u00eb a martes\u00eb \u201cpa lejen\u201d e partis\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201clavd\u00ebrim\u201d t\u00eb mallit per\u00ebndimor, deri dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapje t\u00eb mod\u00ebs e shfaqjeve t\u00eb huaja, n\u00ebse vishje nj\u00eb pal\u00eb xhinse apo k\u00ebmish\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cjashtme\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga pilot\u00ebt e klasit t\u00eb par\u00eb, Edip Ohri e Lulo Musai, pilot\u00eb t\u00eb talentuar si Petrit Malindi, Pertef Myftari, Mati Babe e Besnik Shahi, inxhinieri Agim Bylyku, i vetmi mjek i aviacionit, i diplomuar n\u00eb Leningradin Sovjetik, Lul\u00ebzim Bilbili, apo Ko\u00e7o Kotepano, kampion i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i Jugosllavis\u00eb e i Ballkanit me avion\u00ebt pllaner pa motor. Fatkeq\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit ishte se kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb fotografi me marshallin Tito, dy jav\u00eb para prishjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes dy vendeve. Dhe humbi si pilot, i humb\u00ebn rekordet, humbi dhe vet\u00eb diku mes klas\u00ebs pun\u00ebtore. Historia u retushua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrmenda vet\u00ebm disa emra, se lista do zgjatej nj\u00eb faqe gazete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebt\u00eb fat pati dhe piloti i talentuar i viteve t\u00eb themelimit, Areteo Ekonomi. Kuadri serioz, komandanti i par\u00eb i kursit t\u00eb \u201cshkoll\u00ebs\u201d shqiptare t\u00eb Aviacionit q\u00eb n\u00eb 1957-\u00ebn (por paradoksi shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb evident, komandant pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb fluturimi, pa i th\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb motivacion) e m\u00eb pas drejtor i aeroportit t\u00eb Rinasit, por edhe k\u00ebtu nuk zgjat shum\u00eb se motivacioni ishte gati. Dy gisht let\u00ebr e nxjerrin jasht\u00eb \u201cgardhit\u201d t\u00eb aviacionit dhe ushtris\u00eb. Pse-n\u00eb nuk ia than\u00eb kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Retrospektiva e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme p\u00ebr njohuri t\u00eb lexuesit tregon se aviacioni nuk u krijua n\u00eb nj\u00eb truall bosh e se jo gjith\u00e7ka ka shkuar vaj. Historia u \u00ebsht\u00eb servirur brezave gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb e cunguar. Rreshta e fotografi t\u00eb retushuara. Por, akoma jetojn\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb atyre viteve. Disa dhe kan\u00eb shkruar kujtime e disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrime v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsie. Ndaj u takon institucioneve zyrtare t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin hapa serioz\u00eb p\u00ebr ta rishkruar historin\u00eb si\u00e7 e meriton. Edhe p\u00ebr respekt t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb atyre brezave q\u00eb u rropat\u00ebm qiellit shqiptar apo aerodromeve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<hr width=\"300\" \/>\n<p>Aviacioni yn\u00eb luftarak daton m\u00eb 24 prill 1951. Mbasi u p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn dhjet\u00ebra pilot\u00eb, teknik\u00eb e specialist\u00eb n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi e disa n\u00eb ish-Bashkimin Sovjetik, do p\u00ebrzgjidhej piloti Pe\u00e7o Polena t\u00eb ngrihej i pari n\u00eb aj\u00ebr me aeroplanin luftarak JAK-9 P, me num\u00ebr an\u00ebsor 13, i p\u00ebrgatitur nga tekniku Koli \u00c7obo. Ceremonia e rreshtimit dhe leximi i urdhrit u b\u00eb n\u00eb aerodromin e Laprak\u00ebs. Skuadrilja p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga 12 aeroplan\u00eb (t\u00eb rinj) luftarak\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb m\u00ebsimor e ku komandant i par\u00eb u caktua Baba\u00e7e Faiku, zv\/komandant Pe\u00e7o Polena dhe inxhinier Jorgji Bitri. Dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00eb pas, me\u00eb1 maj, mbi Tiran\u00eb fluturuan pes\u00eb avion\u00eb n\u00eb formacion.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga kjo dat\u00eb Forcat Ajrore Shqiptare kan\u00eb ardhur duke u forcuar e modernizuar. Grupe t\u00eb tjera studiuan n\u00eb Bashkimin Sovjetik e m\u00eb pas edhe n\u00eb Kin\u00eb. Madje, edhe n\u00eb akademit\u00eb e tyre. Edhe teknika luftarake ajrore erdhi duke u perfeksionuar, duke konkurruar ushtrit\u00eb fqinje.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, m\u00eb 15 maj 1955 u krijua regjimenti i Ku\u00e7ov\u00ebs, me avion\u00eb luftarak\u00eb MIG-15, n\u00eb shtator 1957 u krijua skuadrilja autonome e Laprak\u00ebs. Ajo kishte n\u00eb organik\u00eb avion\u00eb JAK-9 P, PO-2, si dhe helikopter\u00eb MI-1 e MI-4. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skuadrilje u fut\u00ebn n\u00eb organik\u00eb dhe 13 avion\u00eb AN-2, q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1963. Po k\u00ebtu u dislokua dhe ekuipazhi i avionit qeveritar IL-14.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb 1961-it u krijua regjimenti i Rinasit. N\u00eb organik\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij regjimenti ishin dy skuadrilje me avion\u00eb modern\u00eb MIG-19 pm dhe MIG-17 F. K\u00ebtij regjimenti iu shtua n\u00eb organik\u00eb dhe avioni bombardues IL-28.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 1962 u krijua Shkolla e Aviacionit n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Duhet theksuar se n\u00eb vitin 1957 u hap nj\u00eb kurs i p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb pilot\u00ebve, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Pas p\u00ebrgatitjes teorike fillimisht u fluturua n\u00eb aerodromin e Laprak\u00ebs e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb Shijakut. Por, pas nj\u00eb katastrofe ajrore, ky kurs u mbyll.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla e aviacionit p\u00ebr gati tri dekada e ka realizuar misionin e vet, duke p\u00ebrgatitur qindra kuadro, pilot\u00eb luftarak\u00eb, teknik\u00eb e specialist\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushave. N\u00eb shkoll\u00eb student\u00ebt fluturonin me avionin Jak-18 dhe MIG-15.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 6 dhjetor 1967 u krijua regjimenti i helikopter\u00ebve, me 36 helikopter\u00eb t\u00eb rinj MI-4 dhe nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb inaugurohej uzina e aviacionit n\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, e cila do t\u00eb realizonte riparimet e mesme e t\u00eb plota t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tipave t\u00eb avion\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb muajin shkurt 1974 u krijua dhe regjimenti i fundit, ai i Gjadrit, me aerodromin m\u00eb modern t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe avion\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb sofistikuar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, MIG-21, shpejt\u00ebsia e t\u00eb cilit arrinte 2200 km\/or\u00eb dhe tavan lart\u00ebsie 21.000 m. Ky tip ishte i armatosur me topa, raketa aj\u00ebr-tok\u00eb, aj\u00ebr-aj\u00ebr e bomba.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ishte panorama e zhvillimit t\u00eb aviacionit luftarak shqiptar nd\u00ebr vite. Me regjimentin e Gjadrit u arrit kulmi, por vet\u00ebm pas disa vitesh do fillonte dhe dob\u00ebsimi. Prishja politike me t\u00eb vetmin aleat, Kin\u00ebn, do t\u00eb sillte edhe mbylljen e rubinet\u00ebs s\u00eb furnizimit dhe p\u00ebr aviacionin. Kjo arm\u00eb moderne \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e kushtueshme dhe p\u00ebr shtetet shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme se Shqip\u00ebria. K\u00ebshtu, filloi \u201cshtr\u00ebngimi i rripit\u201d. N\u00eb fillim \u201clufta e ngroht\u00eb\u201d e pastaj e ftoht\u00eb me imperialist\u00ebt e revizionist\u00ebt, futjet dhe daljet nga Traktati i Varshav\u00ebs, prishjet me miqt\u00eb e \u201cv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit\u201d jugosllav\u00eb, sovjetik\u00eb e n\u00eb fund me kinez\u00ebt e detyruan shtetin t\u00eb gatuante buk\u00ebn me \u201cmagjen e vet\u201d.
