Se jetojm\u00eb mes pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb, shkeljes dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb fenomeneve negative dhe mosd\u00ebshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr shtet t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dhe funksional, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebse e vertet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebto elemente t\u00eb cilat i kontribuojn\u00eb mosdinjitetit, zhvillimit t\u00eb vlerave negative, si dhe p\u00ebrfundimisht pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar, p\u00ebr\u00e7uar dhe p\u00ebrcjellur harmoni tek njeri-tjet\u00ebri, ishin t\u00eb shprehura mjaft\u00eb bukur dhe korrekt tek botimi i Marjan Sebaj-Sopi &#8220;Njeriu mes liris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrtet\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga subjekte t\u00eb cilat asnj\u00ebher\u00eb e madje aspak nuk kishin shprehur gatishm\u00ebri dhe vullnet t\u00eb konsideruar p\u00ebr krijimin e shtetit q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb dinjitetit si vler\u00eb fundamentale, dashuris\u00eb ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit po ashtu edhe p\u00ebrfundimisht krijimin e nj\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie t\u00eb paan\u00ebshme fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e fjalorit politik nder &#8220;lider\u00eb&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur me atribute t\u00eb cilat m\u00ebtojn\u00eb ta vazhdim\u00ebsojn\u00eb shtetit brenda rregullave e normave ligjore, por pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e mundit t\u00eb tyre fatkeq\u00ebsisht shkon si kund\u00ebrth\u00ebnie mes asaj \u00e7ka e thon\u00eb dhe asaj \u00e7ka e b\u00ebjn\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebrgjigjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, objektive, konkrete, t\u00eb dukshme dhe mjaft\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme na e thot\u00eb realiteti.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti si pasqyr\u00eb e shprehjes s\u00eb mospun\u00ebs dhe neglizhenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, rrjedhimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr mosfunksionalitet shtet\u00ebror, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e dhunuar mjaft shum\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme.<br \/>\nMadje, \u00e7far\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe kritika objekitve dhe mjaft\u00eb e argumentuar, duke mos anashkaluar edhe ndjenj\u00ebn e krenaris\u00eb t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb po e kan\u00eb me rastin e shpallj\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia n\u00eb syrin e autorit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shpallur nga kush do, dhe shpalljen (leximin e deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsis\u00eb) nga ata, nuk duhet par\u00eb n\u00eb mundin dhe sakrific\u00ebn kolosale q\u00eb kinse e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.
