Vet\u00ebm sepse jemi n\u00eb vitin 2018 dhe nuk mund t\u00eb ndodhte ndryshe?<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk mendoj k\u00ebshtu. Une besoj se nj\u00eb transformim i fuqish\u00ebm dixhital mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb faqen e k\u00ebtyre gjasht\u00eb vendeve: Shqip\u00ebria, Serbia, Bosnja- Hercegovina, Mali i Zi dhe Maqedonia.<\/p>\n<p>Gjasht\u00eb vendet jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrethuar nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt me vende t\u00eb BE, Sllovenia, Kroacia, Bullgaria, Rumania, Hungaria, Greqia dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr e detit, Italia. Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ishull me gjithsej 18 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, nj\u00eb ishull i vog\u00ebl n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian me rreth 500 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Popullsia \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e re ne moshe se sa n\u00eb BE pavar\u00ebsisht migrimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm prej nj\u00eb \u00e7erek shekulli. T\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vendet kan\u00eb probleme serioze me respektimin e ligjit dhe korrupsionin. Rryshfeti p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet \u00ebsht\u00eb gjer\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb mentalitet i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i k\u00ebtyre vendeve dhe krimi i organizuar ka rrjete t\u00eb konsoliduara. Raporti i Forumit Ekonomik Bot\u00ebror 2016\/17 rendit Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 137 nga 138 vende p\u00ebr \u201ckapacitetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur talentet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja u rendit e 134-ta nd\u00ebrsa Shqiperia dhe Maqedonia di\u00e7ka m\u00eb mir\u00eb. Por ama, njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende jan\u00eb dhe mbeten thell\u00ebsisht evropian\u00eb n\u00eb aspiratat e tyre. \u00c7do familje \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb cfaredo sakrifice p\u00ebr t\u2019i d\u00ebrguar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb diku n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Kjo sepse Evropa e pare nga k\u00ebtej \u00ebsht\u00eb bota ideale e demokracis\u00eb, mir\u00ebqenies dhe shanseve t\u00eb barabarta.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb transformimin dixhital n\u00eb at\u00eb situat\u00eb? S\u00eb pari mund t\u2019u jap\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb rinjve pun\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb arsimuar dhe t\u00eb aft\u00eb t\u00eb absorbojn\u00eb programe afatshkurtra dixhitale ku t\u00eb shpalosin aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre, duke u dh\u00ebne keshtu perspektiva t\u00eb reja per vendeve pune direkt online. Serbia ka nj\u00eb program t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm. Vende pune k\u00ebto q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00ebn presion politik; pun\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u2019u jap\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb rinjve m\u00eb shum\u00eb liri p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar. Investime m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb qendra rajonale p\u00ebr start-up n\u00eb teknologji do t\u2019u jap\u00eb nj\u00eb kategorie tjet\u00ebr student\u00ebsh t\u00eb kualifikuar fuqin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar vende t\u00eb reja pune dhe t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb mira me m\u00eb pak investime sesa k\u00ebrkohet n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb tjera. K\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb krijohen modele t\u00eb reja pozitive n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende, ku prej 2 dekadash k\u00ebto modele mungojn\u00eb seriozisht.<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb krijoheshin edhe stimuj p\u00ebr modernizimin e ekonomis\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb investohen parat\u00eb e disponueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nd\u00ebrtesa q\u00eb mbeten gjysm\u00eb bosh pasi njer\u00ebzit vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb emigrojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb rajonit. Dixhitalizimi masiv n\u00eb arsim dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ul\u00eb kostot dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt. Teknologjia Blockchain mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebr menaxhimin e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb mbi token, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund transaksionet t\u00eb sigurta dhe transparente.<\/p>\n<p>Publikimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb qeverive do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb korrupsionin m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.
