Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebrtej folklorizmave Ballkanike, e v\u00ebrteta e hidhur \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje kaq kardinale p\u00ebr interesat komb\u00ebtare qeveria shqiptare nuk kishte nd\u00ebrmend te fliste as edhe nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr detajet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb negociatave.<\/p>\n<p>Shpesh, ishte trumbetuar nga Kryeministri Rama se me nj\u00eb \u201cshkop magjik\u201d t\u00eb gjitha problemet e trash\u00ebguara n\u00eb 70 vite s\u00eb bashku do t\u00eb \u201czeroheshin\u201d.  Madje makineria propagandistike mediatike e qeveris\u00eb ishte gati t\u00eb rishkruante historin\u00eb e njohur t\u00eb \u201cKalit t\u00eb Troj\u00ebs\u201d, ku k\u00ebsaj rradhe \u201ckalin e vdekur\u201d e pask\u00ebrkeshim kurdisur ne shqiptar\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb grek\u00ebrit flinin n\u00eb \u201cdafina\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, e gjith\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Delimitimit dhe p\u00ebrcaktimit  t\u00eb Shelfit Kontinental mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u201ckortezie\u201d e s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb mund t\u00eb zgjidhet me dy fundjava relaksuese t\u00eb qeverive respektive. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, duhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb se jan\u00eb \u201cinteresat gjeostrategjike\u201d dhe t\u00eb \u201cZon\u00ebs Ekskluzive Ekonomike\u201d q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb sesa i \u201ckripur\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb deti n\u00eb Jonin ton\u00eb dhe sa \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn greke.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo maxhoranc\u00eb ka merit\u00ebn e saj kur ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb q\u00eb denoncoi Marr\u00ebveshjen e 2009-s si t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Sikurse, edhe n\u00eb maj t\u00eb 2015 Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme reagoi me maturi dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi kur i dor\u00ebzoi ambasadorit grek n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nj\u00eb Not\u00eb Proteste n\u00eb lidhje me planet e Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksploruar rezerva nafte dhe gazi n\u00eb detin Jon, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e \u201cJoni 5\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Agjensia Komb\u00ebtare e Burimeve Natyrore kishte lidhur Marr\u00ebveshje me Ndarje Prodhimi me kompanin\u00eb \u201cCapricorn\u201d qysh n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht, \u201cthembra e Akilit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb zona Joni 5 (sipas koordinatave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb), koordinatat e t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebrputhen me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Jonit 2 (kuadrati n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Korfuzit sipas koordinatave t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb), t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Athina ja ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb me koncesion qysh n\u00eb majin e vitit 2017 konsorciumit t\u00eb kompanive \u201cTotal\u201d, \u201cElpe\u201d dhe \u201cEdisonit\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas marr\u00ebveshjes me qeverin\u00eb greke shpimin e par\u00eb n\u00eb det (off-shore) e kan\u00eb planifikuar gjat\u00eb 2018. Prandaj dhe ky nxitim nga pala greke p\u00ebr ta mbyllur sa m\u00eb shpejt marr\u00ebveshjen me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb justifikohet nga interesi i tyre, por jo nga interesi yn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi dhe ironi t\u00eb fatit dit\u00ebt e fundit kur kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje mori dhen\u00eb, qeveria shqiptare po hesht friksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr turpin e saj. Madje po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i hedh\u00eb \u201chi syve\u201d t\u00eb publikut duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u201cJoni 5\u201d (n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn shqiptare) nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me \u201cJoni 2\u201d (me pjes\u00ebn greke). K\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cmashtrim t\u00eb trash\u00eb\u201d nuk e kap\u00ebrdin as nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i klas\u00ebs s\u00eb 5-t\u00eb q\u00eb mezi ka kaluar n\u00eb gjeografi, por q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb qorr p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar nj\u00eb hart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb opinioni publik duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se interesi i Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb rizgjohet n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb 2012, kur gjigand\u00ebt e naft\u00ebs dhe gazit \u201cTotal\u201d, Statoil\u201d  dhe \u201cExxon\u201d k\u00ebrkuan t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb eksplorime n\u00eb trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshin detar midis ishujve t\u00eb Korfuzit, Kefalonis\u00eb dhe Italis\u00eb deri n\u00eb gjirin e Libis\u00eb (rreth 220, 000 km2)<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht, eksplorimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb jan\u00eb de-facto ushtrim i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb sovranitetit n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb \u201cZon\u00ebs Ekskluzive Ekonomike\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Greqia k\u00ebrkon ta zgjidh\u00eb me \u201cvalle\u201d me fqinjin e saj Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me \u201czem\u00ebr n\u00eb dor\u00eb\u201d me fqinjin tjet\u00ebr, Turqin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb mendje t\u00eb holl\u00eb apo \u201ckonspirative\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se zgjidhja e preferuar e Athin\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me Tiran\u00ebn do t\u00eb  krijonte nj\u00eb \u201ccasus belli\u201d nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb favorizuar pozitat e saj negociuese me Ankaran\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn interesi ekonomik i Greqis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rezervave t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb naft\u00ebs dhe gazit n\u00eb Egje, m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb ishullit t\u00eb Qipros.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse n\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb Zon\u00ebs Ekskluzive Ekonomike mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Greqis\u00eb dhe Italis\u00eb, sipas disa hulumtimeve t\u00eb specializuara dhe konfidenciale b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr rezerva potenciale nafte dhe gazi natyror, t\u00eb cilat me p\u00ebrllogaritjen e \u00e7mimeve aktuale n\u00eb bursat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb marramend\u00ebse tregu prej 1 triliard USD.
