Ushqimi i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, duhet t\u00eb bazohet mbi parimet e t\u00eb ushqyerit racional. T\u00eb ushqyerit racional p\u00ebrfshin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr parametra, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: sasia, lloji, vlera energjike, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja kimike, m\u00ebnyra e gatimit dhe llojet e ndryshme t\u00eb ushqimit. Me ushqimin duhet t\u00eb konsumohen t\u00eb gjitha llojet e materieve ushqimore-nutrient\u00ebt, n\u00eb sasi q\u00eb k\u00ebnaqin nevojat ditore energjike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vaktet ditore, karbohidratet marrin pjes\u00eb me 50-60 p\u00ebr qind, yndyrat me 30-35 p\u00ebr qind, nd\u00ebrsa proteinat &#8211; me 10-15 p\u00ebr qind, sa iu p\u00ebrket nevojave ditore energjike. Produktet ushqimore p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb proteina me origjin\u00eb shtazore dhe vajrat bimore duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme gjat\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vakteve t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb organizimi t\u2019i shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi.
