Fillimisht n\u00eb hapje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj tribune duke folur p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nd\u00ebr tjera foli p\u00ebr rolin dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e Flamurit Komb\u00ebtar ku si tha ai Flamuri komb\u00ebtar duhet t\u00eb na p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet dhe kudo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pranish\u00ebm pa kurrfar\u00eb hezitimi.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrkaq Mr. Sadri Rexhepi n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebnim t\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorit t\u00eb 10 t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs tha se : <\/p>\n<p>\u201cFundshekulli i XX-t\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar ishte dhe do t\u00eb ngel nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr epokat e civilizimeve bashk\u00ebkohore kur kombi shqiptar u ngrit n\u00eb ballafaqimet e diplomacis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore. Gjithsesi shembja e komunizmit, si projekt bot\u00ebror, ekonomik, politik dhe ve\u00e7mas si doktrin\u00eb ideologjike paralajm\u00ebroi shansin e madh historik edhe p\u00ebr kombin ton\u00eb. Kombi shqiptar i cili n\u00eb ato zhvillime , ndryshime kolosale t\u00eb epokave u rreshtuan kah orbita per\u00ebndimore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht kah e ardhmja e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt evropiane, me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e vendosur dhe t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb ideologjis\u00eb s\u00eb liris\u00eb, t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, pra t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb fakt e mori udh\u00ebn e faktorizimit n\u00eb rajon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej Rexhepi duke folur p\u00ebr rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kaloi Kosova deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb tha :\u201dN\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto situate shum\u00eb sfiduese, Kosova ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr ballafaqimet m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira q\u00eb kombi yn\u00eb i kishte n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb me vetveten dhe jo vet\u00ebm me sunduesit sllav si dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tyre historik dhe n\u00eb raport me Kosov\u00ebn. Duke vepruar si nj\u00eb trung komb\u00ebtar, duke mos pranuar kurr\u00eb ndarjen e padrejt\u00eb e historike duke mos r\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb kurthet e shumta me dhun\u00eb ballkanike, evropiane e bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebrgatitur nga diplomacia jugosllave, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb serbe por edhe ruse, shpirti i kombit ton\u00eb arriti t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb gjall\u00eb edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebra m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr kombin, q\u00ebndrimin e vendosur t\u00eb padiskutuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pakthyesh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>Por domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga sundimi serbosllav. Diplomacia shqiptare dhe vet\u00eb prij\u00ebsit e Kosov\u00ebs gjithnj\u00eb dhe gjithmon\u00eb, edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb luft\u00ebs heroike t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb krye me U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. N\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj e shikuan e avancuan dhe e ngrit\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasat, n\u00eb kornizat e diplomacis\u00eb moderne per\u00ebndimore. Prandaj \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Kosov\u00ebs ishte \u00e7\u00ebshtje fundamentale e paqes jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar por edhe kusht p\u00ebr paqen n\u00eb rajon, tha Rexhepi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund Rexhepi tha se \u201cNd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimi i shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb nga shkurti i vitit 2008 e deri n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2018 ka sh\u00ebnuar progres t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb fuqishme se Pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb realitet, jo vet\u00ebm i padiskutuesh\u00ebm por edhe realitet i ri nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb faktorizon paqen n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa Hydajet Hyseni duke folur p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb 10 vjetorin e saj\u00eb tha se nj\u00eb rol dhe kontribut t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ardhjen deri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb sot e kemi pra deri n\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb burgosurit politik t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha periudhave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u pajtuan me regjimin okupues dhe p\u00ebr veprimtarin e tyre atdhetare ata u burgos\u00ebn dhe u d\u00ebnuan madje edhe me shum\u00eb vite burg.
