Aty autori ka paraqitur, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb gjithanshme, rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e Ferizajt n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1941-1999.<\/p>\n<p>Librin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb autori e ka strukturuar n\u00eb pes\u00eb pjes\u00eb. Te pjesa e par\u00eb e librit, autori, Tefik Ajvazi-Mjaku, ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 29 personalitete q\u00eb kan\u00eb punuar n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e Ferizajt, qoft\u00eb ajo edhe koh\u00eb shum\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr. Aty, si\u00e7 e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re edhe Latif Nallbani, jan\u00eb personalitete t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb dyt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tret\u00eb, pa ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb breznive ; ata ishin t\u00eb g\u00ebrsh\u00ebtuar brendap\u00ebrbrenda brezave.<\/p>\n<p>Brezi i par\u00eb, sipas autorit t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ishte kryesisht nga Shqip\u00ebria, t\u00eb ardhur sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb ishin d\u00ebrguar nga ministri i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i arsimit, n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Ernest Koliqi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb brezit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ishin arsimtar\u00ebt nga Ferizaj dhe rrethina, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, si\u00e7 dihet, pas LDB, ishin p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb kurse t\u00eb ndryshme pedagogjike vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar arsimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trev\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb printe Shaban Vata, Hysen Luma, Fejzullah \u00c7erkini, Metush Maloku etj., t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 arsimtar\u00eb e arsimdash\u00ebs ishin, sipas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb autorit, edhe atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebvotsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Brezi i tret\u00eb vjen pasi ishte trasuar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit komb\u00ebtar. Ishte kjo nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb kur arsimtar\u00ebt p\u00ebrballeshin me shum\u00eb sfida:persekutime, diferencime, burgosje etj. Por ata nuk pushuan kurr\u00eb s\u00eb vepruari p\u00ebr ta zhvilluar, p\u00ebrparuar e mbrojur arsimin shqip , substanc\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare, shpirtin e kombit. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, si\u00e7 dihet fare mir\u00eb edhe nga popullata e k\u00ebsaj ane, ishte dhe vepronte tandemi:Sinan Sahiti dhe Halil Bu\u00e7inca, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt b\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i mbrojtur arsimtar\u00ebt nga p\u00ebrndjekjet e egra serbo-sllave. Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se p\u00ebrshkrimi i secilit personalitet \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar edhe me foto, gj\u00eb q\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e trajtuar dhe mbar\u00ebshtruar n\u00eb lib\u00ebr e b\u00ebn m\u00eb interesante , m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb kapshme.<\/p>\n<p>Te pjesa e pest\u00eb e librit, autori b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr themelimin, suprimimin dhe rithemelimin e Entit Pedagogjik n\u00eb Ferizaj, i cili ishte her\u00eb komunal e her\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomunal. Te kjo pjes\u00eb e librit autori shkruan edhe p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb me t\u00eb cilat ishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb Enti Pedagogjik, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht vihen n\u00eb spikam\u00eb obstruksionet e shumta serbo-sllave p\u00ebr ta zhvler\u00ebsuar dhe d\u00ebmtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb Institucion&#8230; P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto autori shkruan me shum\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim, me shum\u00eb fakte dhe me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb sa t\u00eb pasur aq edhe t\u00eb rrjedhshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ky lib\u00ebr studimor, si\u00e7 e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re edhe Halim Hyseni, nj\u00eb njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i arsimit shqip n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb almanah udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes p\u00ebr rolin q\u00eb ka arsimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kombit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Libri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet m\u00ebsuesve, institucioneve arsimore etj. pasqyron mjaft qart\u00eb aspiratat komb\u00ebtare si dhe terrorin shtet\u00ebror serbosllav t\u00eb ushtruar mbi shqiptar\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zhdukjes s\u00eb tyre dhe pushtimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm t\u00eb tokave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nga leximi q\u00eb i kam b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri( t\u00eb cilin vet\u00eb autori ma ka dhuruar me dedikim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ka e fal\u00ebnderoj nga zemra), kam kuptuar se, ashtu si\u00e7 e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe Halim Hysenu, Komuna e Ferizajt nuk do ishte k\u00ebshtu si \u00ebsht\u00eb po t\u00eb mos ishin shkollat n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, institucionet edukative dhe arsimore shqiptare dhe bart\u00ebsit &#8211; m\u00ebsuesit atdhetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt b\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos harrohej memoria kolektive e kombit ton\u00eb, gjuha jon\u00eb, t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb(fq 13). Krejt n\u00eb fund le t\u00eb themi se nj\u00eb merit\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i shkon autorit i cili, pas nj\u00eb pune dhe hulmtimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, me plot vet\u00ebmohime e sakrifica, ka arritur t&#8217;ia dhuroj\u00eb lexuesit shqiptar dhe jo vet\u00ebm atij nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr me shum\u00eb vlera. Ky lib\u00ebr vjen tek lexuesi shqiptar fal\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimit, sakrific\u00ebs, guximit dhe vet\u00ebmohimit t\u00eb autorit, Tefik Ajvazi-Mjaku, t\u00eb cilit do duhej t&#8217;i takonte nj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe nga ana e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ferizajt !
