N\u00eb muajin mars t\u00eb vitit 1998, \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur kryetare e K\u00ebshillit Komunal p\u00ebr Ndihma Emergjente n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb strehuar t\u00eb d\u00ebbuarit nga zonat e luft\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr furnizimin e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
\nN\u00eb vitin 1998-2000 ka qen\u00eb deputete e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb saj politik e humanitar \u00ebsht\u00eb burgosur nga policia serbe, n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb m\u00eb
\n1 qershor 1998 dhe ka vuajtur d\u00ebnimin n\u00eb burgun hetues t\u00eb Lipjanit deri m\u00eb 4 dhjetor 1998.
\n\u00cbsht\u00eb gruaja q\u00eb i ka d\u00ebrguar arkivolet n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb, p\u00ebr Komandantin legjendar Adem Jashari, familjar\u00ebt Jashari dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt n\u00eb Betej\u00ebn e Prekazit.<\/p>\n

Para se t\u00eb burgosej ka punuar si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebse e gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cAt Gjergj Fishta\u201d n\u00eb Bishtazhin.
\nN\u00eb vitin 2000-2001, ka punuar si z\u00ebvend\u00ebs drejtoresh\u00eb n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb p\u00ebr teknologji informative n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb Komunale n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb.
\nPrej vitit 2001 \u2013 2003 dhe 2006-2007, ka qen\u00eb Drejtoresh\u00eb e Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, Rinis\u00eb dhe Sporteve n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb.
\nN\u00eb vitin 2001- 2004 ka qen\u00eb Deputete e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
