XHABIR ZEJNUNI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me ardhjen e \u201cdemoNkracis\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, u krijuan kushte dhe m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera l\u00ebvizjeje dhe komunikimi mes personave t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Nd\u00ebr mjetet komunikuese m\u00eb komode, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe rrjetet sociale, me m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb larmishme komunikimi. Dikush flet me profile reale dhe dikush flet me profile fallso. Mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje transparence, preference, kujdesi. Por, edhe interesi. Dikush e mban profilin e saj(tij) t\u00eb hapur dhe dikush e mban profilin t\u00eb mbyllur.<\/p>\n<p>Eshte b\u00ebr\u00eb mod\u00eb po ashtu edhe krijimi i faqeve apo portaleve me q\u00ebllime publike. Ose n\u00eb dukje publike!<\/p>\n<p>Si rregull, k\u00ebto faqe kan\u00eb emra t\u00eb sajuar (e t\u00eb \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm!) dhe administrohen nga nj\u00eb person, apo nj\u00eb grup personash ANONIM\u00cb. Por, ka edhe ndonj\u00eb faqe publike, e cila administrohet nga persona real\u00eb! N\u00eb faqet publike anonime, hidhen argumente t\u00eb ndryshme, ku komentuesit japin mendimet e tyre, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrkrahen apo edhe kund\u00ebrshtohen. M\u00eb se normale. Kurse administrator\u00ebt, si rregull nuk p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb diskutime.<\/p>\n<p>Por, ka edhe p\u00ebrjashtime t\u00eb rralla, kur n\u00eb diskutime p\u00ebrfshihen edhe administrator\u00ebt (si rregull me emra fallso!). Si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi, nuk diskutohet mbi argumentet e shtruara p\u00ebr diskutim, por mbi persona t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn linj\u00eb mendimi dhe veprimi me administrator\u00ebt. Kur diskutimi nuk shkon sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb linj\u00ebs editoriale t\u00eb faqes (publike!), at\u00ebher\u00eb kalohet n\u00eb fillim n\u00eb sulme personale.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00ebse sulmet personale nuk sjellin efektin e k\u00ebrkuar dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar, at\u00ebher\u00eb kalohet n\u00eb masa m\u00eb \u201cdrastike\u201d, duke bllokuar personin \u201cproblematik\u201d. Mjafton vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb CLICK! Shum\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb. Bllokohet personi, por si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi nuk bllokohen diskutimet mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb person dhe jet\u00ebn e tij private apo profesionale. Shtrohet \u00e7\u00ebshtja n\u00ebse m\u00eb pas zgjidhen problemet e shtruara p\u00ebr diskutim. Ky lloj reagimi aspak korrekt dhe transparent, quhet abuzim publik i nj\u00eb profili fallso me privat\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb personi real.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse faqet publike q\u00eb administrohen nga personat real\u00eb, si rregull jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cmoderuara\u201d, pasi ato mjaftohen vet\u00ebm me bllokimin e personave t\u00eb \u201cpad\u00ebshiruar\u201d dhe nuk shtyhen q\u00eb t\u2019i fyejn\u00eb ata. Helbete, arsyeja dihet! Pasi t\u00eb ofendosh dik\u00ebnd pas shpine ose n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb sot. Dhe pa shpenzime! Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrball\u00eb, problemi nd\u00ebrlikohet paksa!<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, faqe t\u00eb tilla edhe pse publike (reale apo anonime), nuk do thot\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb nj\u00eb mision t\u00eb caktuar, i cili t\u2019ju interesoj\u00eb disa personave t\u00eb (p\u00ebr)caktuar REAL\u00cb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb promovohen p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb tyre personale (por jo publike!).
