P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ulja e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre s\u00ebmundjeve mund t\u00eb arrihet pa ila\u00e7e ose trajtime t\u00eb shtrenjta mjek\u00ebsore. Megjithat\u00eb, parandalimi i k\u00ebtyre s\u00ebmundjeve k\u00ebrkon ndryshime n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs, q\u00eb lidhen me pirjen e duhanit, aktivitetin fizik dhe diet\u00ebn, sikurse edhe te investimet n\u00eb arsimim, politika t\u00eb ushqimit dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn urbane.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ndryshimet q\u00eb rekomandohen n\u00eb stilin e jetes\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimet specifike n\u00eb diet\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs, jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb parandalimin, reduktimin dhe trajtimin e s\u00ebmundjeve kronike.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ushqimi jo i rregullt i konsumuar p\u00ebr periudh\u00eb kohore t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, nuk shkakton pasoja serioze p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut dhe n\u00eb fillim nuk shkakton s\u00ebmundje funksionale, por m\u00eb von\u00eb ndodhin ndryshime organike dhe s\u00ebmundjet. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, shpejt manifestohet deficiti i vitaminave, mineraleve, aminoacideve esenciale dhe acideve yndyrore t\u00eb pa ngopura, t\u00eb cilat organizmi nuk mund t\u2019i sintetizoj\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast dhe mund t\u00eb paraqiten s\u00ebmundje, t\u00eb cilat ndahen n\u00eb primare dhe sekondare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00ebmundjet primare<\/strong> &#8211; q\u00eb shkaktohen gjat\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar t\u00eb nutrienteve t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm ushqyes, uris\u00eb s\u00eb plot\u00eb, shprehive t\u00eb k\u00ebqija n\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyer etj. Duke pasur parasysh r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e obezitetit dhe mbipesh\u00ebs n\u00eb shkaktimin e shum\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kronike, shmangia e konsumit t\u00eb tepruar t\u00eb energjis\u00eb nga \u00e7do burim, \u00ebsht\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. P\u00ebr shkak se kalorit\u00eb e konsumuara si pije, jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb rregulluara sesa kalorit\u00eb nga ushqimi i ngurt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb kufizohet konsumi i pijeve me sheqer t\u00eb rafinuar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kufizoni sasin\u00eb e sodiumit.
