Pse ndodh kjo? Pik\u00ebrisht shkaku i lidershipit politik, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se ia d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb mir\u00ebn apo punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7ka edhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe jan\u00eb zotuar d.m.th kemi politikaj t\u00eb pand\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb mjerisht gjinden sa t\u00eb duash e kahdo, kurse n\u00eb mas\u00eb k\u00ebta kan\u00eb ndikuar dhe ndikojn\u00eb shum\u00eb keq me premtimet e programet e tyre si dhe (mos) zbatimin e zotimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn edhe jan\u00eb votuar nga masa. Mir\u00ebpo, jo shkaku i privilegjeve e p\u00ebrfitimeve personale, familjare, grupore etj\u2026, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar njeriun dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur t\u00eb mira t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n<p>Shpeshher\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt e devotsh\u00ebm duke par\u00eb skandale n\u00eb politik\u00eb edhe pyesin vet\u00ebn e tyre por edhe kujdestar\u00ebt shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb t\u00eb tyre cil\u00ebt i japin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi moralit, etik\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrgjegjes, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb, se; A guxojn\u00eb apo a duhet t\u00eb merren me politik\u00eb, dhe si t\u00eb sill\u00ebn n\u00eb momente t\u00eb caktuara politike? N\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn duke njohur sistemin ton\u00eb komunist\u00eb dhe ateist\u00eb, diktatorial, t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar nga p\u00ebrvojat e k\u00ebqija dhe t\u00eb hidhura n\u00eb politik\u00eb, gjithnj\u00eb thonin; \u201cSa m\u00eb larg politik\u00ebs aq m\u00eb mir\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, sot gjendja ka ndryshuar dhe sistemet diktatoriale e totalitare sikur duket kan\u00eb humbur kontrollin mbi popullin, dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre ka ardhur e gjithnj\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr vjen n\u00eb shprehje rinia m\u00eb e shkolluar, m\u00eb e emancipuar, m\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijshme, m\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjegjshme, demokratike, e me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe vet demokracia, pra vet\u00ebvendosja personale e qytetare n\u00eb vendimmarrje, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb sot duke i par\u00eb, ndier, e p\u00ebrjetuar gjitha k\u00ebto rrethana edhe nuk do ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb mos t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebt e d\u00ebgjohet z\u00ebri i qytetarit (n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti z\u00ebri i rinis\u00eb) si individ dhe n\u00eb fund si bashk\u00ebsi e caktuar.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jemi ende t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt sa i p\u00ebrket shtetit, demokracis\u00eb, dhe sjell\u00ebs s\u00eb politikan\u00ebve tan\u00eb, do ishte mir\u00eb t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb ndahemi nga mentaliteti grumbullor i t\u00eb menduarit dhe vepruarit, sepse \u00e7do njeri ka dinjitetin dhe personalitetin e vet, t\u00eb cilin duhet ta shpreh n\u00eb jet\u00eb apo edhe p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebsive t\u00eb caktuara ku ai gjen vetin. Njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb, masa, duket se gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr humbin besimin n\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, s\u00eb paku k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebn qiellin ton\u00eb, dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb duket se i vetmi besim mbet\u00ebt e q\u00eb nga ata edhe presin se \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thon\u00eb, jan\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit kishtar e ipeshkvijt\u00eb e ku fatkeq\u00ebsisht shpeshher\u00eb edhe keqkuptohet e keqinterpretohet fjala e tyre, porosit\u00eb e tyre, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb mbesin t\u00eb hutuar, apo si\u00e7 themi; \u201eas andej as k\u00ebndej!\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo huti e p\u00ebshtjellim q\u00eb ndodh, ndoshta edhe deri diku \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb meq\u00eb neve shqiptar\u00ebt nuk jemi m\u00ebsuar t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb demokraci e t\u00eb kemi ndonj\u00eb \u201ep\u00ebrvoj\u00eb demokratike\u201c k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket opinionit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb Katolike ka dy pohime t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, nj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se: Kisha nuk duhet t\u00eb merret me politik\u00eb, dhe tjetri e kund\u00ebrta e k\u00ebsaj, pra; Kisha duhet t\u00eb merret me politik\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb mjegullat e k\u00ebsaj kohe t\u00eb mosbesimit, t\u00eb vetmit q\u00eb i besohet si autoritet moral \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht Kisha e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijshme se politika n\u00eb kuptimin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs si kultur\u00eb politike p\u00ebrcakton vizionin e njeriut, t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Politika duhet t\u00eb ishte dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe sipas definicionit t\u00eb saj; n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n<p>Sot kur duket se ende jemi n\u00eb transicion q\u00eb lirisht e them t\u00eb st\u00ebrgjatur tek ne shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, dhe kur mungon nj\u00eb pjekuri apo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb politike e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb demokratike si\u00e7 cek\u00ebm m\u00eb lart\u00eb, do t\u00eb mundohemi t\u00eb paraqesim v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi por edhe mund\u00ebsit e personit, nga ana fetare e besimtarit, n\u00eb raport me politik\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se me politik\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb rregullimin e jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore. K\u00ebtu lirisht mund t\u00eb cekim se pik\u00ebrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb krishterimi apo tradita judeo \u2013 kristiane ajo e cila e solli demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb si\u00e7 pohon edhe vet filozofi, historian politik dhe novelisti fran\u00e7es i lindur me 16 prill 1947 ., Chantal Millon \u2013 Delsol, pra; \u201cMe krishterim vendoset barazia deri n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e fundit shoq\u00ebror, sepse qyteti pushon s\u00eb qenuri vendi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pra si\u00e7 e dim\u00eb, shteti e demokracia n\u00eb te, \u00ebsht\u00eb e hershme q\u00eb nga koha Antike, mir\u00ebpo k\u00ebtu mungonte vlera e dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, pra nuk ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Shembull shteti i Athin\u00ebs s\u00eb lasht\u00eb antike, merret edhe si fillimi i nj\u00eb lloj demokracie, mir\u00ebpo prap\u00eb aty mungonin t\u00eb drejtat e p\u00ebrgjithshme. E dim\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb demokraci diku vet\u00ebm rreth 16% e popullat\u00ebs kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb votime kurse shembull grat\u00eb, skllev\u00ebrit e t\u00eb huajit nuk kishin k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Kurse m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb republik\u00ebn e lasht\u00eb t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs pushteti ishte n\u00eb duar t\u00eb aristokracis\u00eb d.m.th t\u00eb fisnik\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e dinjitetit dhe vlera e personit si\u00e7 cek\u00ebm vjen pik\u00ebrisht nga tradita biblike judeo &#8211; kristiane. Pra, me ardhjen e Krishterimit vjen edhe te kuptimi i plot\u00eb i dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, sepse Ati krijues, Hyji, shpallet e paraqit\u00ebt Bab\u00eb, At\u00eb i mbar\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit, q\u00eb kuptohet at\u00ebher\u00eb se neve mes veti jemi v\u00ebllez\u00ebr e motra e q\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht i bie edhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb racore, pra nacionale, fetare, politike apo bindjeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb njeriut. Lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe Sh\u00ebn. Pali, teologu m\u00eb i madh i Kish\u00ebs, dhe predikuesi i zjarret i Krishterimit edhe n\u00eb tokat tona, n\u00eb Iliri, predikonte e m\u00ebsonte: \u201eNuk ka m\u00eb hebre, grek, romak,, skllav, t\u00eb lir\u00eb, mashkull, fem\u00ebr etj\u2026\u201c q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi bijt\u00eb e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit At\u00eb Hyj, q\u00eb i bie si\u00e7 cek\u00ebm m\u00eb par\u00eb, mes veti v\u00ebllez\u00ebr e motra dhe n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Kuptohet se m\u00eb pas, pra gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb, krishterimi vazhdoi t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj mbi dinjitetin e pacenuar t\u00eb njeriun, mir\u00ebpo kuptohet dhe e kemi parasysh se shteti n\u00eb kuptimin global dhe demokracia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7 e p\u00ebrfunduar porse ajo shkon gjithnj\u00eb duke hulumtuar, duke k\u00ebrkuar dhe gjetur m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Tani jemi t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm dhe shohim se Bota e sotme, pra bashk\u00ebkohore, apo bota post moderne \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi \u2013 shtete politike. Mir\u00ebpo, pik\u00ebrisht ky realitet shpeshher\u00eb te besimtar\u00ebt (me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast k\u00ebtu e kemi fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt e krishter\u00eb, gjegj\u00ebsisht katolik), paraqet pyetje t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb llojllojshme, hamendje, po edhe pyetje e probleme kontraverse. Mund t\u00eb themi se ndoshta n\u00eb asnj\u00eb fush\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb lidh\u00ebsh, m\u00eb mir\u00eb: pra, t\u00eb v\u00ebshtrosh n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb integrale dhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn konkrete vet\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, si n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb \u2013 si t\u00eb jetoj qenia politike n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore \u2013 politike n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jeton e vepron. Pyetja shtrohet: A \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb q\u00ebndrosh anash? A guxohet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrohet anash? K\u00ebtu na shtrohet pyeta e pjes\u00ebmarrjes apo mospjes\u00ebmarrjes, e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb apo mos an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb, pyetja e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb etj apo si\u00e7 thuhet; \u201eN\u00ebse ti nuk merresh me politik\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo doemos do t\u00eb merret me ty!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Duke analizuar dhe shikuar gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn e qenies njeri, at\u00ebher\u00eb lirisht mund t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb se; \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb rrihet (q\u00ebndrohet) anash, meq\u00eb edhe pasiviteti n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb politik\u00eb! Meq\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e besimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, konkretisht ata q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin fes\u00eb katolike edhe shtrojn\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb shumta nj\u00ebri tjetrit dhe vetvetes; A t\u00eb merrem me politik\u00eb? A \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi im aty? Apo; Kush m\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson mua, pasi e dim\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb se Kisha dhe Politika jan\u00eb dy pushtete t\u00eb ndara. Pra, tani shtrohet pyetja; Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi i t\u00eb krishterit gjegj\u00ebsisht an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb fes\u00eb katolike, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike? Apo; Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi i Kish\u00ebs aty dhe n\u00eb fund, edhe; \u00c7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb politika?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb politika?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeta politike \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndryshme dhe e pasur, e larmishme, por edhe n\u00eb veti e thell\u00eb dhe gjer\u00eb. Vet\u00eb termi \u201epolitik\u00eb\u201c themelin e saj e ka nga termi apo fjala greke \u201epolis\u201c \u2013 q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb qytet apo shtet (pasi n\u00eb lasht\u00ebsi qyteti dhe shteti kishin termin dhe kuptimin identik). Pra, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim fjala \u201epolitik\u00eb\u201c do e kishte apo sh\u00ebnjonte kujdesin p\u00ebr qytet, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht shtet, pra kujdesi ndaj shtetit, ndaj jet\u00ebs brenda shtetit dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb saj ndaj apo me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb flitet rreth shtetit e themelimit, rreth kuptimit tij etj\u2026, por gjithsesi duhet cekur se q\u00ebllimi i shtetit k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet shteti si q\u00ebllim, pra shteti q\u00ebllim i vetvetes; por se ajo gjitha arsyetimet dhe veprimet e saj i ka n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt qytetare. Dhe ky rend kurrsesi nuk guxon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrroj vendin n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, sepse duhet ta kemi t\u00eb qart\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb; \u201cNuk jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit shkaku i shtetit, por shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit\u201d (pra, shkaku i njer\u00ebzve), dhe se pik\u00ebrisht kjo edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr kushtet kryesore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb avancuar dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb. Politika pra duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shteti dhe Demokracia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shteti mbledh &#8211; tubon njer\u00ebzit e lir\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas bindjeve e mendimeve t\u00eb ndryshme kusht\u00ebzojn\u00eb dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb sisteme t\u00eb ndryshme, rregullime t\u00eb shtetit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, parti t\u00eb ndryshme politike, l\u00ebvizje, shoqata etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb interesant dhe gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata deklarohen d.m.th individ, parti politike, shoqata, l\u00ebvizje.. se pik\u00ebrisht ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr zemre t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, kuptohet se secili ka programet e veta p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt zotohet e garanton se jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebt, dhe se m\u00eb s\u00eb miri i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve apo popullit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb mundohen p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenie, p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e k\u00ebnaqshme dhe sh\u00ebrbimin e nevojave t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, qytetar\u00ebve. Mir\u00ebpo, sistemet politike jan\u00eb t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar edhe me zhvillimin e mjeteve si shembull t\u00eb prodhimtaris\u00eb dhe shtresimin ekonomiko \u2013 social.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb edhe mbret\u00ebrojn\u00eb larmi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb sistemeve politike, ideologjike, partiake etj\u2026, dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti theksohet \u201cDemokracia\u201d q\u00eb rrjedh nga fjala greke e do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cdemos = popull dhe fjala \u201ckrate-o\u201d = rregull, q\u00eb i bie apo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje maksimale e popullit n\u00eb menaxhim &#8211; rregull. Mir\u00ebpo, shpeshher\u00eb te popujt t\u00eb caktuar kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm lloj fasade pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs q\u00ebndron sistem i fort\u00eb, i etatizuar apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb sistem totalitar. Pasi q\u00eb shteti kujdeset p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme, at\u00ebher\u00eb gjithsesi se duhet tentuar dhe gjetur m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn q\u00eb populli i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb shtetin, gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj dhe vjen deri te m\u00ebnyra e vendosjes, shprehjes s\u00eb mendimit, dhe p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr meq\u00eb cek\u00ebm, pra kemi totalitarizmin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Totalitarizmi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb ne jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb, pra n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn po fatkeq\u00ebsisht edhe sot, pra edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr sistemeve demokratike t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb politike, njohim edhe diktatura e sisteme t\u00eb shumta totalitare, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kur nj\u00eb njeri apo nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish i imponohen t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore si\u00e7 kemi shembull sot Koren e Veriut, Kin\u00ebn, Kub\u00ebn, Rusin\u00eb besa edhe shum\u00eb shtete q\u00eb mbahen p\u00ebr shtete demokratike\u2026 si dhe shtete tjera n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e tret\u00eb si\u00e7 e quajm\u00eb kontinentin Afrikan e bot\u00ebn Arabe, si n\u00eb Lindje t\u00eb mesme etj. ku thuajse t\u00eb gjitha shtetet jan\u00eb totalitare.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se m\u00eb par\u00eb kjo dukuri ishte prezent edhe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb kryesisht n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Veri &#8211; Per\u00ebndimore dhe at\u00eb Jug &#8211; Lindore apo Ballkan, pra ku dominonin shtetet me sistem komunist\u00eb &#8211; ateist\u00eb si\u00e7 e kishim edhe vet shtetin ton\u00eb am\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr 50 vite, po ashtu dhe Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs (ndoshta n\u00eb nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb apo m\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb) n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb quhej Jugosllavi e deri dit\u00ebve t\u00eb af\u00ebrta me shembjen apo r\u00ebnien e komunizmit, q\u00eb merret si pik\u00ebnisje nga demonstratat e vitit 1968 n\u00eb Poloni e t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb pas fuqizohen dhe b\u00ebhen qendrore ato n\u00eb \u00c7eko &#8211; sllovaki, kur n\u00eb Prag\u00eb, student\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb, regjisor\u00eb, gazetar\u00ebt dhe e gjith\u00eb inteligjenca k\u00ebrkonin me mish e shpirt po edhe me forc\u00eb nj\u00eb demokratizim.<\/p>\n<p>Praga at\u00eb vit pranvere t\u00eb 1968-\u00ebs edhe ishte t\u00eb themi kushtimisht \u201eQendra e bot\u00ebs\u201c, sepse pak m\u00eb von\u00eb gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Gusht trupat ushtarake sovjetike hyn\u00eb n\u00eb qytet dhe bota demokratike mbeti pa fjal\u00eb kur shihte dhe pa t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb \u00e7ek\u00eb dhe sllovak\u00eb cil\u00ebt hipnin mbi tanke n\u00eb lot, duke pyetur \u201cpo \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebni?\u201d. Pik\u00ebrisht, kjo ishte edhe dita kur komunizmi goditi mbi veten e tij dhe nuk e mori m\u00eb kurr\u00eb veten e kjo zgjati deri n\u00eb r\u00ebnie (rr\u00ebnim) definitiv t\u00eb komunizmit pra me \u201cshembjen e Murit t\u00eb Berlinit\u201d viti 1992 cili merret si vit definitiv i r\u00ebnies s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar ndikimin personal t\u00eb vetin, n\u00eb mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, e p\u00ebr diktator\u00ebt se \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb, vlen k\u00ebtu t\u00eb cekim fjal\u00ebt e mbretit fran\u00e7es Luigjit XIV: \u201cL\u2019etat c\u2019est moi\u201d apo n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthim \u201cShteti, jam un\u00eb\u201d. K\u00ebtu pra, personi, individi, apo grupi, merr p\u00ebr veti gjitha privilegjet e me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe gjitha t\u00eb drejtat p\u00ebr vendosjen apo sundimin mbi popullin. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngulfat\u00ebn lirit\u00eb kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Kushtetutshm\u00ebria thuajse gjithmon\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb formuluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb demokratike por q\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb e vep\u00ebr (praktik\u00eb) shtetet me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs diktator\u00eb t\u00eb prirur, punojn\u00eb e propagandojn\u00eb ashtu q\u00eb kinse e gjitha ndodh\u00eb e b\u00ebhet, shkaku i popullit, p\u00ebr popullin, pra n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit, por ku me akte e veprime t\u00eb dukshme tregojn\u00eb egon e tyre, me cilat automatikisht rr\u00ebnohen drejt\u00ebsia, barazia dhe liria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I krishteri \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb i bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb konkrete shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu n\u00eb gjith\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb cek\u00ebm m\u00eb part\u00eb, pyesim; Ku e ka vendin besimtari i krishter\u00eb, me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb besimtari i p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb fes\u00eb katolike? Mir\u00ebpo, m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u2019i shqarojm\u00eb disa dukuri lidhje me fet\u00eb. Mendimi im dhe i shum\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve tjer\u00eb, teolog\u00eb, filozof\u00eb, historian\u00eb etj. t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndajn\u00eb mendimin se n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi Kisha ortodokse, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn ndikim e plot\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit cilit i takon dhe politik\u00ebs s\u00eb saj ditore, shembull Shteti Grek n\u00eb ndikimin e Kish\u00ebs Greke apo ndikimi i madh\u00eb i kish\u00ebs Greke n\u00eb shtet, apo Kisha Serbe ku d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb jemi vet ne shqiptar\u00ebt po edhe bota mbi ndikimin e saj n\u00eb Shtet apo edhe ndikimi i shtetit mbi te, pra ku ende nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb pushtetet si Shteti e Kisha (Shteti e Feja), n\u00eb fakt Kisha e tyre b\u00ebhet sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit apo anasjelltas.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, kjo ndodh\u00eb edhe n\u00eb fen\u00eb islame ku rryma t\u00eb ndryshme juridiko fetare brenda saj, ndikojn\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht shum\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs dhe veprimtaris\u00eb t\u00eb besimtarit t\u00eb tyre ku shtete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb tyre shkojn\u00eb aq larg\u00eb saq\u00eb edhe etiketohen dhe em\u00ebrtohen n\u00eb baza fetare, me identitet fetar si Shtet apo Republik\u00eb Islame, kemi shembull Republika Islame e Iranit, Emiratet e shum\u00eb shtete tjera&#8230;, ku thuhet se pushteti apsolut \u00ebsht\u00eb i Zotit i shfaqur p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb njeriu \u201et\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur\u201c (nga kush nuk dihet) i cili duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb pushtet mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e t\u00eb shprehet kinse vullneti i Zotit p\u00ebrmes tij n\u00eb popull, k\u00ebto jan\u00eb apo quhen shtete teokratike q\u00eb lidhin drejtp\u00ebrdrejt besimin pra Zotin me pushtetin edhe politik\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj bote.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto sisteme apo shtete, shembull tre pushtete jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb person &#8211; udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs, ku i pari \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht; 1. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shteti, 2. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs suprem ushtarak dhe 3. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebror i asaj shoq\u00ebrie (tre pushtetet apo i gjith\u00eb pushteti n\u00eb nj\u00eb person) pra t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb pushtetin si at\u00eb ekzekutiv etj. kontrollon dhe e mban\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb person \u201ei p\u00ebrzgjedhuri\u201c apo \u201ei p\u00ebrcaktuari\u201c, i \u201esh\u00ebnjuari nga Zoti\u201c, ky v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shembull i vet themeluesit t\u00eb fes\u00eb muhamedane, pra a.s Muhamedit, i cili ishte i pari i ushtris\u00eb, i pari i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb &#8211; shtetit si dhe i pari i fes\u00eb t\u00eb asaj shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb e t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, me t\u00eb gjitha kompetencat dhe t\u00eb drejtat q\u00eb ai i parashihte, i rregullonte dhe i zbatonte vet. K\u00ebtu shkurtimisht cek\u00ebm m\u00eb tep\u00ebr vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto fe (besime) cilat jan\u00eb po ashtu pjes\u00eb e bot\u00ebs dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Muhamedanizmi, Ortodoksia dhe Katolicizmi.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebsaj radhe ne do t\u00eb ndalemi e fokusohemi te jeta dhe veprimtaria e besimtarit katolik n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike si dhe n\u00eb rolin dhe ndikimin e Kish\u00ebs si bashk\u00ebsi fetare dhe autoritet moral n\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb njeriut e me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike tek besimtari i saj.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pra, th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, pyetja m\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb mes besimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast katolik \u00ebsht\u00eb; Ku e ka vendin i krishteri, gjegj\u00ebsisht katoliku n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket?<\/em><br \/>\nEdhe i krishteri, pra an\u00ebtari i fes\u00eb Katolike, \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur edhe gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e tjer\u00eb \u201ezoon politikon\u201c \u2013 qenie shoq\u00ebrore. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me natyr\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore ku p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb organizohet, krijon bashk\u00ebsi, struktura t\u00eb caktuara ligjore. Meq\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb personat (individ\u00ebt) at\u00ebher\u00eb normal se ekziston d\u00ebshira q\u00eb t\u00eb gjinden struktura t\u00eb tilla politiko \u2013 ligjore t\u00eb cilat do iu mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, edhe at\u00eb pa far diskriminimi, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe aktive t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb, edhe at\u00eb para krijimit t\u00eb themeleve ligjore dhe para drejtimit t\u00eb shtetit, si dhe para p\u00ebrzgjedhjes s\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve dhe trupave drejtues ligjor.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi se k\u00ebtu nuk po hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje apo situata konkrete se si \u00ebsht\u00eb e rregulluar dhe realizuar kjo gj\u00eb n\u00eb shtetet e ndryshme, me far formash demokratike e ngjajshem. Por, d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, t\u00eb theksojm\u00eb at\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb individit apo personit ndaj bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike. Secili e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb apo obligim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike dhe se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe detyr\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbehen me t\u00eb drejtat e tyre, pra t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn n\u00eb votim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme. Mir\u00ebpo, kjo pjes\u00ebmarrje duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr me vet\u00ebdijen personale, kurse pushteti publik duhet gjithsesi t\u2019iu siguroj dhe mbroj t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirin\u00eb e pjes\u00ebmarrjes t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin dhe funksionimin e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike. Kjo n\u00eb rast t\u00eb par\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes shtypit t\u00eb lir\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes paraqitjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb bindjeve politike t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebrmes liris\u00eb s\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb takimeve dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tyre mes veti.<\/p>\n<p>I pag\u00ebzuari po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm me nd\u00ebrgjegje q\u00eb sikur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt tjer\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike! T\u00eb krishter\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt tjer\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb nacionale, fetare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb e bindjeve ideologjike, t\u00eb jan\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ata e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb vendimmarrje, zgjedhje, sikur q\u00eb edhe duhet t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb detyrat e obligimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat i p\u00ebrzgjedh bashk\u00ebsia. Mbi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen m\u00eb tep\u00ebr e m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjeni n\u00eb librin tim: \u201eNjeriu mes Liris\u00eb dhe P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, mir\u00ebpo k\u00ebtu prap\u00eb po rikujtojm\u00eb dukurin\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb e t\u00eb krishterit me theks katolikut, pra rreth hamendjes s\u00eb tij, a t\u00eb merret m\u00eb tep\u00ebr e m\u00eb shum\u00eb me jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, shkurt\u00eb t\u00eb rikujtojm\u00eb pal\u00ebvizshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, q\u00ebndrimin anash, mos aktivitetin e tij shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politik.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, edhe ne t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt (Katolik\u00ebt) shpeshher\u00eb harrojm\u00eb, q\u00eb edhe ne s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jemi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebsaj bote, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs q\u00eb kjo bot\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb sa m\u00eb e mir\u00eb, sa m\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, sa m\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Neve shpeshher\u00eb p\u00ebr pasivitetin ton\u00eb kemi si \u201ealibi\u201c p\u00ebrgjigjen se edhe po t\u00eb merrem me politik\u00eb thuajse pak apo asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshoj. K\u00ebtu mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb nj\u00eb th\u00ebnie t\u00eb lasht\u00eb kineze: \u201eM\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ndezim po edhe t\u00eb vetmin qiri q\u00eb kemi, se sa t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb duke shar\u00eb terrin, err\u00ebsir\u00ebn!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb Krishter\u00ebt (katolik\u00ebt) n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e bot\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb duhet ti afrohen nj\u00ebri &#8211; tjet\u00ebrit, t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve pa dallime, si besimtar\u00eb, si fetar\u00eb, duke pasur gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb mendje q\u00eb kjo bot\u00eb t\u00eb mos shkoj rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb verb\u00ebr t\u00eb rast\u00ebsis\u00eb, por t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb mendje e parasysh se Zoti i yn\u00eb (k\u00ebshtu na u shfaq n\u00eb Bib\u00ebl) \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht Zot i historis\u00eb dhe se veprimtaria e Tij shp\u00ebtuese apo shelbuese \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur me rrjedhat historike, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu duhet ta njohim at\u00eb, ti njohim shenjat e Tij t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, lidhje me angazhimin ton\u00eb personal.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka k\u00ebtu asnj\u00eb sistem as shoq\u00ebror\u00eb e as politik n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt gjegj\u00ebsisht katolik\u00ebt t\u00eb mund dhe t\u00eb guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pasiv, porse duhet q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, pra bashk\u00ebrisht, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb bot\u00ebn, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jetojn\u00eb. Sepse, n\u00ebse me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jemi \u201etharmi\u201c si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Jezusi, at\u00ebher\u00eb ky tharm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbruhet duhet fermentuar, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb prezent, e jo t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj i p\u00ebshtjellur dhe i izoluar n\u00eb vetvete, sepse at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrmes saj nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb asgj\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb Krishter\u00ebt gjegj\u00ebsisht katolik\u00ebt t\u00eb shndritur me drit\u00ebn e Ungjillit, nuk guxojn\u00eb at\u00eb drit\u00eb ta l\u00ebn\u00eb anash, ta fshehin, apo si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Jezusi; \u201eJu jeni drita e bot\u00ebs. Nuk mund t\u00eb fshihet qyteti i ngritur n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb malit. As nuk ndizet drit\u00ebza p\u00ebr ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn magje, por p\u00ebr ta v\u00ebn\u00eb mbi pishtar p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Gaudium et Spes (GS) 75).<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnien mes bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb politike dhe Kish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kisha p\u00ebr shkak d\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb saj q\u00eb ka, askurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb identifikohet (nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsohet) me asnj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi shoq\u00ebroro \u2013 politike, as q\u00eb mund\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebrgimin e saj t\u00eb lidh\u00ebt me far do sistemi politik. Vet historia na tregon p\u00ebr pasojat e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ndoshta edhe sot i p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb e ndiejm\u00eb pasojat e saj pik\u00ebrisht nga ato t\u00eb cilat dol\u00ebn e q\u00eb ishte si\u00e7 i themi; \u201cBashkimi Konstantinopolian q\u00eb dikur ndodhi mes Kish\u00ebs dhe shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb Kisha iu \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzve pa dallim, at\u00ebher\u00eb kuptohet se ajo nuk mund t\u00eb identifikohet me asnj\u00eb grupim, sepse at\u00ebher\u00eb automatikisht do t\u00eb kishte kund\u00ebr saj edhe opozit\u00ebn e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, gjersa ajo iu \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, \u201eedhe nj\u00ebr\u00ebs edhe tjetr\u00ebs pal\u00eb \u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebsia politike dhe Kisha jan\u00eb, secila n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e saj, t\u00eb pavarura nj\u00ebra nga tjetra dhe plot\u00ebsisht autonome.<br \/>\nMir\u00ebpo, pasi Kisha dhe bashk\u00ebsia politike merren rreth t\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, at\u00ebher\u00eb me doemos se duhet t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh mes veti, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim e jo kurrsesi identifikim apo nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n<p>Kisha \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebrguar q\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb gjitha shteteve dhe sistemeve politike t\u00eb shpall\u00eb thirrjen e saj t\u00eb amshuar, si dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj e predikoj vlerat e bot\u00ebs s\u00eb re Hyjnore, Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Hyjnore, t\u00eb cilat me Jezusin vijn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, e k\u00ebto jan\u00eb; e v\u00ebrteta, drejt\u00ebsia, mir\u00ebsia, dashuria dhe ajo dashuria nd\u00ebr njer\u00ebzore! Por, para s\u00eb gjithave gjithmon\u00eb duhet dalluar at\u00eb q\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb tyre personal, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb vet, apo si qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie, nga ajo q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs si bashk\u00ebsi s\u00eb bashku me barinjt\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kisha nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht lidhje me shpalljen e shp\u00ebtimit duhet t\u00eb bazohet dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebt n\u00eb forc\u00ebn dhe fuqin\u00eb e Ungjillit, e jo n\u00eb forc\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb politike (k\u00ebtu fatkeq\u00ebsisht i kujtojm\u00eb shembull pushtimet e \u201emisioneve\u201c evropiane n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb e vende tjera), sepse kur punohet me forc\u00ebn e Ungjillit \u2013 Lajmit t\u00eb Mir\u00eb t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb asaj nuk i nevojit\u00ebt as shpata, as pushka, as pushteti laik. Apo si\u00e7 shprehet Ungjilltari Sh\u00ebn Mateu; \u201e\u201cMbret\u00ebria e qiellit \u00ebsht\u00eb e ngjashme me kokrr\u00ebn e sinapit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn njeriu e mori dhe e mbolli n\u00eb ar\u00ebn e vet.
