Paguhet 2,5 Euro kalimi. Sipas k\u00ebsaj, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kalimin e tuneleve n\u00eb Kalimash, po t\u00eb merren 5 Euro, justifikohet, por qeveria shqiptare ka zgjedh\u00eb modelin e tarif\u00ebn e ngjashme me Kroacin\u00eb. N\u00eb Austri, tunele t\u00eb ngjashme me Kalimashin paguhen ve\u00e7as taks\u00ebs s\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, 5,5 &#8211; 9 Euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>. Taksa e rrug\u00ebs e dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb firme private \u00ebsht\u00eb reform\u00eb e djatht\u00eb, pse kund\u00ebrshtohet kjo nga \u00e7e\u00e7eni Sali thua ti? Mendoj sepse Zeni e as kunati i Lulit nuk ia kan\u00eb fut\u00eb duart koncesionarit. Arsye tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk gjej, por edhe mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb. E ti e di si shkojn\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb, e ke rastin e ALBtelecom-it. Saliu e shante Nanon p\u00ebr privatizimin e ALBtelecomit, por e privatizoi m\u00eb pas si\u00e7 donte edhe Nano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>. \u00c7e\u00e7eni Sali b\u00ebri mir\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebri at\u00eb rrug\u00eb, se duhej. Por ajo rrug\u00eb me pak takt, mund t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb superstrad\u00eb e mir\u00eb, si kjo Shkod\u00ebr-Hani i Hotit, e ndoshta me 300 milion Euro mund t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrfunduar. Tani jan\u00eb harxhuar 1,3 miliard\u00eb Euro dhe duhen edhe 300 milion\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kryer, q\u00eb firma Kastrati, firm\u00eb shqiptare, jo e huaj, do e p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebmbaj\u00eb me at\u00eb taks\u00eb 5 Euro, q\u00eb do t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga makinat. E kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb zgjidhje me leverdi nga qeveria Rama, e cila n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb humbas\u00eb para, fiton tatimet, q\u00eb merr nga koncensionari dhe i heq vetes nj\u00eb barr\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, kryerjen e mir\u00ebmbajtjen e asaj rruge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4<\/strong>. Rrug\u00ebt n\u00eb Kroaci t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb autostrad\u00eb si kjo e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit, u b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb me kredi nga Schr\u00f6der. Kroacia b\u00ebri 360 km rrug\u00eb p\u00ebrmes alpeve kroate, me 3,3 miliard\u00eb Euro nga Zagrebi n\u00eb Split. E kam par\u00eb sa her\u00eb duke u nd\u00ebrtuar dhe udh\u00ebtoj shpesh p\u00ebrmes saj. Rruga ka cil\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se kjo e jona, ka kushtuar dyfish m\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsi dhe ka tunele, ura e mbikalime t\u00eb shumta. Sikur \u00e7e\u00e7enit Sali t\u2019i dhimbseshin shqiptar\u00ebt e kuksian\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr, a thua do t\u00eb kishte kursyer ndopak? Besoj q\u00eb po, por ky e Luli, q\u00eb u akuzua p\u00ebr 230 milion Euro shp\u00ebrdorim n\u00eb at\u00eb rrug\u00eb, nuk e kan\u00eb hallin te taksa, e te kuksian\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr, por te p\u00ebrdorimi i \u00e7do mjeti t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr revolt\u00eb anti-shtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5<\/strong>. Arm\u00ebt kimike siriane ishte nj\u00eb shembull klasik, se si \u00e7e\u00e7eni Sali i ngriti emocionalisht turmat kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb investimi, q\u00eb amerikan\u00ebt donin t\u00eb na e jepnin ne, q\u00eb t\u00eb fitonim edhe ndonj\u00eb miliard dollar\u00eb si shtet. Por jo, opozita e \u00e7e\u00e7enit Sali e urren shtetin shqiptar, kur ai nuk drejton, edhe m\u00eb keq se serb\u00ebt, e do shtetin t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar, e kur e merr pushtetin ai e vjedh dhe abuzon, krijon diktat e p\u00ebrndjek edhe gazetar\u00ebt&#8230; Ti e di m\u00eb mir\u00eb se un\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Taksa e rrug\u00ebs nuk duhet kund\u00ebrshtuar me metoda q\u00eb u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn. Se askush n\u00eb Ballkan e Evrop\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb, paguajn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb diskutohet \u00e7mimi e ndoshta t\u00eb ulet, sidomos p\u00ebr kuksian\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Por privatizimi i till\u00eb duhet inkurajuar sidomos nga PD, q\u00eb mbahet p\u00ebr e djatht\u00eb, dhe e godet Kryeministrin e majt\u00eb edhe kur ai b\u00ebn reforma t\u00eb djathta, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb ta duartrokas\u00eb. Ceceni Sali enveristi i cili pervec te tjerash flet edhe fjale qe i perkasin gegnishtes, tani do qe ta gropose dhe shkaterroje rrugen qe u be egzaktesisht gjate qeverisjes se tij perkunder rezistences se opozites se athershme. Tani, sipas teje, pozita e tanishme po lufton me mish e shpirt per ta mbrojtur dhe mbrothesuar rrugen te cilen dikur e kundershtonte. <\/p>\n<p>Saliu, kur kerkon heqjen e takses, mbase ka ndermend ndonje hile tjeter antipopullore, por kesaj radhe kjo pikpamje nuk ka lidhje me komunzmin. Nese mendon keshtu, do te thote se nuk e di mire mekanizmin komunist. Ne komunizem veprat e ndryshme ku perfshihen dhe rruget, ndertoheshin me pune te paguar shume pak ose aspak, pra nga puna skllaverore e ashtuquajtur &#8220;vullnetare&#8221;.
