I ftuar n\u00eb emisionin \u201cOpinion\u201d n\u00eb Tv Klan, ambasadori Lu u pyet p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit dhe protest\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Diplomati amerikan theksoi se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb, por jo t\u00eb q\u00ebllojn\u00eb me gur\u00eb policin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb e djegin kabinat e pages\u00ebs. Po k\u00ebshtu, ambasadori Lu theksoi se as forcat e policis\u00eb nuk duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb dhunojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt dhe as t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb arrestime masive n\u00eb mes t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, sikurse ndodhi n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs disa or\u00eb pas protest\u00ebs s\u00eb dhunshme.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dua t\u2019ju pyes p\u00ebr vendimin e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me koncesion autostrad\u00ebn midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb tarif\u00eb toll prej 5 Euro p\u00ebr nj\u00eb drejtim p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, p\u00ebrfshi popullsin\u00eb n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs. Disa prej tyre, sipas Kryebashkiakut t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit, jan\u00eb 42% me ndihm\u00eb ekonomike, marrin 36 dollar\u00eb n\u00eb muaj dhe duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb 12 dollar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb spital. \u00c7\u2019mendim keni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb paq\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs. Dhe e kuptoj njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb inatosur. Nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb t\u00eb djegin kabinat e toll-eve, nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb gjuajn\u00eb me gur\u00eb policin\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, policia nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebndoj\u00eb protestuesit apo t\u00eb kapin njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr arrestime masive n\u00eb mes t\u00eb nat\u00ebs. I kam b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje Kryeministrit dhe kreut t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs q\u00eb tani t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtje, q\u00eb secili t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb zgjidhet me an\u00eb t\u00eb dialogut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ambasador, k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz mendojn\u00eb se qeveria iu sh\u00ebrben m\u00eb shum\u00eb pes\u00eb a gjasht\u00eb t\u00eb pasurve. Disa p\u00ebrdorin termin \u2018oligark\u00eb\u2019 por un\u00eb nuk dua ta p\u00ebrdor sepse mendoj se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb real, q\u00eb qeveria nuk i sh\u00ebrben popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rruga u nd\u00ebrtua shum\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb vija n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Kam lexuar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, edhe historin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlikuar t\u00eb koncesionit. T\u00eb jem i sinqert\u00eb, shumica e k\u00ebsaj nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e SHBA apo p\u00ebr mua. Ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb shqet\u00ebson \u00ebsht\u00eb dhuna e mundshme. Prandaj m\u00eb lejoni t\u00eb b\u00ebj thirrje p\u00ebrs\u00ebri q\u00eb protestuesit t\u00eb jen\u00eb paq\u00ebsor\u00eb, q\u00eb qeveria dhe policia t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb paq\u00ebsor\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsia num\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e SHBA k\u00ebtu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por reagimi i opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb vend, Ambasador, PD dhe LSI, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr mosbindje civile. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb n\u00eb fakt, edhe n\u00eb 2016 b\u00ebn\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb mendoni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7do demokraci, njer\u00ebzit duhet t\u00eb ngren\u00eb z\u00ebrin. Po ashtu, kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paq\u00ebsore t\u00eb mos lejojn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb kryej\u00eb abuzime, por duhet ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb paq\u00ebsisht. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb rrug\u00eb, t\u00eb mos paguajn\u00eb taksa, apo t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme, duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr pasojat ligjore. <em>Shtetet e Bashkuara kan\u00eb nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb me mosbindjen civile, por ata persona, ata protestues kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr bindjet e tyre<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opozita mendon se qeveria nuk d\u00ebgjon p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb. Gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ata jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit. \u00c7far\u00eb mendoni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast? Sepse kemi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb: opozita thot\u00eb se qeveria nuk reagon ndaj k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe qeveria thot\u00eb se opozita po p\u00ebrdor disa probleme lokale p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar qeverin\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kam par\u00eb q\u00eb Edi Rama ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr dialog n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. E mb\u00ebshtes k\u00ebt\u00eb. E mb\u00ebshtes zgjidhjen e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje me dialog. Opozita ka th\u00ebn\u00eb s\u2019ka dialog, n\u00ebse nuk lironi njer\u00ebzit nga burgu. Epo, t\u00eb shohim n\u00ebse do ndodh\u00eb kjo. Mendoj se tani ka nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ligjore kund\u00ebr personave q\u00eb dogj\u00ebn kabinat e toll-eve.
